We love In N Out! We needed to grab a quick bite before an event. We had great timing no long lines in side and plenty of open tables. I ordered our food. My husband is allergic to raw tomatoes. I said no tomatoes. But he still wanted the other items the double double comes with onions and lettuce. I thought all was good. He said last time he ordered at an In N Out they also left off the onions? Strange since it still should come with the normal items still listed. I didn't know that happened to him last time until after I ordered. Once our order was ready..I asked if it had the onions and lettuce? She said it didn't have onions. Today, I splurged and bought my client and I lunch here today. First, I believe this was the first location that came to Roseville many many moons ago. In-N-Out is known for their thin patty classic burgers and cheeseburgers. Let's not forget their unique tasting fries. Since this location first came to Roseville, I would say they've only ever gotten my order wrong once. My client and I ordered the same thing. A double double with raw onion and cooked onions. Without anymore modifications, it'll come with their spread, lettuce and tomato and cheese. We drove to her house to eat our lunch and it was soooo tasty! Still nice and hot! This location is conveniently located right off the freeway and you can get to Sun Splash just going through the parking lot. On a busy day from the back of the drive thru line, it can take 20+ minutes to receive your food... the only thing In-N-Out needs now is a bigger parking lot! Thank you for a tasty lunch!! We love a good In N Out burger & this location is the one we usually frequent for eating in or going through the drive thru. The food here is good & the workers are generally friendly, but it's usually pretty busy. You can end up waiting for a while in a long serpentine line for the drive thru. However, on a really busy Saturday at lunchtime for eat-in, it took 12 minutes to get our food after ordering. Sometimes it can be hard to upkeep clean tables with the amount of people coming & going, so I had to wipe one up myself, but you see the staff doing a pretty good job of wiping up, cleaning the floor, & asking to take finished trays for you. Occasionally the assembly of our burgers have been a bit wonky. We also like "well done" fries that are crispy, & can get them that way at other locations, but for some reason, they still don't come out quite crisp enough here. Always consistent, always delicious! In-N-Out sets the standard for a quick burger, that isn't fast food. This location is busy but clean, great friendly service, and excellent quality you can count on. Also, while I was there, there was an elderly customer who had misplaced her keys and was very upset. The manager Nicole comforted her and took the time to dig through every garbage can to try and find them, even though it was during a rush period and crazy busy. Thankfully, the keys were found. What is going on with In N Out? In the past 30 days, have had a poor experience in Reno (NV) as well as Rocklin (CA). The veg, especially tomatoes, going on the burgers is kept so cold that then the burgers becomes cold. Yuck. Reno, adding to that insult, also provided a so over toasted bun ( also cold) that it tasted like toast from yesterday. Then there's the Diet Pink Lemonade. No ice or else so little, it was entirely melted when you got your drink. Guess what- we are not in the UK. When I order a cold drink, I expect to have ice in it. Since these "no no's" have happened twice in 30 days at two different locations, it says to me something has changed. Both these occurrences was for drive thru btw so staff was preparing the drink. Tried to go on their website to let them know, but so such area as Customer Service, so will post their embarrassment publicly. They are generally consistent and, in my view, generally better than the other burger chains I got my usual NO. 1, along with a second for my better half, with grilled onions and had a lemonade for my soft drink. I'm on a lemonade kick these days. The wait for the food was a bit long, not unusual, and the burger was the same as always. The fries, however, were quite limp and soggy; not the usual at all. We've been enjoying their burgers for over 17 years now. Can't believe, I haven't done a review for this Roseville In-N-Out. Lately our go to orders are Animal Style w/ Extra Crispy fries. I always request for extra dressing for the fries. Ketchup doesn't do them justice. Lines could get long at times and we found it was quicker when you actually go inside and order to-go. Come to think of it, dine-ins haven't been our thing as of late. We prefer to bring it home and not eat in the car as it leaves that In-N-Out stench. Amazing burgers and fries. Shakes are consistently savory though they are too tough to use the straw on at times. Well, there's always the spoon. In N Out burgers taste great with fresh ingredients and are the best bang for your buck. This is my usual order: Double Double, Animal style with extra pickles. A Double Double is a double cheeseburger. Animal Style means grilled onions. mustard grilled patties, and extra Thousand Island spread. If I am worried about carbs, I will order the burger Protein Style, which replaces the bun with a lettuce wrap. I don't want to eat the burger in the car and don't want a drippy mess in the car, so I ask the burger to be Double Wrapped or to be boxed. There is a big rectangular box with separate lid that can hold burger and fries. There is also just a burger box. Animal style fries are fun. They cost more than a burger! Grilled onions, melted cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on fries! So yummy, so many calories. You can request the French fries to be extra crispy, but of course, this lengthens the time to get your fries. I like to order root beer floats when dining in. You can also order a grilled cheese. This evening it was busy with a line all the way to the door the line was steadily moving but Ryan still noticed a bit of a hold up and jumped right onto a register to get our order in ASAP.
