I give 5 stars when 5 stars are earned, including fast food. I was hopeful for a great experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. We ordered 4 single sliders with extra onion and no pickle. We received 4 pre cooked, dry, old sliders with regular onion and pickles. I guess making anything fresh was too much work. The onion pieces were also disappointed, as they are 75% batter and 25% onion, at best. I will say the fish sandwich was the surprise star of the show. Went in the drive thru after seeing the doctor and being told my cholesterol levels were good. So why not try some White Castle right? :) when getting to the window I was warmly greeted and told either they need to start a new grill or start the grill to make some fresh burgers. I said ok. I was sitting there for about 5-6 minutes. After I left you know how you get a couple of fries to start things off? Mine was met with cold, rubbery and tasteless fries. The burgers were warm, one cheese hadn't been melted. I know the cook was in a rush and there were cars behind me. If it wasn't for the nice service from the drive thru attendant, it would have been 2 stars. I could tell a bit that she was a little frustrated. All in all not the best experience, but ill give it another try in the future. read more

A mid west classic! I probably wont dine in again...but drive thru is solid! Only reason I say that is certain parts of the dining area were blocked off and I don't know why. Overall slow service. Received major attitude from the older large black woman. Ordered their precious onion petals, but instead received the French fries. The woman was irritated and snarky when we brought her the bags to check against the receipt. The people a few orders after had the same issue. I'm irritated that I tipped them 18% at the register. My husband and I came here for a quick lunch. The ambience was clean and large and not busy at all. We ordered the chicken slider, fish slider, and their famous cheeseburger slider with a side of fries! A few of our buns were wet and soggy on one end, but everything else's tasted good. They also sell a few of Randy's Donuts. The service was very slow. The staff helped the drive thru customers quicker than the inside customers. Satisfying food here, just maybe go through the drive thru to get your food in a timely manner. read more

The only good thing about this place is the location. Decent amount of parking and near the freeways. My mom and I came for lunch -- we both grew up on White Castle back in the Midwest. First, the place was completely empty. No customers. Second, the music was absolutely blasting. And not music over the speakers in the seating area -- music from the kitchen. They were playing horribly loud and raunchy rap music. Ordered our food on a tablet (they don't even take your order). Got the food and it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Every single table was dirty. Food on all the seats, tables and floor. The place was disgusting and the food was awful and old. What a waste. $10 for 6 sliders? Forget it. read more

We didn't even get to eat here. We were instructed to order on the kiosk as soon as we walked in. Now, I'm not so old that I can't use a kiosk, however the options I was looking for were not on there. So when a person finally came up, looking really annoyed, I placed my order & asked for no onions. We were told they can't do no onions, so we left. Now I could see if this a busy location I could understand however there was one person sitting and two in line behind me. I could also see from the counter that their staff was slapping together sliders so they didn't have to customize any orders. Before I posted this I did Google to be sure that yes indeed you could order with no onions. I probably saved ourselves a stomachache by going to In n Out around the corner. So I ordered a crave case and those have been my go to for my family but this is my 1st time coming to this location. I usually go to the one on Paradise Rd. So I asked if they can scrap, as best they can, the onions off and cashier said yeah no problem. Usually I don't have issues with this request because I can't eat the onions and my kids hate onions. So I get my crave case and I ask for mayo, ketchup and mustard and this guy gives me attitude and didn't want to give me any condiments. For 1 you are just a cook so why am I getting attitude. So 1st impression of the workers is not going to well. Cashier was at least nice but black guy who gave me my case and threw attitude for condiments was just out of line. And wait it gets better. I get home and THEY DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO MAKE MY ORDER CORRECT!!!!!!!! I had EXTRA onions on every damn burger!!!! So livid. I don't know if that black guy just hates his job or what but when a customer has a request you do your best to fulfill that request and not just say screw it. Needless to say the burgers were disgusting and I had to do their job just to get my children fed. Unless management can make this right I'm NEVER returning to this location. But WOW let me tell you, everything from the service to the manager, to the ghetto ass rap music playing full blast in the dining area was horrible. We ordered a #1 instead of getting 4 originals we were given two doubles and then was told that's the way it's supposed to be. The staff was just plain rude. Never Again!!!! read more

There's something special about a slider being made with ketchup on it, not on the side! Why can't y'all fix this? other than that i can't complain about the food itself - they are all standard, again why can't they add tomato ketchup directly on the burger? what a shame. maybe it's a west coast thing. First time trying White Castle and it was either pretty disappointing or I just had way too high of expectations for it. I knew they were going to be small sliders, but honestly it tasted like it was frozen and just microwaved. We ordered the family pack that came with 10 sliders, 20 chicken rings, and 2 fries for $28. The service wasn't good. The cashier didn't have any life to her. And it took so long for our order. We ordered sliders without cheese so it was literally just the thin patty, dehydrated onions and a pickle. When we got our order, the chicken rings were so soggy the breading was sliding off of it. The two small fries that came with it weren't even fresh and it was half filled. What were we waiting so long for if the food wasn't at least fresh? There was no customer service. We had just gotten into Vegas from Dallas/Fort Worth. I asked my brothers to meet us White Castle for some sliders. When we got there they had already closed the main dining room and we would not have been able to all sit together. We asked if we could please all sit in the dining area and the girl that was working last night (didn't get her name) opened it up for us. She was so sweet about it and we sure did appreciate it. I was in the mood for French fries... when I went to place my order for a large French fry the cashier said they didn't have any large fries, only smalls...No LARGE FRIES? The cashier said it was because the were out of large fry boxes.... I said we'll can't you put the fries in 2 small boxes? I saw that were was this location which is only 3 mins away from my house. It was very hard for me to believe this! Haha! So I went thru reviews, and got so excited! Went in drive thru only to wait over 1 hour and to be told the establishment was closed after reassured food was being made. Lies.

It seems a shame for the owner or owners to allow this place to run the way it currently does. Hire yourselves a shopper to go in and as an average watch these employees have zero concerns for customer service. I will never again visit these place until improvements are made. They are absolutely horrible and they don't seem to care. Food comes out simi-cold, fries are sitting for long periods, the cook takes breaks as people wait,and you have the person at the register going back to finish waiting orders as she chews whatever it is she's eating. The restaurant is 100 times cleaner and the food was even better. After visiting the other two locations I almost gave up on White Castle. It's extremely seldom that I'm in the mood for white castle. Walking into a restaurant you should not smell sewage, and human waste. The entire restaurant smells like feces and the bathrooms are worse.. clearly has a very bad plumbing issue and they DO NOT clean the restrooms.
