So last night my wife and I stopped in and ordered the chicken burrito bowl and the ahi tuna salad. 50 min later we decided enough time went by and I asked for the manager on duty so I could pay for my wife's sangria before leaving! The waiter finally approached for the first time since taking our order and said "hey bud that salad is almost done" to which I responded with "50 min to make a salad?" The manager was just as clueless and said "sorry we missed the mark" as if zero customer service and even worse communication was the bar they set to achieve! I've only been here one other time. I enjoyed the food then, and I enjoyed it today. The Brussels sprouts were good with the capers but not a fan with the croutons. The croutons were too crunchy for that dish IMO. The hot honey feta is fire! The bao buns were yummy. The candy bacon was good too. It was cold when brought out, so I had to send it back to be warmed. That made a complete difference in the taste. I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad, but I didn't eat that today but it looked good. The waitress was ok. Arrived early for lunch. Lots of handicap parking by the front door. We were greeted as we walked in. We had our choice of indoor or outdoor seating, table or booth. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, deviled eggs, and chicken tikka masala meatballs for appetizers. I didn't try the Brussels sprouts, but the deviled eggs were delicious. The tikka masala sauce was delicious but the chicken meatballs themselves weren't to my liking. I had the bison burger, no bacon jam, and fries for dinner. The burger was excellent and perfectly cooked. The fries were mid, as the kids say. My brother said that the chicken on his nachos was a little dry, but everyone else enjoyed their meals. I think this is my favorite location in Vegas for my yorkie! First of all, the outdoor patio is large and covered with wind barrier and has some kind of brown flooring and not black pavement so my dog doesn't get dirty. Also no loud airplanes overhead like town square location. Lazy Dog is the best place outdoor dining for you and your pet! We love their brunch and happy hour prices. Everything is decently priced with cool food items. They've got margaritas and healthy yummy food. I normally have a lot to say and what food rec but pretty much everything is good! There was 5 of us, we had a lunch break from a conference down the street. Our sever was great. Able to have separate checks which was nice. Lunch special was the way to go! This location is newish, and it was my first time visiting last weekend. Wife and I were looking for a light Saturday lunch. We made a reservation online which is a nice timesaver. It is a plus that they allow reservations for a party of 2. The location is in a good spot and the parking is plentiful. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly folks and seated in a few minutes. We were seated for quite some time before someone came and acknowledged us. Our server was assigned to a large number of tables with large parties, so I had a feeling that being taken care of during our visit may become a challenge. After several more minutes, we received our drink order and placed an order for some food. We ordered their chopped wedge salad to share. My wife ordered an All-American Burger with onion rings, and I ordered fish and chips for my meal. The quality of the food was so-so at best. Our salad arrived well-dressed and the portion was big enough to share. It tasted good, but my pet peeve is that a salad should arrive chilled, if not cold. This one arrived room temp like it had been sitting put for a bit. In fact, I noticed that our server had it sitting on the counter where they key in their orders for quite some time as she was sorting out orders for her larger parties with one of her runners. Our meals arrived and wife's burger and onion rings were good. The onion rings in particular were very good and were served hot and crispy. Unfortunately, my fish and chips were not good. The lunch portion comes with two pieces of fish, and they looked like frozen fish sticks out of your local market's freezer section. The first one was passably warm and somewhat crisp which I ate. The second one was cold and squishy. The beer batter was rubbery. I showed our server and they took it away and off of our bill. They asked if I wanted a replacement, but I declined. This was not a good first experience at this newer location. It could have just been timing, but I think having the one server taking care of multiple large parties hurt the service and presentation of our orders. read more

The baking candy is absolutely delicious. I loved it. The fried deviled eggs they were OK but not my favorite and I don't think I would order them again We placed our order and then we waited and we waited and we waited until we almost couldn't wait anymore. I ordered dinner to go for myself and my husband: two half-pound cheeseburgers cooked medium rare and a fried chicken sandwich. When I arrived to pick up the order, it had just finished being prepared and was being packed up, so I expected everything to be fresh and ready to enjoy when we got home. Sadly, that was not the case. Both burgers were completely raw inside. Not medium rare, not even rare. They were actually raw and gelatinous in the center. I know what a proper medium rare burger looks like, and this wasn't even close. We were honestly shocked when we cut into them. We ended up having to cook them in a pan just to get them to a point where we could even think about eating them, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering dinner out. The fried chicken sandwich was just as disappointing. The chicken tasted like deli meat and actually slid right out of the fried batter in one piece, which was honestly kind of gross. The texture was off, the flavor was off, and after one bite it went straight into the trash. We also ordered fries, onion rings, and ranch on the side. Everything was bland, lacked seasoning, and was just overall unappetizing. Even the ranch had no flavor! For the price we paid, this entire experience was incredibly disappointing and nowhere near what we expected. We just left here and I don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon. We were a party of ten celebrating my mother-in-laws birthday. My father-in-law made the reservations with all the details. Unfortunately, non of the notes were passed along to the server. The service was a little slow but our server was nice. The problem came when our main courses were being delivered. The food runner was Julie, she was so rude. She went up to one side of the table and started auctioning out food. I was on the far end and couldn't hear her. She came over with the nastiest look on her face and repeated the "American burger". I said oh right here. She gave me another nasty look and almost elbowed me in the face setting down the plate. She looked extremely annoyed. One-why are you auctioning food? Two- speak louder if you want to do that to an entire party of ten enjoying each others company so we all can hear you. 3- if you're that miserable, quit. The first plate she set down was my father-in-laws and the burger was missing toppings (bacon and jalapeños). He informed her and she told him that she be right back in the rudest tone. Like he did something wrong. She came back auctioning off more food and my father-in-law asked her again. She said that they'll just bring it separate. He got a burger without bread. It took them some time to bring the bacon and then another reminder was needed for the jalapeños. Instead of bringing it back to the kitchen to be fixed she let him wait and wouldn't take it back even after my father-in-law tried handing it to her. I made a comment about how rude she was and she didn't come back to our table. Thank God. Because of how nasty her attitude and demeanor was, I won't be going back.
