It began with a large closet's defective ight bulb shining down on a painting. When Josh, the electrician, came I told him I thought it was a short in the wiring. He checked it and said the transformer installed 11 years ago was faulty and needed to be replaced. Josh replaced the transformer but the newly installed very bright light didn't match the other four lights in the closet. Well, after a back and forth, I finally suggested a spotlight for the painting. That way it would be its own entity. The third time worked! Josh was happy, and I was happy. And it was the most expensive light bulb in my world. The company is great, attentive, and on time. I have no idea what other companies would have charged but the problem was solved. I had company do a new main panel on 6 unit apartment building in 2016. Big job they did a great job happy with it. I am writing this review now because I just saw these photos and still mad about it. Then in June 2019 I called to have them move an electrical outlet. They did not do to code. Ran Romex over studs not thru with metal plate. Put cardboard over the wire and mud over that, so sloppy some of the cardboard was sticking out. If it looked better I probably would have just sanded and painted. I called to complain and get refund. They offered to come back, but I did not want them back after what happened. I hired different company to redo. They did not give full refund but did refund about 1/3 of price. I still have invoice. read more

They completed the installation quickly and without any trace of refuse. After five years, the NEMA plug started to have issues which isn't surprising since it's been in continuous use since installation.
