After doing much research on Yelp and Google I decided to go with this company due to their impressive customer service record, and what seemed to be like clear communication between this company and its customers. Through them I bought a 100 inch TV i with a new digital reciever to replace an old SD projector system in my theater room, and let me tell you.... I couldnt be happier with everything. Communication was quick, clear and friendly, Kim did an excellent job of helping me decide what equipment to purchase, and best advice on install. Day of scheduled install, Premiere Audio showed up on time, didnt mess around and did everything the right way, (NOT THE EASY WAY) and I thank them all for that effort. The TV was alligned and installed perfectly to my specs, and didnt have a problem. This wasnt a cheap transaction, but thats ok, Im always willing to pay to get the perfect results, and unfortuately for everyone, quality is expensive, and this company is nothing but quality... with employees, and equipment. I have worked with Premier home entertainment since moving into a new house a little more than a year ago and the experience has been very positive. The sales person will come out and make a proposal about any kind of home theater system that you may be interested in. They can take the lead on obtaining the equipment and also work with existing equipment that you may have to include in doing the installation. I had a system installed where I wanted speakers in the ceiling and a home theater with an existing 70 inch TV and then also an amplifier to coordinate all of the components. I also needed a sub woofer. I had no problems and no complaints the service people come out on time to install the equipment and they were done faster than I thought they would be. I also had an issue with the sub woofer later (nearly a year). It was easy to address - I asked premier to come out and take a look at the system and Chris diagnosed the problem and then took the sub woofer away and then brought me a new one without any charge. I surmised it was because of the relationship that the company had with a large manufacturer and it would stand behind the product no questions asked and this was all taken care of in one day. You are better off using this company than a Best buy geek squad which I found To be much more expensive when pricing the same Install. Additionally would have gotten nowhere with Best Buy when I had the technical problem. read more

I have been a customer of Premiere Home Entertainment for more than 10 years, and can heartily recommend them. My first experience with them was simple: Buying and installing my first HDTV. It moved onto to an entire home theater set-up over the years with whole home audio. We recently had a significant equipment upgrade done, and the crew sent to our home (Rich, James, Chris and Stephen) did a wonderful job. They were professional, highly knowledgeable, made great suggestions, were open to my many suggestions and went out of their way to make us happy with our new equipment and set-up. I am extremely pleased with the work they've done. We have had a few minor issues over the years, and they've always been responsive and willing to do what it takes to satisfy me. Our most recent job was taking the plasma TV from our family room and mounting it in the master bedroom, then installing a new OLED TV, new Control4 home automation receiver and new AV receiver in the family room. They also programmed my Amazon Echo so that I can control my TV with my voice. I can say, "Alexa, turn on CBS," and the TV will turn to my local CBS channel. I can even say, "Alexa, turn on Netflix" or "Alexa, turn on YouTube" and it will go there seamlessly. Rich and James did the programming on this and spent a great deal of time making sure it worked properly and recognized a wide range of voices. I also think it's important to point out that Kim, the owner of the company, is highly ethical and has trained her staff to only make recommendations that will suit the customer. I have a 7.1 surround sound system in my family room, and we're happy with it. But I heard the new Dolby Atmos system while in Premiere's showroom. It sounded awesome and we were interested in it since the new equipment we purchased is Atmos-capable. But Rich looked at our room and said that while he could install an Atmos system, he didn't recommend it because of the way our room is shaped. The point is, they just didn't take money from someone who was willing to spend it; they were honest and upfront about what worked and what didn't. I have had a few issues over the years with things that were done, but Premiere has always worked hard to satisfy me. The representative, Chad, HUNG UP on me. I have the text where he apologized so I can prove it! What kind of service is this???? That alone is reason enough not to buy from them. The other reasons is I didn't get what Chad knew I wanted and he promised I would get. He gave me an incentive to use them and didn't follow through. As far as I know, to keep his job, he isn't supporting me as the customer. They are high priced and this is the absolute worst experience of any retailer in Vegas. Since we move to Las Vegas a little over two years ago we have been working with Premiere Audio. What attracted us to them was the professional way Kim the owner handled a negative review she received. They installed our complete audio and video system. Since the installations we have needed a couple service call. Each time the techs have been on time, fixed the problem and took the time to explain to us what they did. This week my Marantz Receiver stop producing sound and I only had video. I set up an appointment with Ashley, our technician was early, fixed the problem, even suggested I might have a warranty issue that he reported back to the office. I can't say enough good things about the company and the professional people they employee. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs this type of sercive. As a long time customer of Premiere, in recent months (years) I have seen their service deteriorate. My husband and I had scheduled two appointments on separate occasions for projects, and Premiere was a "no show" both times. We are very busy professionals that do not have time to take off, especially for a "no show". While the owner was very apologetic, after several sloppy customer service misunderstands and inconsistencies in explanations regarding the missed appointments, I can no longer endorse or recommend Premiere. Further, trying to remain loyal and giving Premiere a chance, we consulted Premiere on connectivity of our home gym in the garage. Premiere could not come up with an affordable solution. However, the young "tech guy" at Fry's sent my husband off with $60 worth of equipment and we now have internet and TV in the garage gym. HMMM.... My husband and I love referring small, locally owned, great businesses, like Premiere, to our friends, colleagues, and family. Unfortunately, I can no longer endorse or recommend this company. The success and excellent service provided by Premiere was actually provided by two exceptional technically knowledgeable and personable employees that the owner relied on. They have several different home entertainment theaters set up so that you can see, hear, and feel what a home entertainment system might look like in your home. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love going into their store. Rich, the project manager, he handles the technical aspect and design phase of theaters including lighting systems and full control systems. He is fantastic. Definitely someone you want to handle the design of your home entertainment center. You can ask him any questions, and he's extremely patient. We have been customers of Premiere since the previous owner recommended them when we moved into this home 4 years ago. We have always been able to count on them for their expertise to solve any issues we might have. Premiere recently came out to work on our sound system and was able to get our Control4 remote control working again after it wasn't connecting to our WiFi extenders. They also took the time to organize and label all our equipment and separate them between two cabinets so there wouldn't be too much trapped heat. Then they worked on our outdoor speakers and fixed a wire that had been accidentally cut by our lawn maintenance. We were very pleased with Chad who came out before our service appointment to evaluate and to discuss what work needed to be done. Then Pako and Corrie came and resolved all of our issues. They explained what they were doing and why and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. I only have good things to say about them. read more

I recently sent a friend to see Kim. Not only did she listen to what was desired, it was also done in a timely and professional manner.

I had them install a surround sound about seven years ago. The installation was okay, but they were constantly changing show times for the days of the installation. To be fair they were in the process of changing locations. However, when you tell a customer the times that you will be there as well as a time of completion every effort should be made to honor that. I say this now to add to my most recent experience. My sub-woofer went out and I ask them if they could come by and take a look at it. They came by and picked it up. Two days later with no word from them I called and they said that they would check on it. They called me back and told me that they don't carry that brand anymore and that they would have to send it to the company for a repair estimate. I then received a bill for $125. While I was expecting a small charge, that seems a little excessive for a pick-up and we cannot do anything. I think you could find better service and prices somewhere else. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
