We came in for a weekday lunch & it wasn't very busy. The person who took our order/brought us our food was pleasant to interact with & patient with answering my menu questions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean, & real flowers in small vases on the tables were a cheery touch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A nice lady tended to the tables & took our tray for us when we were done. The mister got a #1 meal with pepper jack cheese & was satisfied. He tried the seasonal Pineapple Dragonfruit Lemonade, which was full of fruity flavor. I got a #8 Cool Wrap meal with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing & a Sunjoy made with unsweetened tea. I've had this item at another location & liked it, but when I saw what I was presented with here, it was so disappointing! Rather than have a decent amount of chicken & cheese, it was practically all greens!! At least they were fresh. Hmm, maybe if I dig into it more there would be more meat? Nope. I scrutinized the menu photo. Definitely more visible meat. So after eating some, it was brought to their attention if that was the correct proportion. Happily, I was offered a new wrap that was much more balanced. I could actually taste chicken & cheese! I was very satisfied with the quick & trouble-free correction.

Safe to say its been about 20 year since i entered a Chic Fil A. After years of hesitation, i finally made my way to the location in Roseville after a lab visit. I ended up ordering the sandwich, fries and some nuggets. 20 years ago i left with the distinct memory that a McChicken was 10x better than a Chic Fil A. After having the modern version, that sentiment has definitely changed. The sandwich was great. The fries were below par. The nuggets were limp and greasy. Over all, 7/10. Would i repeat? Probably if it were closer, but nothing to drive a great distance for.

First time to eat at Chick-fil-a and we were impressed with the customer service of Sam at Register 6 . He was very pleasant, patient & helpful. Even my middle schooler had to make a comment that the server was so nice . Chick fil a burger & nuggets were also great tasting. Glad that this courtesy & service still exists.

Not cool to pay so much for food and receive this.... You can fill my fries to the top and it won't hurt your business guys.

Delicious food served everyday (except Sunday) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I hesitated for a long time to dine at a Chick-fil-A because every time I pass by this location it's always a long line inside and at the drive-thru. Lately I found myself coming here a lot... the line inside went fast with two or three cashiers taking orders at the counter. The Chick-n-Strips™ (or Nuggets) with Waffle Potato Fries™ are my favorite. I love lemonade but I have yet to try their Chick-fil-A® Lemonade. The employees are always friendly and nice. Good service. The ambiance is always busy. I've claimed a Chick-fil-A- Chicken Sandwich during Kings Game Day Giveaway and also a Chocolate Fudge Brownie for my birthday freebie (which is coming up again next month) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Review #3426

Chick-Fil-A. So sad you can't seem to celebrate veterans at all your locations. Additionally, I did Not appreciate being told "Thank you for my service" but we aren't participating in Veterans Day. That is a Back Handed Thank You. Corporate America, Do Better. From Retired Veteran

This place use to be great, but now it's gone to sh**! I'm here often because I work close by, placed an order on 8/26/25, they forgot my Mac n cheese, no big deal, tried calling and they forwarded me to an 800 #, I was told to pretend I'm placing a catering order & I'd get right through, not the case. They make it impossible to call this location. I went back today for a different order and explained my experience from the previous week only to be cut off while talking & told, "well, I can't just give out free food"! Trust me if I was going to try and get free food, I would've picked a different item! He didn't even let me finish what I was saying he was rude and dismissive! Here's an idea at Chick-fil-A when a customer leaves an item behind, which I am very sure you know when it happens maybe write down the day & time and what was left behind so you have record of it! So you don't have to make customers feel like they are trying to get free food! Thanks to the person at the window who replaced it anyway. It actually wasn't a big deal, it was the point & how rude this "manager" was!

