We try to stop by Inca on our way to Seattle or coming home from Seattle. The place is always busy, but we always find a place to park and a booth to sit . We always order the carne asada with a mango margarita or amber beer. We always love the complimentary chips and salsa. Their salsa is more on the spicy side but so good. A nice cold beverage calms down the spice. The carne asada is always perfectly seasoned and flavorful. We like that they ask us how we like our steak, medium rare. Our favorite place for Mexican, we don't even mind the drive to get there. read more

The best thing was the salsa and chips. But when you sit down to a menu of that size, you know that you order will be churned out quickly and be mediocre. It was. The price reflected what you receive. I had the special, chicken mole. While the chicken was cooked decently, I don't think I've ever had such a bland tasting mole sauce. The aroma was good but misleading. I was a tad confused by the mole almost smelling like BBQ sauce. The refried beans were incredibly bland and the shredded lettuce thing, I didn't like. Odd flavor. Maybe a stiff margarita would have made it all better. Service was mediocre. Had to ask for water three times. The waitress was very disengaged and missed other things we ordered. We always come here when I come home. It's a casual restaurant and the staff is always friendly I love the burritos. They come smothered in red sauce and are stuffed with filling. I'm not vegetarian, but I love the vegetarian burrito. It has carrots, zucchini, onions and more all chopped up and seasoned to perfection. This time we ordered to go and I got my standard veggie burrito. It comes with delicious refried beans and Mexican rice. My mom had the chicken and rice. The super grande nachos and arros con pollo are both the best we have eaten anywhere. They usually have Dos Equis dark on draft. They serve it in a frozen mug and it's great! For lunch they have amazing chicken enchiladas. We have eaten here for around 20 years with never a bad experience. This is our Mexican restaurant of choice when in Moses lake. Food is always great but service always leaves more to be desired. From not checking in with you except for the beginning and the end of our meals to being upset or completely ignoring you if your order is wrong. We rarely get refills on drinks. This last time we ordered two molcajete and both of them were missing parts of it (nopales and chorizo). When we realized it we were half ways through our meal. Towards the end when our waitress returned I asked if the kitchen had ran out of those items. She just said, oh I don't know, whoever brought it out didn't realized it and walked away. When I'm paying almost $30 per plate I would expect it to be complete but her response or lack of was disappointing. We drove all this way to try this Mexican restaurant recommended by another foodie. The drive alone to Moses Lake was worth it because I have always driven through, yet have never visited. We approach and the place is HUGE inside. There is space for so many people which was great because we were sat immediately. The menu is most likely the largest menu that I have ever put in my hands, it was SO hard to decide what to eat. I think we looked for 20 minutes. We tried a tamarind soda and that was quite tasty. Not too sweet like most soda and very refreshing. We ended up ordering the seafood soup and a bowl that had the best mushroom green sauce I have ever had but I cannot remember what it was called. It was served in a stone with beef, chicken and shrimp and some healthy beautiful avocado on top. The seafood soup had the most liberating broth. Absolutely flavorful and the seafood was generous and delicious. Would recommend this place fir sure. The warm chips to start and the service are where it's at! read more

Terrible service!!! When I tried to give this place another chance, it just failed me again. I made a reservation 1 week ago for a group of 18 people and when we got there, they gave our table away. They then aggressively told me that they don't take reservations and that they would seat us as soon as they could. (In the picture you can see that I had a reservation made). The waitress cleaning tables was SO rude and I caught her talking about me to another waitress, so disrespectful! Then they came to "try" to make room for us in a corner (after 20 minutes) and proceeded to ask US to help set up OUR table!! We decided to call a local establishment, Casa Herradura, and they got us in right away! I will NEVER go to this place again. Terrible service! read more

I have been to this restaurant many times and I live in the Seattle area. It was my favorite Mexican restaurant but when I were yesterday, the price for Carne Asada was listed as "Market Price." I have never seen that listed in a Mexican restaurant before. I requested the Carne Adasa anyway. The price ended up being $27.50, which is bad enough but the portion size I received was greatly reduces from any other time I have ordered it from Inca. The price gouging is bad enough but to also reduce the portion size is insulting to their customers. That was my last visit. I won't ever go back again. read more

Me and my family recently had the worst experience here. We would always go here for family dinners and such but recently we've decided not to come anymore. The servers were rude and didn't attend us at all after the dropped the food off. They ignored us and didn't come back even after we would try and get their attention. They need better service workers. The food was okay but I will not come back. I suggest to coming here to eat. The food is mid anyways. Save yourself the money and your time. read more

There are many Moses Lake restaurants. It's a bit ridiculous really and "Mexican restaurant" isn't descriptive. This Jalisco based restaurant seems to be well loved by families. It does have a bar. The margaritas are pretty but not particularly strong. I love shaker based margaritas but this one was more lime than tequila. The food however is excellent and does contain Jalisco faves that do fall under "from our fam to yours" sentiment. The Burria De Res was fantastic. The plates was huge! Definitely a place to share and enjoy. Food good. Drinks-just pretty. Huge menu with something for everyone and good price range. The murals are beautiful. read more

Portions are huge, big piles of beans and rice, cheap cheese from a bag, massively disorienting menu, fast service, bright colors. Very watered down "Cadillac" margarita, never checked in on us after food was delivered and had to call the manager at the restaurant on the phone to actually get someone to bring us our check after being done eating for more than 30 minutes and watching other parties come and go. Amazing. We were hungry--sooo hungry. On our way back from Soap Lake, we finally all agreed on Mexican. We searched, we read reviews, etc etc and agreed to check out Inca. Upon entering the restaurant we were immediately met with refreshing air conditioning and friendly hospitality--we were almost immediately seated and it only got better from there. The picky one in our group ordered their meal customized and amazingly finished their plate (a real rarity.) The one of us who had chanted "sushi, sushi, sushi," during the decision making process ordered a seafood enchilada and loved it. The other member of our entourage (not including myself) loved their meal and finished it 100%. I had the carne asada, a favorite dish of mine. It was amazing. Better than I hoped. Ate there several times in past years but went there last evening and all three of us were very disappointed. Like all restaurants lately, the prices have gone up considerably while the food quality has gone down. They must have done away with their spices as the food was very bland, resembling the taste of wet newspaper. My daughter who can get drunk from smelling a rinsed out wine bottle ordered the margarita special of the evening, a blackberry margarita, and after consuming the entire drink walked out perfectly normal. Inca is my #1 Mexican place I went almost every week there food and staff are amazing they always know what I want when I go there and the carnitas Mexicanos is a plate that id recommend to anyone it has so much flavors a bit spicy but not to much, and the coleslaw pares amazing with the rest of the meal. Better than El rodeo but still same stars. Beautifully decorated inside but I can understand since it's a bigger place that it's harder to keep clean. Food is alright, depending on what you get. Kinda health conscious but not too much. If you go in dinner they willl always seat you in the main entrance to your right, and fill it up. Go in lunch and they might seat you in the back where it's more romantic and less annoying from gawkers. When the room is full of customers service slows down. We have been here once and though the atmosphere was festive with a wandering minstrel serenading us at our table, the service was less than spectacular and the food was greasy. We ordered the Fish Tacos and the order was huge. It was very greasy however so I wouldn't recommend them. It took forever to get our food and our check as well. read more
