Unfortunately, the guy at the front started blaming me and was very rude and unprofessional. I want to clarify that I wasn't asking for a free fix; I simply wanted the nail repaired. However, he made me wait for 30 minutes just to fix one nail, which was frustrating. I have been coming here every month and spending money on my nails and tips, and I expected better treatment. The attitude and service I received today were disappointing. I hope the management takes note and improves customer service to match the loyalty of your regular clients.
