I knew there was a possibility that they wouldn't be able to get my car in and I wasn't going to get mad because I knew it was my fault. I went in, apologized for being super late, and I was right, Shaun had mentioned it might be too late to take my car in today and that they don't usually take cars after 10AM. However, he still wanted to see the condition of my car and double check with his guys to see maybe if they still have time for my car since they already started working on another car. Thankfully they were able to detail my car that day! I was so relieved. He mentioned that since I was late, it might take him till 5-6PM to finish up my detail, and that was fine for me! I was just happy they were able to do it today! Came back a little before 5PM and he was still working on it. Shaun came by and said he had a few more things to do. I was totally fine with that. I just hung around in their office. About 5:30-5:45 I believe, he said he was all done! He let us go around back to his shop to see my car. My Veloster definitely looked, smelled, felt squeaky clean! No more dog smell and dog snot all over my tinted windows! No more dust and dirt all over my interior! Carpets, all surfaces, leather chairs were all vacuumed, shampooed, wiped down, and so much more. I was impressed! Affordable and professional. Shaun and his crew killed it on my car. This is the first car to get details and I have 2 more to go! It's already scheduled and I'm pretty excited to see how those turn out as well. I will be posting reviews for those and taking photos again. This car only had full interior and quick wash.

The price was very reasonable for the work they did, he was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What sold me was Efrain's responsiveness. I left a message and his call back was within hours. We made an appointment, I was greeted promptly and he even gave me a lift home when I dropped off my car (I was going to Uber). The work took longer than anticipated because my car was in rough shape after sitting outside for years. However, he called me first and asked if they could keep it a bit longer and I agreed. No extra charge! I have never seen my car look so good! I honestly didn't realize my headlights and / or engine could look that awesome; totally blew me away.
