Instead, to my surprise they were able to find a piece of granite that was an exact match to mine and they were able to replace the cracked portion of the granite. I can't speak to the selection or if there's a showroom as I already knew the brand & color of the prefab quartz slab I wanted for my 6' x 20"d dry bar. I needed a notch cut out on the front corner for curtains to tuck into and a hole for a countertop outlet extension. Oscar provided a quote right away, I didn't have to wait days or follow up. Luckily my job wasn't too small for him! He came out right away to measure the space and installed 2 days later. The curtain cubby has a nice, finished edge and he did a great job rounding the exposed corner. Veining on the backsplash continues from the counter, which I wasn't expecting. Oscar understood my vision and the finished job came out beautiful!

I came back here in hopes of finding another quartz in either black or white or a combo of the two. I found another Cambria that I REALLY liked. (I forgot to take a picture of it but it's called Hemsworth; I added a screenshot of it). Unfortunately, we think it will be too much white and wanted a mostly black countertop. The lady helping me this time was also nice. There are a lot of options here that I recommend looking at for your remodel.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

He communicated very well with my parents, whose English isn't perfect. They loved that he works all day through with a smile. Incredible Carpet and Flooring are truly Incredible! I stopped by the shop on a whim while having my car serviced at the dealership across the street. I am so glad that i did. Sam has to be one of the best sales managers that i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I explained to him what I was looking for to replace the entire downstairs flooring in our home with laminate, tile, and carpet. Sam and his staff exceeded my expectations. He came to our home to do the measurements and made product recommendations based on our home's architecture and furnishings. At no time did i feel like i was being sold! Sam gave me a fair quote the first time and let me contact him when we were ready to have the work done. I really appreciate honesty, and I felt like Sam is an honest person and worthy of doing business with. His communication skills were impeccable, answering questions and giving updates after business hours and on weekends! Sam let me know up front that his most experienced installer Pedro would be installing the laminate and baseboards explaining that he is a perfectionist and likes to do all the work by himself start to finish to ensure consistency and quality. Pedro did not disappoint! It may have took him a little longer to complete the work but he did an outstanding job! Did I mention that he did an outstanding job??? His attention to detail was unbelievable. After having Pedro at out home for 4+days we were a little sad to see him rap up his portion of the job. They have a carpet installer as well as a tile expert and they both did a quality job installing the tile in our bathroom and the carpet on the stairs. If you want quality flooring at a good price, as well as expert installation...do yourself a favor and stop by and speak with Sam. You won't regret it! We are in the transition of moving from The valley in LA to OC, and found Incredible Carpets on here. I could not be happier with the experience. They are open on Saturdays so we decided to drive to OC to check them and other flooring stores out, to get some pricings and have the job started before we moved into our new house. Their warehouse has tons of selections, it can be little overwhelming with all the different products, but Juan was great to narrow down what we were looking for, porcelain tile that looks like wood. We narrowed down our choices to our top 4 favorite ones. Within the next 2 days Juan came out for an official measurement and brought the samples to our house so we could see it with our lighting ( their measurement estimates are free which was great). We narrowed down to our top 2 choices and the following day Juan called back with breakdown of pricings for both choices. We were so impressed with the pricing and turn around time we were given compared to the other stores that my wife and I thought it was too good to be true. We pulled the trigger and later that week the material was in and the installation ha started. The installation crew was always on time, working early morning and late into the night to get the house ready for us to move in. The product is absolutely beautiful. I have already recommended them to my friends in LA since they service LA area also. P.S. Pardon the mess in the photos I took it when they were still installing. I hired them back in July to do my countertops and Sam is great. I totally forgot to review the business back then because we were in construction but I promised Sam that if everything will go smooth I will review the business because they deserve it. I will start by saying nobody paid me or I didn't receive anything for free. After contacting a lots of contractors on yelp about our countertops only 4 showed up to take measurements and give us a price. One of those people was Sam, he was quick and nice. They gave us a very appealing price that for just a minute I thought there has to be a catch. To be sure they will use the stone I wanted I went to their store and made sure everything is legit and gave them a deposit. In about 2 weeks I think they returned and they installed my countertops. Everything was almost perfect, the guys had to adjust a few pieces but my husband helped them and guided them to what he wanted. Please take in mind that we also did some work in regards for our countertops. The guys just came and installed it, nothing else that's why maybe they gave us such a good price because half of the work was done already. If you can't do anything and you need everything done than maybe your price will be different. This review is for Sam because he is awesome and because they saved me $1000. read more