It was super super fast and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE‍ I think the girl on the register was Maddi... or something like this, on the bag it's Sheila, I don't know who was it, but I like you girl (give her a raise)

Since moving away, I've realized it's not just about the burger. It's about the ritual. The laughs in the parking lot. The post-workout breakdown of life, goals, and nonsense. These little traditions hit different when you don't have them every week anymore. This stop didn't just feed me -- it soothed my soul and reminded me that no matter where life takes you, good friends are forever. We ordered the classic: Double-Double protein style with pickles (yes, just ask and they'll load them on). Fresh, hot, consistent -- every single time. That crisp lettuce wrap around that perfectly messy burger? Elite fuel. This location is always crazy. Parking is wild. The drive-thru line wraps around like it's Black Friday. But the team doesn't even blink. They move with that perfect mix of hospitality and professionalism -- focused, fast, and friendly. No panic, just execution. It's more than fast food. It's memories. It's tradition. It's post-gym earned calories with someone who matters. And every time I come back, it feels like home.

Disappointing Experience Due to Food Safety Concern…read more I visited this restaurant on Wednesday for lunch. This was actually my second time dining here. My first visit was pleasant, which is why I decided to come back. This time, I ordered what I believe was the tri-tip steak wrap. As I was finishing the first half of my wrap, I noticed a dead fly in my food. Needless to say, I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I walked to the front and asked to speak with a manager. The cashier who helped me was very friendly and professional. I explained the situation to her, and she relayed it to the manager. While I do appreciate that they refunded my meal, what disappointed me most was the manager's response. He never came over to speak with me, apologize, or acknowledge the situation directly. From where I was standing, he appeared visibly disturbed when informed, but he simply instructed the cashier to issue a refund and never addressed me as the customer. I understand that mistakes happen and that it was a busy lunch rush. However, finding a fly in a meal is a serious food safety issue, and I believe a manager or owner should take a moment to personally speak with the customer, show concern, and offer an apology. A little empathy would have gone a long way. The refund was appreciated, but the lack of acknowledgment and customer care left a much stronger impression than the refund itself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'm hesitant to return.

The Pastrami Shop was roughly 7 miles from home, so it was worth the short drive. The place is right off Sunset and Whitney Blvd in Rocklin. It's a very small place so ordering to go is popular. But if you find a seat, definitely enjoy the local vibe of the regulars and talk with the owners for a bit. They really are passionate about their business, and serving their customers. I really enjoyed my half hot pastrami classic sandwich. The bread was toasted, mustard, provolone, and a side of pickles and jalapeños. Boy was it good! I really should have had the full size. Give er a shot if you're in the neighborhood. You won't regret it. I'll definitely stop by again. Loved it.

Perhaps 'basic' might be most appropriate…read more Let's first say that when I walked inside I nearly immediately turned around to walk out. The general look and atmosphere is off-putting. It seems devoid of product, somewhat disheveled and disorganized and lacking any substantive character. The place appears very 'long in the tooth', and no food products were evident anywhere. Added to it, no customers, yet some came later. Yet, I was hungry and stayed. To be honest, glad I did. They sell essentially one thing-PASTRAMI, and that's it. Well, indeed true to the restaurant name. Again, everything is basic! I opted for a Classic Pastrami Sandwich and was given the option for bread, I chose a soft roll, and provolone for cheese, plus mustard. At $22. for a sandwich, well, I had some hesitation. The place is apparently owned and run by a charming older couple who really are out to please, very friendly and congenial. I felt like I fell into an old Russian Jewish deli on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, no frills. Basic, but good food! OK, the Pastrami and the entire sandwich were AMAZING! The quality of the meat was top notch and quite good, probably some of the best around. The sandwich was HUGE and enough for two meals. I was offered peppers on the side and it was perfect for me to add some. The sandwich was nicely warmed/toasted, the cheese melted perfectly and it wasn't a difficult messy thing to eat as are many more upscale sandwiches and burgers these days. So, in the end it was worth it. The sandwich was indeed a surprise and excellent. Plus, they checked after I bit into it to be certain I was satisfied, with a smile. I got some chips and a drink and ate it there. Plenty of napkins were provided. Located in a rather funky 1960s shopping mall it's small, not that easy to find yet parking seems OK. Albeit it somewhat pricey the food is very good and the value is there. If you want Pastrami then this is the place. They sell bulk packages of it too. Try it. You might be as surprised by it.
