The Fatburger located inside thunder valley has just had a huge remodel, and it's better than before. They were closed for a few months since they were remodeling and taking over the Ben and Jerry's shop next door. They recently reopened beginning of July and with all the extra room and space in back, they've been a lot better at getting the food out Ina timely manner. The wait time has been cut down to almost half, especially if it's busy (which it usually is), and there is self service/ordering kiosks now. Seating remains the same as before, and they still have the same items since before the remodel. I'll continue to go here since I enjoy the food. Only downside is it is pretty expensive. Probably about the same price as five guys. read more

Fatburger at Thunder Valley Resort & Casino looks so much better after the remodel! The location feels way bigger and more open than before, which we really liked. We also loved the new self-ordering kiosks on the left side. They made it super easy to customize our order and build the burger the way we wanted. As someone who eats vegan, I was really happy to see vegan-friendly options. We ordered the classic vegan burger and veganized it by removing the American cheese and adding the dairy-free vegan cheese instead. We also got it as a meal, and everything was really good. The highlight for us was definitely the vegan milkshake. We tried the dairy-free Oreo milkshake and it was delicious! We were honestly so excited to see that option on the menu, and we would definitely get it again. Overall, the updated Fatburger is a huge improvement. The best milkshakes! Located inside the Thunder Valley Casino. The staff work hard and push your food out as quick as they can. Everything is cooked to order so there's a short wait. Having the numbers up on a screen rather than calling them out is top tier accessibility, I am Deaf so this is a perk for me. Being inside the casino it can get crowded. Inside the Thunder Valley casino is this Fatburger at the food court. I went casually with a friend as he lives next to this place. Burger was good. Many different sizes you can order. I skipped the fries becuase I think they are some of the worst things a person can eat. Something about the chemical reaction of potatoes with oil. If I can I try to order cole slaw - I'm not sure if they had sides like that - I somehow don't remember it and lean to think not. Soda was poured by the people there - and it was fine. Good carbonation and a few little ice cubes - very refreshing. My friend had the same and I like this to huge meals where your overstuffed. "Two in the morning got the Fatburger!" World famous hamburgers here in the food court at Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln. Had to finally try these hamburgers and they are amazing, delicious, simple yet unique! Went with the original fatburger with no onion, still had tomatoes, mustard, chopped lettuce, pickles and a juicy patty. It was bomb! Got the fat fries instead of skinny. Bomb! Ummm... YUM!! I was not a big fan of Fatburger after my first experience, but I decided to give them another try since we were walking around Thunder Valley. So, in the food court, with many tables and chairs set up for our convenience, we made our way over to order our craving for a juicy burger... but would it hit the spot? Fatburger offers burgers, of course. Up to a 1 pound burger! Can you believe that's what we went with?! Well, we were splitting it, so that's ok. We added on extra lettuce, onions, cheese, sides of ranch, and mayo. We knew this burger would fill us up. From how I remember their food tasting, there was not any seasoning on the burger. When they called out that our order was ready, I requested some salt and pepper packets. The women behind the counter were friendly with kind faces. They were very polite (don't forget to tip!) We cut our burger in half and admired how the burger ingredients were stacked. The nicely melted cheese. Warm toasted bun... our mouths were salivating. After the first bite... I felt like it definitely needed salt and pepper. My man said his half was perfect the way it was... as he dipped in ranch and mayo. Their ranch is delicious (delicious ranch is very important!) We devoured our delicious 1-pound burger. It was around $13 for this split lunch and worth every penny. I was left more impressed this time than I was last time I was here. I do like the thick, creamy Maui Banana Milkshake and the crisp, salted Skinny Fries very much, but it's a pain to park and walk around Thunder Valley Casino and to wait in line to order from Fatburger. The burger, fries, and drink combo is overpriced. I paid $16.99 for the Large combo plus $1.25 bacon add-on and a $2 milkshake upgrade. Over $20 for a burger, fries, and milkshake. You could get more fries for less money and for easier convenience at McDonald's. The Kingburger is a 1/2 lb burger. It is large and could be shared with another person. However, the burger doesn't seem worth it. Overgrilled and dry on the outside of the burger, but the meat inside is medium and a little pink. I had to add ketchup for flavor and moisture. Served on a freshly toasted sponge-dough bun. Along with sweet potato fries and Coke. I ordered the Veggie Burger: A soy patty on a fresh whole-wheat bun with everything on it. This place is awful. Went after a concert. The line moved slow and then after we ordered it took 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. The milkshakes are pre made as i just saw them grab them out of a fridge. They were so thin it was basically chocolate milk. The burgers were cold and the worst quality meat.
