Food, Service, Drinks, Ambiance is 100% fabulous. The margaritas and cuba libre were delicious. On Saturdays there is a DJ. What a great local spot. I haven't had Peruvian food like this since I worked in the city.

Cute intimate venue, attentive staff, delicious cuisine/drinks, and a DJ on Saturday night. Portions are generous and priced appropriately.

We stopped here while on our way to my MIL's home to kick off our weekend on Long Island. It was pretty late and we really wanted to make sure we ate something, so we decided to look for something in the area while we were on the road, that we could order and just pick up. Peruvian is one of our favorite cuisines, so we searched for restaurants and came across Incas. I was a little worried because they only have 2 reviews on Yelp but I chalked it up to them likely being new, so we took a chance. SOOOOO GLAD WE DID! Hubby called to ensure they were open because of conflicting hours of operation posted online and one of the owners, Jenny, answered. She was very accommodating. We explained our situation and she helped us make our order while also ensuring that our food would be ready by the time we arrived. We were 8 minutes away when Jenny called to let us know that our order was ready. When we arrived, she and her husband were welcoming. They were actually closing but they held the kitchen open for us. They've only been open for about 6 weeks and are gearing up for their official grand opening on Sunday, July 28th. The date is special, as it commemorates Peru's Independence Day. There will be music, menu samplings and what looks to be a great vibe. We got to know the owners pretty well. Jenny is originally from Queens and moved onto LI to be with her hubby ten years ago. They opened their restaurant not even realizing there was a strong Peruvian community in the area. This place is official. The food we had was fantastic. Obviously, we went with their pollo a la brasa, chicken chaufa, salchipapas, avo salad and their criollo salad (onion salad). All were delicious. Their green sauce is AMAHZING! It's definitely a pleasant change from the weird mint green-colored aji verde we've experienced at another franchise-style Peruvian spot that shall remain nameless, IYKYK. Some things that stood out at Incas, was their alfajores, which are smaller than I've seen, so we're able to enjoy a few more bites. Jenny even made us two pisco sours while we chatted. They were so good. She's a pro and even educated us on the preparation and history of pisco. We also had some pisco shots for good measure. We also tried their chocoflan, which was really nice and not overly sweet. They boast a nice dining area and I love the nods to their culture. I don't even care that we're over an hour drive away. I'm definitely coming for their grand opening, despite having to also work in the city that day. Something tells me it's going to be worth it. Please come out and support this small business! Hours of operation: Tue-Thur: 12p-9p Fri/Sat: 12p-10p Sunday: still up in the air but possibly 10A-7P to accommodate for a brunch seating.

Yeesssss!!! This place is legit. It's so good. The ambience is great, nice and big tables with lots of space, beautiful decor. The people were very nice and helpful. Food, so good. Everything we ordered was great. We had the Pisco sour and Inca soda, then had rotisserie chicken and ceviche. Everything tasted so flavorful and great size portions. My favorite thing was the green spicy sauce they bring in the beginning with roasted corn, I could eat that on anything. Highly recommend this place.

Drinks were fresh, unique, and delicious. Ceviche was fresh and also very tasty. Cute traditional popcorn on table. Very attentive service. Healthy portions.

    Pisco sour

This place is sooooooo good. The ceviche was fantastic. I could've drank a thousand of those pisco sours. The food was so good. Could iron out some kinks decor wise. But honestly I would eat this food anywhere. Service was good. In three years this place will be busy busy. Tough location. But don't judge a book by it's cover. Amazing. Love it. Go eat there.

We love South American food and we're so excited to try Inca's. Very nice setting with great staff who make excellent drink and food suggestions. My husband had a delicious drink suggested by the mixologist. We both had churrasco, the portions are very generous. Included avocado salad, rice and beans were all very good. Chimichurri is spicy and delicious. We added the red onion salsa and plantains sides. Absolutely delicious. We took home choco flan for dessert. We will definitely be back soon.

Fantastic new Peruvian restaurant. Jimmy was incredibly hospitable and provided great service. Portions were all respectable in size and more importantly were fresh & delicious! Authentic dishes especially their ceviche and pescado a lo macho. Cocktails may take a second (server is also the bartender at this time) and they are worth the wait as they were amazing! Definitely worth coming by to experience for yourself.

