I can't believe I haven't written a review for Incline. I freaking love this place. The cider flight is really worth it. And what makes it even better is they always have rotating cider slushees. This place has been my go to spot when the days get warmer. They also have trivia nights and if you get hungry, you can walk down the hill to get slices of pizza from Camp Colvos.
Not sure what people see in this place. Pro: Cider was yummy Con: Service was not welcoming. I had a few questions which staff just basically stared at me like nobody had ever asked before such as cider, food, the bill. They had a trivia night mostly made up of students so maybe I was too old to be in there? Con: the pretzel. Didn't know a soft pretzel could taste so bad. Not that anyone asked how my food was even while paying bill.
Such a great experience! Service was amazing as well. Loved how we were able to sample a few different ciders on our visit here.
Great location in the brewery area in Tacoma. Great tasting. I got the tart cherry. I love sours and this was super delicious. The gentleman at the bar was extremely friendly and suggested restaurants we can try in the area. I'm all about service and drinks/food, and this hit all the spots 5/5.
This place holds so many good memories for me. When I first moved to the area (pre-COVID) I came for a community mixer and met two of my first new friends here. That being said, they usually have some sort of event here. My most recent visit had two large tables of holiday wreath decorating ladies. Incline is warm, comforting, always busy, and always cozy. Service is fast, friendly, and attentive. They also have a small outdoor front patio which is dog friendly and has heat lamps. I especially love their winter special when they start serving up their hot spiced cider... my favorite! I come every year for it (hot cider picture circa 2020). Their regular ciders are consistently good and rotating on tap. You can also do flights! Most recently I spotted a cider slushy machine! That will be next on my list to try. They currently also have soft pretzels and charcuterie boards! Very tasty and pairs well with the ciders. 5 STARS. I will be back (for more hot cider)!
We went to Incline cider on Friday night at about 7:00 PM. It was busy, but we were able to be served and seated instantly. We ordered 2 flights of ciders just to try a little bit of everything. We love Incline Cider, but have only had 2 of their ciders, so it was good to expand our horizons. We also ordered a loaded pretzel :) My top 3 favorites were the Blueberry Crisp cider, the Imperial Tart Cherry, and the White Peach. I loved their tap room-it was so fun to try everything and the quality was outstanding. We appreciated that they also had some other cidery's brews on tap. I think flights are always a good choice! Fair warning-their bathroom is an epic poem to get to, so be warned that it is a trek. I would suggest slightly clearer signage on the journey of getting to and from the bathroom, because it was not obvious. Their merchandise and ambiance was cozy and fun.
Happy to go direct to the source, skipping the grocery store! Incline ciders are fantastic! We had the raddest bartender, Marisa (sp?) she really made the experience for us!! There aren't many ciders I don't like, I had a flight and loved each cider, they have plenty of options. Lots of seating indoor or out. Clean place - the bathroom is like going on a ghost adventure (: Really tho, we will absolutely be back!!
This is a chill spot. Flights are 12 bucks. They have cider slushies even! A few food items on the menu. We opted for pretzels and cheese. Not sure what kind of cheese they use--but a few of my friends were saying they could eat it straight--me personally would prefer a warm beer cheese dip--because the texture reminded me of cheez whiz in a can. Looks like they host several events from time to time including trivia, paint and sip, food trucks, etc. I would definitely come back.
Super chill little cidery with really kind and cool staff. We enjoyed our flight outdoors on a nice sunny spring day. Can't wait to spend more weekend afternoons here!
If your looking for a place with good cider this is it! I tend to find it hard to find places with good cider especially down south but this place is definitely worth checking out. I like the fact that it has indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. Plus it's dog friendly which is a big big bonus! Depending on what day of the week you go they have trivia night. Stay tune! Amazingly friendly service and really delicious ciders. The owner had such good recommendations and was so nice to chat with. Easy street parking with an outdoor seating area. I highly recommend grabbing a flight and trying a few new flavors. We got Marionberry, prickly pear, white peach, and hazy honey crisp. All were great but we ended up going with buying some extra white peach cider to go. Give this place a visit!

It is a cute spot that serves a good variety of ciders (there own and local) as well as a few options for beer and wine drinkers. I think you can bring in your own food from other places as well. The building is nice, a small outside patio, the staff was super friendly, and the drink options were great- I just can't drink THAT MUCH cider... The ciders they make are good, but all of the options I tried were a bit too sweet for me. I would come here again as they are always rotating their selection.

