Kristina gave me my very first Brazilian Blowout a few days ago. My hair is now smooth and easier to manage. My initial conversation with Kristina over the phone was very helpful. I was overwhelmed with all the smoothing, keratin treatments out there and had no idea which one I should get. Would not recommend going here!!! First appointment went wonderfully. Found her on Groupon and got a Brazilian blow out and color and I believe a cut. Left with a small imperfection in the color on the hair near the front of my face but honestly didn't care because I loved it and got tons of compliments. Other down side to the first appointment is that she ran over and it went late, like 45 minutes late. That should've been my first clue. Most recently (today) I tried to come back and made an appointment for 9 am. That morning she texted me asking if we could do noon appointment instead AT 8:30 AM- I had already woken up and was literally getting ready to walk out the door when she texted me to switch to noon, but I was off so I figured whatever, fine I'll switch, I just really want my hair done and she did a good job. So I show up at 12 and waited 15 mins. No text. No call. No show. No response even hours later. Pretty rude considering just hours earlier her phone was working. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. read more

I've been going to Kristina for most of the last 7 years - sometimes, I wasn't able because of the "luck of the draw" system at her old salon. Luckily for all of us, she's out on her own in a very relaxing, hip, beautifully decorated salon. The suites are brilliant in the "hair mall" and very clean and easy to get to. Looking for someone who listens to what you want ? Kristina never dose me wrong. She has so much experience and education she will listen to what i want . I love my long hair and i never want to cut it ...she always layers me in the shape i want without my hair looking shorter. I also have have her do my hair color. She uses very high end current products to minimize damage (i am a brunette that likes to ne lighter)....and shes amazing at updos and retro styles.I also love that shes in her own salon .its so much easier to just text or call her to set an appointment.
