The flower store was contacted by the person who purchased them for me and they were treated terribly. Not only were they accused of lying, the staff did not want to fix the problem. Most flower stores I deal with work immediately to rectify the issue, always placing customers first. The only reason I gave three stars is because the flowers were presented nicely.