Was celebrating one of my besties on a weekday night and decided to check the place out for their Halloween Trivia Night. Place was fun, people were welcoming, and was able to find a spot for two up on the bar despite the place being packed. There is parallel parking available outside the place, but its back in parking. We were tended to at a reasonable time and got our drinks at a reasonable time. Overall, I recommend! read more
*Business Closing Notice* I believe it's going to be the weekend of 9/26/26 is when Incline Cider House closes. The cidery is looking for another location to relocate to as it sounds like the rent may be getting too steep to stay. I can't say that for sure but at any rate the lease to stay isn't getting renewed. They hope to relocate within Tacoma. I certainly hope it will happen as Tacoma won't have a cider taproom once Incline closes. Apparently they will continue to do production in cans so you can get them at certain grocery stores. I have had a lot of fond memories of coming here to hang out and have their ciders so it will be sad to see it close. I have mixed feelings whenever I hear the relocating statements to breweries and adjacent to the brewery apocalypse are the cideries and how so many are closing due to rising costs and a shift in consumer preferences. Some places do resurface in a new spot and others despite saying they will reappear are never heard from again. I want to be hopeful we will see Incline with a physical location but I also know it's a grim time for the adult beverage industry. So this past weekend 9/19/26 we did one more visit to enjoy Incline's ciders before closure. read more
Incline has a great vibe, really comfortable inside and a sweet outdoor seating area. Service is great too. But what's really outstanding, of course, are the ciders. At one time I liked cider a lot -- it was new and different and there were so many varieties. But honestly, I'd gotten a little tired of them. However, after a flight of some house made Incline ciders I'll definitely be back. First off, flights are my jam. Secondly, the cranberry spiced cider is hands down one of the best things I've ever tasted -- it hits all the right notes of sweet, tart, and warm without being cloying or extreme in any direction. We accidentally stumbled upon this place today. I knew it existed and I have had many incline ciders at other establishments and have purchased at the grocery store. However, actually being in the incline cidery was pretty cool. It was a nice, open, airy establishment. You can bring food from other places and eat there and they have 16 ciders on tap, which makes it super difficult to choose if you're a cider fan like myself! I went with a flight of the ciders they make that I have not tried. I'm eager to go back and try the rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I had a good time. Of the four I tried, I believe my favorite was the lemonade + tea. My least favorite was the hopped. read more

I liked this place! They had a good selection of ciders some of theirs as well as some from other local cider places. I got a sampler tray. I really enjoyed the white peach, guava was tasty as well. They have cans and fills to go as well. Overall, a nice spot for some good ciders. read more
We were in the area and after a long stressful day, I needed a drink but something good. I saw this place pop up on yelp which I was happy we stopped by because I enjoyed it! The bar is not too hard to find but there was a small construction area around it so we missed it the first time. Parking was easy on the streets. The interior decors were super cute. We had a flight of cider so for those who can't make up their mind or just want to try everything, this would be a good option. My favorite was the rose. They don't have a food menu but they have a few bar food items. We had a small pretzel which was also good. Come check out this place if you're in the area! read more

The space is super cute! Love the long tables and reclaimed wood. The owners are super sweet and you can tell they have a great passion for cider. Prices are super reasonable. They have fun mixing up flavors. The pretzels are good and I normally am not a mustard fan but they have a nice verity and the dill is super delicious. There is some construction still happening so give that part a break at some point the out door space sounds like it will be awesome especially with the garage door. Definitely worth supporting and hanging out. read more

Our visit to Seattle was amazing but what really stuck with me was this amazing cider house. The location is literally perfect. I have had incline cider many times at home and it's a staple in the fridge. Was so excited to see that they have a new tap room here in Tacoma ! The cider is all very fun , fresh and vibrant in smells and colors. They are easy to drink and mix very well with other alcohol to make mixed drinks. The cider room was super cute lots of great cider on tap and the Pretzels were to Die for !! The service is quick and super sweet. They educated me on a lot of there new ciders and let me try a few to ! BONUS ! The flight of cider was by far the best! We will be coming back very soon ! Highly recommend this place ! Really glad to see we are getting some amazing drinking and good choices in this neighborhood! read more

I went here with a friend and it happened to be open mic night. We got a flight of Lemonade and Tea, Baumans, 12 Bridge, and Tart Cherry. We also ordered a blood orange cider. My favorite was the blood orange!! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and service! read more

Best. Place. Ever! We came for their Grand Opening, and even though they were slammed, the service was impeccable and the vibe was so fun. Every single one of their ciders is delicious- not too sweet but super flavorful. The growler fills are an insane deal, food trucks out front were delicious, bartenders were on it, and their swag is dope! Highly highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a super fun and delicious brewery/cider house experience! read more
