Some of the cameras are at 12 FPS, and I cannot adjust to a faster speed. Suggestion: Go to Best Buy and tell them what you are looking for. Another option is to go online. This is three years in the making. I tried. This business is the bottom of the barrel. I would rather give a 0 rating. The owner, Ronny, knew I was not satisfied, but he did nothing unless I forked over another $89. Whatever he says in response to this review, I'm not buying. I'm a senior. This guy duped me. A locksmith was attempting to change or "check" my front door locks and we happened to catch it on camera and stop him. I had to leave work and miss out on money for this, as well as being given quite the scare. After police were involved, it was noted that the notes on the locksmiths work order said to check all locks at my address. It should have said check the neighborhood gate locks NEAR my address. The company refused to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to show me the work order. I called back today and was hung up on by Julie when I asked her how she'd feel had that happened to her. No apologies, no assistance. All I wanted was to know this wouldn't happen again, and was basically told to get lost despite having sent video evidence of this incident. Beware of this company as they take no accountability for their mistake that cost me a days work and scared the daylights out of my family.