John our server was polite and efficient. We started off with traditional Peruvian golden lager, Cusquena. Crisp and delicious! Two ceviche appetizers and two steak entrees. We're ceviche lovers and throughly enjoyed those dishes. The Honey enjoyed his Lomo Saltado. The traditional Peruvian stir fry dish. Strips of beef sirloin, red peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served with French fries and white rice. My Tacu Tacu Steak with rice and beans was a hit, and miss. The steak was tough and the rice and beans, really "starchy". It's hard to explain they tasted heavy and sticky. The portions are generous so I had leftovers for home. Surprisingly, the dish tasted better the next day. The menu highlights their Happy Hour and Wine Down Wednesdays. We're looking forward to returning for one or both :) of those! Milford's restaurant week was happening, and Costa Peru was on my list, so I decided to go there. My family ordered seafood, while I went with the Peruvian Chicken Wings topped with Peruvian Barbecue sauce, Ceviche Chicken Wings, and Lomo Salado. I was particularly curious about the Ceviche wings because I'd never heard of them before. The ceviche sauce is inspired by Aji Limo Ceviche, a lively Peruvian dish featuring fresh, raw white fish like sea bass or flounder "cooked" in lime juice, seasoned with citrusy, spicy Aji Limo peppers, red onions, and cilantro. It's usually served with sweet potato, corn, and leche de tigre (tiger's milk), offering a tart, spicy, and refreshing flavor. The Ceviche wings were fantastic. They had a bright citrus kick, and I could taste all the distinct flavors, including the spices and chilies. They really hit the spot. The barbecue wings were just as enjoyable, with a sweet yet tangy sauce and perfectly seasoned chicken. The Lomo Salado was also a hit; the rice was fluffy and full of flavor, and the tender Lomo meat practically melted in my mouth. For dessert, I ordered the flan. It was my first time trying it, and I was curious about the taste. Honestly, I didn't care much for the texture, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. My son picked the Passion Fruit Cheesecake, which was pretty good. It's not something I'd order again, but I'm glad I tried it. The service was excellent, and I'm definitely looking forward to returning and trying more dishes from the menu.

The good- their lomo Saltado and chaufa are spot on and delicious. Their pollo ala brasa is my kids favorite and we regularly order it on Wednesdays when they do their special. Everyone is very friendly but all don't speak English great (luckily my husband is Spanish so we always manage). We have been longtime customers- back to when they were under a different name (flavor point) and across the other side of Meriden. The cons- prices have gone up and portions seem much smaller. My lomo last time barely had any steak. The last time we went for 2 adults and 2 kids (one who only ate a side of rice) it was well over $100 before tip- no apps just meals and 2 drinks. There is no kids menu and nothing they can do to accommodate so you are buying your 2-5 year old a $20 meal they will eat a few bites of . Their pollo ala brasa is not always available- which I get but weekends I feel like it should be and we have gone twice now and had it be unavailable. my son will literally not eat anything else on the menu (as noted no kids options either). He had to sit there and not eat while we ate and get him food from across the way afterwards. One time we got the ceviche and I know the lime juice cooks the fish (believe me I eat ceviche regularly as well as sushi) and this fish was raw. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said it was fine. I couldn't eat it. But still had to pay for the dish which is high priced for the small serving. Cute atmosphere but small so can fill up quickly. Careful in bathroom , had gone a few times and almost fell from slick floor. It was clean but slick- maybe what they're using to clean it.

Something about the sign aesthetic made me think it would be a good place. I Yelp-Searched it, and Lima 32 damn near had a perfect rating based on less than 50 reviews. I'm a Food Blogger. So I try to explore new places and avoid repeating spots I know. I've eaten at Lima 32 three times since January. Lima 32 is a small casual Peruvian spot located in a very small plaza in Meriden. Parking is tough, but they've done a nice job with the aesthetics inside. Lima 32 is also available on DoorDash within a certain area. I've now had the Lomo Saltado, the Arroz Con Marisco and the Chaufa de Pollo. Best Lomo Saltado I've ever had, and I've had a really expensive one at a famous CT spot. It's basically a beef and veggie stir fry. You can see the chef making it with fire in the pan if you have the right seat. The soy and oyster sauce based glaze is good salty. So flavorful and everything is perfectly cooked. Best Arroz Con Marisco I've ever had. It's a saucy Peruvian paella. The sauce (Aji Amarillo) has a well rounded creamy pepper flavor. The seafood, like crab, mussels and shrimp really stand out. I suspect the seafood varies depending on what's available. The Chaufa de Pollo, a Chinese fried rice style dish, was very good too. Huge pieces of chicken. Eat it with the delicious Aji Verde sauce. Is Lima 32 hidden? I don't know. But it sure the hell is a gem. It's must visit. 5 Stars