A good friend of mine recommended Incredible Carpets and Flooring... I am glad they did. The flooring in your house will make a dramatic difference (good or bad), so it is very important to choose wisely. I would say their "value" is exceptional. Their pricing was surprisingly competitive and if I remember correctly (it has been a few years) actually the best priced. However, as I mentioned earlier. It is the value I am concerned with. I might have been able to find some fly by night place that would get the job done cheaper, but I am sure I would have been disappointed as soon as they were finished. Not the case with Incredible Carpets & Flooring... they completely replaced all of my floors (hardwood, carpet and tile) in Nov 2013. I was and still am happy with the work. The craftsmanship and care they displayed was evident throughout with their attention to detail. For instance, after the pulled up my previous flooring it was found that my floors were not level. Instead of just putting the new flooring back over the top, they took a few extra days to level everything and do it right the first time. For that I deeply thank they and have recommended them to everyone that visits my house and comments on my floors. We recently moved in to our new home and were looking to create an accent wall in our family room. We knew we wanted it to be a stacked-stone wall, so, while doing research on it I came across an ad for stacked stone with a price per squared foot that was just "too good to be true"! Somewhat skeptical, I contacted the seller, to my surprise Sam replied and said, "Yeah we have it, and can get you a great deal". So, he did! I bought all the stone I needed (or so I thought, I ended up making another trip to Sam's store because I miscalculated!). Sam's friendly customer service is just top notch! So awesome that a couple of weeks after our dealings, I received a text from Sam, just to ask how my project was going and to make sure that we were enjoying our stone! Yeah, I was floored too! What can I say... from the start of this project Incredible Carpets was amazing. From the beginning with choosing a product, to visualizing the bigger picture; Sam was very responsible and active. My wife and I never thought our house would turn out this beautiful with the wood he recommended to us for what we were planning to do, but at the end all I can say is WOW! They were on the project site within 2 days for a walk-through, and installation followed up right after. Everything was done professionally and on time, with great follow up by the company. I had the pleasure of working with Sam and Iran and they were very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Major props to Iran (who works in the store) - I challenged her (and she spent a lot of time) to find the perfect tile - color, size, texture - it was not easy, but she worked tirelessly in making phone calls, taking pictures, etc. I am very pleased with the results. There was a small glitch with the measurements, but Iran did not hesitate to take back the extra tiles and reimburse the cost for those tiles. The installation went very well - they were on time and did an excellent job. Again, I'm picky, but it was apparent they wanted me to be happy, and I am. I was recommended this place by a friend because of their pricing and installation crews. They have a huge showroom with all kinds of flooring. I narrowed down my selection to three colours and they came next day for a free estimate with the samples so I could see with my house decor. I was moving and had a job scheduled with a competitor. That competitor, ended up misrepresenting the timing and we had our moving trucks coming in less than 24 hours to put carpet in our new home. Sam and his team dropped everything, and worked until 5 am to get the job done before our moving trucks arrived. Need I say more? Half was in-stock in the store and the other half was ready for me same day in the warehouse a couple miles away. The cabinets are excellent quality, per my contractor. After our wood plank flooring was completed, we had some issues with a leak, and this is where she truly went above and beyond. A lot of companies would have simply said, "That's not our issue," and moved on, but Robin did the opposite. She worked hand in hand with us, helped troubleshoot, delegated to the right people on her team, and made us feel like she was genuinely trying to solve the problem with us. Her responses were incredibly quick, even on her days off, and that level of care is rare. Sterling already earned our business with their quality work and efficiency, but Robin is the reason we will be customers for life. I can't be more grateful for the way she handled everything.

1/21/26 Downstairs floor replacement project…read more Our downstairs flooring only lasted 4 years due to high humidity and no underlayment. When we first installed, the manufacture did not recommend an additional underlayment but the humidity simply killed our vinyl planks. We tried glue, filler and then clear tape. Nothing worked and it was simply terrible in appearance. I reached out to Alan end of last year to report the need of new flooring. He came to check out the areas and agreed it was due to humidity. We chose a new flooring only lasted color and type since our current one was discontinued. We opted for a new water resistant laminate that requires an underlayment which was needed in our case. We got the floors redone 1/21/26. The guys finished in 4.5 days. Good team and workmanship. I felt really bad that we were supposed to move all the little things beforehand and it completely slipped my mind. I thought they would move the furniture from one side of the room to the side but they ended up moving everything out in the garage. Due to all the cutting dust, everything brought out was covered in a layer of dust. I had to clean everything off upon the move back in which was tedious. I wish they would have recommended me to buy some plastic coverings. The half day on Sunday, the guys helped move the pool table back, completed last minute touch ups and re-installed my quartz on the vanity to fit under the mirror. They did a fantastic job and considering they had to reuse my old baseboards, it was nicely preserved for reinstall after the new floors were laid. Despite of the small hiccup with lots of dust on furniture, I was very satisfied with the crew's install. It's so nice to have flat and smooth floors again. As always, Alan visited in person daily to ensure progress, and address any concerns we had. We have been loyal to Alan for many years. I appreciate his continued transparency in business practice. The first time we came, one of the workers, Kahold helped us. We took some samples home. We decided on the ocean sand color. Our flooring guy installed it and we love it. Btw, our flooring guy has worked with their flooring a lot and doesn't have any complaints about it. We like the material and selection. It's also nice that they make their own flooring, cutting the middle man out of it. Kahold helped us the first time we went and then the second time when we purchased the flooring (We called ahead of time and he remembered us). We got about 2k sq ft t worth of flooring. Geat customer service. Kahold is great!

He answered all of our questions and even met us on a weekend early morning to open his shop for us to pick our our floor samples. The work done by his crew was well done- our floors look/feel great. His crew even helped put our big pieces of furniture back into our house after they finished (we have seen that some places only remove the furniture- putting it back isn't included in their fees.) They finished a day early, even. We found the pricing reasonable for the job, but it was the level of service and attention to detail that was the real clincher. We recommend Caliber most highly.

Contracted them to install an oak hardwood floor, lacing into the existing floor in the house…read more Initially after they were done I would have rated the work a C-, but after a few days the floor has started to fail, so now it's a solid F. The finish on the floor was novice level work. Heavy tooling marks all over, smeared stain, splattered topcoat. That was my reason for the C-. Within a week many of the boards have detached and come up. I've also noticed: huge sections of the flooring were never fastened; the sanding is so bad that it's visibly lumpy in several areas; there are large gaps that were not filled and stained properly. And to top it off they had the highest quote of the bunch. The people working there are nice and pleasant, and very responsive. They offered to come back and redo it. But given the range and severity of problems I did not trust them to do further work. All around a complete waste of my time and money.
