It is what it is. This location always seems busy, but what In-N-Out isn't? What I'll say is they are very efficient and pump out orders in record time, plus staff is pleasant and friendly. The burgers are consistently good and the fries equally so. I usually grab a couple cups of ketchup at the dispenser counter and the drinks are always readily availablem available. No complaints here! Been coming since they first opened and that was over seven years ago. It's like other In-n-Out's, busy, friendly employees, and delicious food. This location is our favorite because we've almost always had a great experience. I think that the burgers at In-N-Out has to be my favorite out of all the fast food chains. No matter which location you go to, it's always prepared the same way. You can't say that about other fast food places, it's usually hit or miss. My GoTo is the #2 with onion and a Coke. Decided to stop for In - n - Out after a show & service was fast & friendly. I thought for sure we'd be waiting a bit but the drive through went really quick. It had been sprinkling that morning so we got to take advantage of the free hot chocolate for kids. No one in line so checklist was swift, Mason was nice. I'm staying again at the hotel across the parking lot from the In N Out. The first time I came here it was brand new almost 6 years ago. well, it's still the same and looks all about the same 6 years later. The service is very efficient and they repeat your order back to you so you know it's accurate. I just walked over from the hotel and decided to eat inside the restaurant. That burger gets colder the long you wait to put that puppy in your mouth! I skipped fries today, cutting those carbs, ya know. Got my usual Double Double Animal Style with 2X on the grilled onions. This In N Out sucks. One time they straight up gave our order to the car in front, made us pull out front to wait even longer while they remade it. My kids get plain burgers, yet we get home once and there is ketchup all over it like the my spilled it inside the bun, but other burgers were fine. There drive thru management sucks. It's hard for me to write this review because I've been a loyal customer of In-N-Out, visiting at least once a week. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. It started a few weeks ago when I noticed my burgers weren't fully cooked. To be safe, I began ordering them well done. However, even with that change, my last couple of visits have had issues. The previous time, my burger was incorrect, but I chose not to say anything, thinking it was just an off day--they're usually very consistent. Today, though, I felt the need to speak up. The dining area wasn't as clean as it usually is, which was the first red flag. I placed my order at 12:33 and didn't receive my food until 12:50. After getting to my car, I checked my burger and saw that it was still made incorrectly--despite ordering no lettuce or tomato, it had double of both. I double-checked the receipt, and both my order and the cashier's entry were correct, so the mistake happened during preparation. I truly wish this was just a one-time slip, but with the pattern over the past few visits, it seems like things may be going downhill. My family and I love coming here. This is a great establishment to get a great quick bite to eat and their hamburgers are always perfect and they make their french fries fresh every day. They don't come out of a bag. My favorite item to get here is the double double and also I'm a huge man of the milkshakes, this establishment is in the same location as target right next to the Holiday Inn express the staff at work here super friendly very efficient. They even repeat your order so there's no worries of any confusion with anything. My family is here from Ashtown and we were all hungry and crazy and out burger, they didn't have the people out side yesterday due to the weather. I completely understand. It was a little bit of a wait but our food was done with perfection and cooked exactly the way we wanted. It is open until 1 AM daily and even have protein style so if you don't want the hamburger instead of using a hamburger bun, they make your lettuce into a bun, big family. If you have not tried them yet I would recommend going to In-N-Out burger.com and checking out what they have. The food is great service is great quick efficient and we leave every time.
