But when I finally made it up to the building ,where the large window is, to see them preparing the food, there was a lot of talking which caused employees to stop working. One guy in particular must have thought talking was more important than working (Caucasian male with fake diamond hoop earrings). His coworker to the left seemed to be getting distracted. Another female employee was standing around talking to the female employee who was assembling burgers. Again, it appeared that the conversations were more important than the sense of urgency of getting the food out to the people. My family and I had a craving for In-N-Out Burger tonight so I decided to come here and get some delicious in and out I've been craving a double over here for a while this is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very delicious food my favorite item here is the double with only cheese and ketchup extra well-done it always hits the spot just right in my tummy my nephew loves hamburger only ketchup my mom is a huge fan of the double no cheese or onions plus the french fries are just so good because they are homemade and not ones from a bag the staff is very friendly over here very energetic very great vibe I love how they always ask you if you got everything you needed if you need anything else plus they repeat my order to make sure that nothing is going to be messed up on the order This is a great place for lunch and dinner or even a late snack I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for great hot delicious food they definitely have it here they also have really great milkshakes I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences to come thank you in and out in Lincoln you guys are awesome read more

Food is good no doubt, but we need to get some adults working on the Lincoln location. I'm all for employing youth it's good for them. That being said I went in there today, they put onions on my kids animal fry even tho we asked for no fry, receipt showed now onion and they just plain forgot my fry. We went up and made them aware of the mistake. Very nicely they said sorry we will bring that out to you. 10 min later we are done with our burgers, we go back up... sorry again we will bring that out to you. 15 min after that, I'm just ready to go home. Walk up there with the animal fry with onion on it same kid. Advised we had been waiting for 25 min for our fries and he just stood there with a blank look on his face. Staff was very friendly but when there are only two cars ahead of you and it takes 25-minutes to get animal fries that is ridiculous. I ordered from the counter today instead of the drive through. During the 15 minutes I spent inside, I counted 12 customers including myself. 6 were wearing masks, 6 were not. Long time patron of your Lincoln location! However, today was not the usual. Ordered a double double with grilled onion in the drive thru line. Line moved quite well and it only took a couple of minutes to arrive at the pickup window. I live approximately 1 mile from your location. Drove straight home. Very disappointed----NO ONIONS, a measly very thin slice of an eighth of a slice of tomato that was mostly skin. The lettuce was almost non existent and wilted as if it had been sitting around a while. The beef patties were overcooked and rubbery. The bottom bun appeared to be very old and not over toasted. Once the grand opening passed (and their opening staff) the speed and quality of service went way down. Food was slightly lower quality. But most noticeable is the length of time it takes to get through the drive through now. They went from a line wrapped around the parking lot that they could clear in ten minutes, to a four car line taking the same. Disappointing. A guy who obviously thinks his wealth entitles him to cut it line cut in front of me in the drive through with 15 cars behind. He was made aware he cut and he didn't care. Lincoln has an In-N-Out! We have finally made it big, now lets hope the popularity stays and we keep this gem open. I decided to go to and get one of their delicious burgers and fries the opening night! Crazy as it was, I went in knowing that I would have to wait and there may be hiccups. In-N-Out operates like a well-oiled machine and the parking lot attendants handled the influx of cars like a boss!! The line for the drive through weaved through the small parking lot, also covering 2 entrances to the shopping center. The parking attendants directed traffic, communicated efficiently, placed cones and even added an additional lane so that traffic wouldn't trickle into the street. After the additional lane was created, our order, among other cars was taken on a tablet. Tho we were far from the menu, we knew what we wanted. In all honesty, In-n-Out could probably save some money and forego the menu signs since everyone knows what they want, just sayin' Every employee we saw greeted us with a genuine smile! Even though they had been slammed all day, and working their tails off, they were in amazing spirits. 14 minutes and 22 seconds later (yes, I timed it)... we had our food in hand! Warm, fresh and accurate!! *drooling* In N Out being within walking distance to my house is going to be difficult, I can see myself coming here one or two times a week. We have been thoroughly enjoying In-N-Out for years. Not so much the one in Lincoln, CA. Dirty tables and cold food. And not just once, but the last few times we've been there. And when they do clean the tables, they use the same dirty rag to clean the tables that they use to wipe up the floors around the table. Ordered a 3x3 animal style cold cheese & chopped Peppers. Bun was soggy and fell apart before I could eat. Burgers were so burned the were like rocks. I threw it away. Never had a complaint before. Frequent 2-3x a month. Also NO peppers and cheese was all under the burnt patty's!?! Very disappointed. Will try again but not so trusting and will inspect before I leave. Can you believe in all my years on this planet that this was the first time I ate at an In and Out? Like seriously, EVER!! I had been inside one other one before but only got a soda. So I popped my cherry as I walked in with my family on a Saturday at lunch time. Figured it was in my home town so I better give it a shot. The drive through was a solid 15 cars deep, hell no I am not sitting in that. Surprisingly the line inside wasn't bad at all. I ordered a double protein style with grilled onions. Food was good, fresh and came out pretty quick. Service from all 3 people I dealt with was very friendly. Place was clean including the bathroom. Will I be back? Ya. I usually get a double double and animal fries and for my fries, there usually just isn't enough spread so I've started getting extra spread as I did tonight but it wasnt even needed!
