Went today for the first time since moving to the area and had a great experience. The cost was well worth it (hot towel and massage after the foot treatment and color application)! Everything was very clean inside the salon. They used brand new items (opened in front of me), changed gloves multiple times and had clean tools. Ling Ling, my manicurist, was very nice and did a great job! The massage chairs and music were also nice and chill. I enjoyed my hour of me-time! Will definitely be back and possibly try some other services.

The women that did my nails did a good job overall and she was very nice. However, the tools she used were not clean. I mean the nail clippers she had used were filled with nail clippings! OLD nail clippings! I was blown away and disgusted. For that I will never go back. Cleanliness in this salon setting is so important! Proceed at your own risk.

I have been going here for years. What is extremely disappointing is that when I reached out to the owner to let her know, there was minimal concern and more importantly there was no accountability. There's a younger guy who is rough and almost laughs when I flinch due to blood coming out of my cuticle. I asked him for an ombré French manicure and showed him pictures. Reason being "it is not fair to the nail tech that did the last service to have to remove it" - isnt that what getting your nails done includes? What if you see the same tech every time? I went in for a no chip pedicure with only 3 nails having no chip on them left from the previous pedicure (done by the same tech) and was charged. For 3 nails removal. They also do not like when you dont get no chip. There is an attitude if you opt for regular polish. This was my first time ever getting regular nail polish and it was my experience and friends have mentioned this to me as well. I see Vicky and Honey for pedicures and they are wonderful and the service itself is great.

When I went back to have it removed after my vacation, they sanded down both the strengthener and the no-chip all the way to my natural nail. My nails are now extremely thin, damaged, and weaker than before. I can't even wash my hair without my nails bending. To make matters worse, the technician didn't fully remove the strengthening product from my thumb nail, so it looks noticeably lighter than the rest of my nails (attached photo). Overall, my nails look awful. Also, every time I come in and ask for the "Bubble Bath" no-chip color (a very popular shade, which they have in their no-chip color book) they never seem to have it available. Won't be coming back.
