We came in for a weekday lunch & it wasn't very busy. The person who took our order/brought us our food was pleasant to interact with & patient with answering my menu questions. The mister got a #1 meal with pepper jack cheese & was satisfied. He tried the seasonal Pineapple Dragonfruit Lemonade, which was full of fruity flavor. I got a #8 Cool Wrap meal with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing & a Sunjoy made with unsweetened tea. I've had this item at another location & liked it, but when I saw what I was presented with here, it was so disappointing! Rather than have a decent amount of chicken & cheese, it was practically all greens!! At least they were fresh. Hmm, maybe if I dig into it more there would be more meat? Nope. I scrutinized the menu photo. Definitely more visible meat. So after eating some, it was brought to their attention if that was the correct proportion. Safe to say its been about 20 year since i entered a Chic Fil A. After years of hesitation, i finally made my way to the location in Roseville after a lab visit. I ended up ordering the sandwich, fries and some nuggets. 20 years ago i left with the distinct memory that a McChicken was 10x better than a Chic Fil A. After having the modern version, that sentiment has definitely changed. The sandwich was great. The fries were below par. The nuggets were limp and greasy. Over all, 7/10. Would i repeat? Lately I found myself coming here a lot... the line inside went fast with two or three cashiers taking orders at the counter. The Chick-n-Strips™ (or Nuggets) with Waffle Potato Fries™ are my favorite. I love lemonade but I have yet to try their Chick-fil-A® Lemonade. The employees are always friendly and nice. I have gone here for years without any issues until lately. I am allergic to gluten, and they have always been great with handling my order and I've never gotten sick. Twice now, I have ordered here and they did not separate my order into a different bag (which they always have done); but this last time, tonight, they actually gave me TWO regular buns, but charged me the extra money for the gluten free bun that comes in its own package! So after a long day for my family, I ended up not being able to eat dinner with them, and then there is the cost for my meal, and me needing to now cook myself dinner. I've also had a similar experience at another location. I'll be contacting their corporate office on Monday., and they very likely lost a customer for good. read more

I'm here often because I work close by, placed an order on 8/26/25, they forgot my Mac n cheese, no big deal, tried calling and they forwarded me to an 800 #, I was told to pretend I'm placing a catering order & I'd get right through, not the case. They make it impossible to call this location. I went back today for a different order and explained my experience from the previous week only to be cut off while talking & told, "well, I can't just give out free food"! Trust me if I was going to try and get free food, I would've picked a different item! He didn't even let me finish what I was saying he was rude and dismissive! Here's an idea at Chick-fil-A when a customer leaves an item behind, which I am very sure you know when it happens maybe write down the day & time and what was left behind so you have record of it! Popped by for breakfast this morning. I ordered the spicy biscuit combo with hash browns (more like mini tater tots that weren't overly fresh) and coffee. The staff people working the register and dining room are always friendly. It wasn't too busy so food came out pretty quick. This was my first visit since the remodel. The decor is more modern now. Tables are pretty close together so it's kind of loud when folks start filling the seats. Not sure when I'll return, but I'm sure I'll be back. read more

This is a delayed review... It was my first time in this particular branch. I came in on a busy day and maybe on a day where the trainees are being trained. There were a lot of young employees around the counter and our particular cashier seemed lost. It took us 10-15 minutes compared to a usual 3-5 minutes to do the whole ordering process. There was quite a lot of people waiting for their orders. The place was kinda packed. The tables were clean which was good and our food was warm and good. Such a good location. The workers are nice and the chicken is crispy and flavorful and the Mac and cheese is thick and has a great layer on top. Their cranberry sprite that they just removed was so good too and I wish it was permanent. I have to say again, I don't get why in the heck this place is always so insanely busy. I think have gone twice in my whole life and the last time was probably in 2017. I just remember being very unsatisfied and ended up still being hungry. Anyway, we come for lunch and the parking lot is not sufficient for the amount of ppl that end up being here. While standing in line, every table was occupied. It is the busiest fast food around. I ordered the chicken strips and they were so small! for a lot of $. First time trying this location, saw the location on the review has play area so decided to stop by. I usually go to the one in Rocklin location but just wanted to try different location. FYI : They didn't have play area anymore. It's employees rest area. Food : Their food actually very hot, which is good. Compare to Rocklin location, this place has a better food quality in term of temperature of their food. Ice cream cone : I prefer Rocklin location, they give three swirl compare to here only two swirl. Service : Service is good! Not much to say about it. They have friendly service, except the cashier only one person and five to six employees behind the counter and one order taker in the front. The store is big with the order taker in the middle. Store set up a little bit confusing, saw one guy was looking for restroom walking from the left to the right and to the left. If you are first time here probably you will definitely walk around before you figure out the store. The store has lots of tables and seating indoors and outdoor. Outdoor tables are not clean so we just seat indoor. They have alcohol pack for hand wipe which is nice. Condiments area by the register Station. Trash can is kind of full, Rocklin location using the automatic trash can door. Overall this location has a better food quality. They also seems very busy. Tonight I came into Chick Fil A hoping for a quick and simple meal. Gage shocked me by going above and beyond with outstanding customer service. This Chick Fil A has always been a go to because of the customer service, but coming in here tonight and having Gage as my server made me like this one 10x more. Gage even offered me a complimentary drink on him because of the wait (the wait wasn't even that bad) this showed he cares for his customers A LOT. read more
