this has been my favorite restaurant my entire life. Last night the servers were just hanging out in a booth with each other, speaking Spanish and looking at pictures with each other. I got her attention because I needed something and she acknowledged me, but then went back to the booth! I was so mad about the experience I had. Disaster To Go order picked up Thursday, August 17, 2023.. We ordered takeout for the three enchilada combo with red, white, and green sauces, steak fajitas with corn tortillas, extra coleslaw (paid extra), and a large bag of chips with salsa (paid extra). The enchiladas didn't have the green sauce. The fajitas didn't have the corn tortillas and there was no salsa with the big bag of chips. I called them to tell them what happened and the woman, Marta,that I spoke with never apologized and offered only two options: A: Bring all of the food back for a refund OR B: Eat the food and then come back another day to pick up what was missing! WHY would we eat all the food and go back later for enchilada sauce for enchiladas that have already been eaten. Corn tortillas for fajitas that were already eaten and salsa for chips that are now stale. After pointing all of this out to "Marta," I asked to speak to the manager. She told me that they don't have a manager and hung up on me. I called back still no apology and she admitted that she hung up on me on purpose. The food that we did get was good but obviously their quality control and to go order inspections are non existance and their customer service is absolutely horrible. read more

This was really good!!! There was about a 15 minute wait due to the spacing requirements of Covid now. Once we sat they served us what I would say is in the top 5 best salsas I have had. It was fresh, flavorful and spicy!!!!! I ordered the Pollo a la Diabla and it was delicious. They say it is spicy but for me, it was about a 2 star but was very good. This has become one of my favorite restaurants in town. Service is outstanding. Someone knows how to manage! If you own a restaurant this should be the standard that should be modeled after. They are all great but Jan (server) is top notch. She remembers our names, and what we typically order. Amazing how that brings people back! A little tip...... Get the Molcajete Mixto. This was my first timing trying this place and it was for take-out mesquite-fired fajitas. I got back to my place and discovered that I didn't get the sour cream, guac or pico that should come with the fajitas. That is a little disappointing but it wasn't worth driving back to get since I had sour cream in the fridge and the complimentary chips came with some salsa that I could use in place of pico de gallo. I tasted a bit of the chicken first and omg. It was so tasty. A taste of the steak was next and wowza! It was so tender and flavorful. The veggies were seasoned to perfection and the flour tortillas were still steaming hot and very soft. Even the complimentary salsa was good. It was nice and spicy and had a nice garden fresh flavor. I ordered the burrito de carne asada. The entire thing was full of pinto beans. There was tiny pieces of carne asada sticking out end but that's it. $20 plus for a burrito full of beans isn't cool. Waitresses were rude. They seemed like they were so inconvenienced by asking for a glass of water, more than one menu for three tables full of people. We decided to order out tonite and because we try to support local we ordered Inca . I ordered chicken carnitas which is grilled chicken with peppers and onion with guacamole and rice and beans. The girl on the phone kept talking to other people so I said what I wanted several times to make sure she got it. My husband got home and I opened it to large chunks of what I guess was pork and some sliced avacado s. The pork was dry too. So it ended up in the trash. My family and my in-laws went to Inca for a late lunch during our visit in the tri-cities. I have mexican food places around where I live and I love authentic mexican cuisine. Inca delivers and in a BIG way. The Tacos Carbon are outstanding and spicy enough to give the right heat and great flavor without overpowering your palate. The portions a great, too! I couldn't eat everything on my plate. I had enough food for two more meals! And service and staff are outstanding too. I'll be back there again for sure! The service is fine. The menu is huge. There are many options. The food is so so. It is edible, but bland. The chips and salsa are fine. Adding a little hot sauce to the salsa helped a lot. The chips are ok. I orderd the chorizo nachos with two carne asada tacos. The tacos were ok. They use a spice that I could not place that gave the meat an odd taste. It was not bad, but not good either. The chorizo nachos were so so. You get a good sized plate of food. There is a lot of cheese, but the cheese is bland and has a texture that reminds you of cheap cheese. The chorizo is fine, but you do not get enough of it. Five stars on food. This is a staple that has been doing it right for years. I have visited many Mexican restaurants in my life from California to Texas to Mexico, and they have three of the my favorite foods ever. Coleslaw, Mole, and Enchilada sauce are all second to none. Seriously the best mole that I have ever tasted. (Disclaimer: This is a sweet chocolate mole.) The enchilada sauce is rich and flavorful. It tastes good on almost anything; chile relleno, enchiladas, or a smothered burrito. The coleslaw comes on almost every plate and is delicious. It helps to cleanse the palate and refresh when eating spicy food. The salsa is always fantastic and just the right amount of spicy. If you have tender taste buds, beware. Hopefully they will do a remodel of this location soon because they are doing the food right! read more
