At one time I liked cider a lot -- it was new and different and there were so many varieties. But honestly, I'd gotten a little tired of them. However, after a flight of some house made Incline ciders I'll definitely be back. First off, flights are my jam. During the week they have specials so check out their website and plan for a great time. This place holds so many good memories for me. When I first moved to the area (pre-COVID) I came for a community mixer and met two of my first new friends here. That being said, they usually have some sort of event here. My most recent visit had two large tables of holiday wreath decorating ladies. Incline is warm, comforting, always busy, and always cozy. Service is fast, friendly, and attentive. They also have a small outdoor front patio which is dog friendly and has heat lamps. I especially love their winter special when they start serving up their hot spiced cider... my favorite! I come every year for it (hot cider picture circa 2020). Their regular ciders are consistently good and rotating on tap. You can also do flights! Most recently I spotted a cider slushy machine! That will be next on my list to try. We went to Incline cider on Friday night at about 7:00 PM. It was busy, but we were able to be served and seated instantly. We ordered 2 flights of ciders just to try a little bit of everything. We love Incline Cider, but have only had 2 of their ciders, so it was good to expand our horizons. We also ordered a loaded pretzel :) My top 3 favorites were the Blueberry Crisp cider, the Imperial Tart Cherry, and the White Peach. I loved their tap room-it was so fun to try everything and the quality was outstanding. We appreciated that they also had some other cidery's brews on tap. I think flights are always a good choice! Fair warning-their bathroom is an epic poem to get to, so be warned that it is a trek. I would suggest slightly clearer signage on the journey of getting to and from the bathroom, because it was not obvious. Their merchandise and ambiance was cozy and fun. read more

We accidentally stumbled upon this place today. I knew it existed and I have had many incline ciders at other establishments and have purchased at the grocery store. However, actually being in the incline cidery was pretty cool. It was a nice, open, airy establishment. You can bring food from other places and eat there and they have 16 ciders on tap, which makes it super difficult to choose if you're a cider fan like myself! Incline Cider kind of sprung up on me with finding out that they had a taproom to enjoy. Surprises like this are always pleasant and is a good motivator to get out of the house and go check out a new and emerging business. When we went to Incline we had some difficulty on choosing just one cider to try so we got a flight of several of Incline's ciders which was a good move for us. The space is super cute! Love the long tables and reclaimed wood. The owners are super sweet and you can tell they have a great passion for cider. Prices are super reasonable. Our visit to Seattle was amazing but what really stuck with me was this amazing cider house. The location is literally perfect. I have had incline cider many times at home and it's a staple in the fridge. Was so excited to see that they have a new tap room here in Tacoma ! The cider is all very fun , fresh and vibrant in smells and colors. They are easy to drink and mix very well with other alcohol to make mixed drinks.
