I love this place been going for over 15 years now. Employees are amazing. Hannah does such a good job. My only concern is the cleanliness of the salon. I have noticed in my last couple visits they are reusing supplies and utensils. My sister had to ask them to use new or disinfected supplies. Hopefully they will do a good cleaning and stop using the same solutions and utensils they use on prior employees. The gel lights all look supper dirty. read more

I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of months, I apologize. I got my nails done there for the first time on March 26, 2025, and I can't remember the name of the nail tech that I saw but she was outstanding! She was a lady around my age with a son in college...I know her face, but not her name unfortunately. I had to write a review because my nails have never lasted as long as they did after she did them. I'm lucky if they last 2 weeks and I had to take them off myself at 5 1/2 weeks! I cannot believe it! She did such an excellent job the nail place closer to where I live also commented. After having my nails done recently and having them lift and pop off around the two week mark, I am definitely going to try to make the hour drive from Elbert County to see her. Went here for the first time! I called about 15min before heading over and they were able to take me without wait, despite being busy upon arrival! Christine helped me and she was beyond sweet! My family and I had just moved to CO 4 months ago, and I had been neglecting my feet amongst the chaos. I received the "Royal Pedicure" for $80. and it really felt like a royal treatment. I use a different brand of shellac at home, so after the top coat was carefully applied, I didn't like the color. Today was my first visit with a friend and loved it! My nail tech, Andrew, was awesome! He was knowledgeable on helping me decide my nail decisions since these will be my nails for a wedding. I'm very picky about my acrylic nails and constantly going to different places. Usually nails techs are unable to provide me with well done custom shapes and/or designs but whatever I mentioned to Andrew, he seemed ready to do! I got my nails done here three times now. They do a decent job but I am slightly disappointed in prices. I was charged 40 for a shellac manicure which is okay pricing. I liked my nails but I wanted to change the color the next day and all they did was a color changed and I was charged 30. They didn't do any filing or management of my cuticles because I had gotten them done the day before. I just thought it was a little steep for just color. It wasn't busy at least so I was able to get that change quickly. read more

I was not satisfied by the level of clean and sanitation. I want sterilized tools, pumice and files. I want the person to wear gloves and to not have warts on their hands. I called for a mani pedi. It felt like because I was a male they didn't take the appropriate amount of time. My pedi started without letting my feet soak in the water. She didn't scrape off my callus, I should of said something but I didn't. I figured it was normal, like every other pedicure I've ever had. This is my second time coming in. I came in for Manicure's for myself and my 3 year old daughter. They got us to sit down pretty quickly. Everything was good, they did our nails super fast, in less than 30 minutes. So you're probably wondering why 3 stars? I would love to give them 5, however the first time I came in which was just the last time I got my nails done, I was charged $40 for a shellac manicure. This time while getting my 3 year old's nails done as well I was charged $75. And I always tip so I left a tip of $10 additionally. So $85 in total on two simple gel manicures. (Technically 1 1/2) I can't imagine why they would charge $35 for nails that size, my daughter is very well behaved and doesn't move so painting her nails isn't a chore either, so I definitely feel taken advantage of. And therefore will not be returning where I'm looked at as an easy money opportunity. read more

The positives I called this morning before they opened and the owner actually called me back right away and let me make an appointment! The guy did a good job on my nails and was very sweet. The negativesI was a little disappointed in the fact that the $38 pedicure was the exact same basic pedicure at most other places. According to the guy, the $25 basic pedicure doesn't even come with callus removal, that should always come standard- at least a little! The polish section was crazy. And if you don't especially like dogs wandering around the salon, there's two...at least. I don't mind them, but I did see one sleeping on one of the customer chairs. read more

I got the worst manicure and pedicure here than I have ever received in my entire life from Helen! She totally botched my toenails and when I showed her that the paint didn't cover the whole toenail and that there were flaws, she just coated it over with 2 to 3 coats of clear polish. The polish was so thick, and there was clear polish all over my skin as well. My fingernails lasted less than a week, and my pedicure as well. I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. When you get a basic one, forget about getting any type of massage with the pedicure. Like zero. She slapped on a thin coat of lotion as fast as she could and the roughly wipes it off. With the basic mani and pedi, whatever polish she put, I have been trying for days to get the polish off with acetone and will not come off! Cuts on every cuticle I have been coming here for 2 years, always bring my sister and grandma. My spa pedicure this time was cold, very rough with taking off my gel and dip manicure where I said it hurt and they did not listen , and I have cuts on every cuticle on my hands. It is painful to wash them. My grandmother has dementia and I told them no pedicure for her, they pried me away from her and I look back to her getting a pedicure. Extremely unprofessional when I told them multiple times no. I made sure to leave a good tip because they asked multiple times for one, came back in the store to make it right. We were not happy with our treatment as long term customers. After years of loyalty time to find somewhere else because after spending $230 we did not receive the service we expected.
