Went here on a Sunday afternoon around 3 so the kids could grab a bite to eat My husband has gone to the other location by the airport previously with since friends and they weren't impressed, but i wanted to try it out myself and this location always seems to have a lot of customers whenever we drive by so i thought maybe he just caught them on a bad day. We weren't especially hungry so we just got the sampler trio deal and ordered some cheese mac and chicken nugget kids meals for our little ones. I liked that the kids menus came with little paper dog ears hat and stickers and they seemed to have a membership that looked like a good deal for beer drinkers. I also liked the decor. The food was disappointing. We didn't get any major entrees--just 3 appetizers bites and the kids meals, so maybe the regular meals are a bit better. We got some cheese curds which were meh--not especially melty and some of the smaller ones were just breading. The cheese and garlic bread was burnt pretty badly. It appeared to be flat bread style but most of the tops were charred so i could only take a few bites. There was one piece that wasn't black that my husband ate and he said it was "ok". We did both enjoy the feta dip however. The cheese mac is your standard kraft mac and cheese so most kids will be happy with that and the fries were crispy. The chicken came out a very dark brown like it had either been cooked in very dirty oil or forgotten in the deep fryer. My daughter took one bite and didn't touch the rest. My husband tried it thinking maybe it was the type of breading or seasoning making it appear dark, but he ended spitting it out because it was so dry. I wish i would have taken pictures to post. Our server was friendly but seemed very flustered. I saw advertised there is brunch on the weekends so maybe they were very busy before we got there with the brunch crowd and needed a break? We had asked for fruit with the chicken nugget order and received fries instead and never received a second beer that was ordered. The first one was received near immediately from the bar so I'm guessing the second one was just never was rung up. We had asked a couple of times for a box for the rest of my son's cheese mac but never ended up getting one. After waiting around for some time after we asked a second time, we just ended up asking our server to forget the box the next time they came around and to bring us our check. It was at that time they asked if we still wanted the beer that we had not received. At this time we had been done for a while and just wanted to leave so we asked that they just not ring up the second beer. The croutons were too crunchy for that dish IMO. The hot honey feta is fire! The bao buns were yummy. The candy bacon was good too. It was cold when brought out, so I had to send it back to be warmed. That made a complete difference in the taste. I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad, but I didn't eat that today but it looked good. The waitress was ok. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, deviled eggs, and chicken tikka masala meatballs for appetizers. I didn't try the Brussels sprouts, but the deviled eggs were delicious. The tikka masala sauce was delicious but the chicken meatballs themselves weren't to my liking. I had the bison burger, no bacon jam, and fries for dinner. The burger was excellent and perfectly cooked. The fries were mid, as the kids say. My brother said that the chicken on his nachos was a little dry, but everyone else enjoyed their meals. I think this is my favorite location in Vegas for my yorkie! First of all, the outdoor patio is large and covered with wind barrier and has some kind of brown flooring and not black pavement so my dog doesn't get dirty. This location is newish, and it was my first time visiting last weekend. Wife and I were looking for a light Saturday lunch. We made a reservation online which is a nice timesaver. It is a plus that they allow reservations for a party of 2. The location is in a good spot and the parking is plentiful. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly folks and seated in a few minutes. We were seated for quite some time before someone came and acknowledged us. Our server was assigned to a large number of tables with large parties, so I had a feeling that being taken care of during our visit may become a challenge. After several more minutes, we received our drink order and placed an order for some food. We ordered their chopped wedge salad to share. My wife ordered an All-American Burger with onion rings, and I ordered fish and chips for my meal. The quality of the food was so-so at best. Our salad arrived well-dressed and the portion was big enough to share. It tasted good, but my pet peeve is that a salad should arrive chilled, if not cold. This one arrived room temp like it had been sitting put for a bit. In fact, I noticed that our server had it sitting on the counter where they key in their orders for quite some time as she was sorting out orders for her larger parties with one of her runners. Our meals arrived and wife's burger and onion rings were good. The onion rings in particular were very good and were served hot and crispy. Unfortunately, my fish and chips were not good. The lunch portion comes with two pieces of fish, and they looked like frozen fish sticks out of your local market's freezer section. The first one was passably warm and somewhat crisp which I ate. The second one was cold and squishy. The beer batter was rubbery. I showed our server and they took it away and off of our bill. They asked if I wanted a replacement, but I declined. This was not a good first experience at this newer location. I ordered dinner to go for myself and my husband: two half-pound cheeseburgers cooked medium rare and a fried chicken sandwich. When I arrived to pick up the order, it had just finished being prepared and was being packed up, so I expected everything to be fresh and ready to enjoy when we got home. Sadly, that was not the case. Both burgers were completely raw inside. Not medium rare, not even rare. They were actually raw and gelatinous in the center. I know what a proper medium rare burger looks like, and this wasn't even close. We were honestly shocked when we cut into them. We ended up having to cook them in a pan just to get them to a point where we could even think about eating them, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering dinner out. The fried chicken sandwich was just as disappointing. The chicken tasted like deli meat and actually slid right out of the fried batter in one piece, which was honestly kind of gross. The texture was off, the flavor was off, and after one bite it went straight into the trash. We also ordered fries, onion rings, and ranch on the side. Everything was bland, lacked seasoning, and was just overall unappetizing. Even the ranch had no flavor! For the price we paid, this entire experience was incredibly disappointing and nowhere near what we expected.
