I'm so confused with all the positive reviews of this place. We received 5 quotes from different flooring companies and they are competitively priced but man does their customer service need some work. Definitely not the most professional. When I first went in to check out their flooring they had good options but the owner gave me a rough estimate based on what I told him about the house. Thought that was kind of strange because all the other companies told me they would have to come in and measure our home themselves to give me an accurate estimate. I let that slide and trusted that his estimate would be pretty accurate since he has experience. He assured me they would come in later to measure everything more accurately. When I went in the first time, it was still a little early for our project so I came back at a later time to confirm the flooring we wanted and to schedule an appointment for them to do a proper measurement. This is where it got really frustrating. All the other companies we got quotes from looked at their calendar and scheduled something right away. These guys told me they would take a look at their schedule and call me back to schedule something. I never got that call. I had to reach out to them to remind them to schedule an appointment and Juan apologized and said he would call me back in 30 minutes to 1 hour to schedule something. Never heard back from him again. This went on another 5 times at least. So strange to me that they can't just look at their calendar to schedule something right away and that I'm having to chase down this business to give them my business. Usually it's the other way around. We would've moved on to another company by now but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because of their great reviews from other customers and they have the flooring we want. That's really the only reason I haven't moved on to another vendor by now. Maybe (and I'm hoping) their installation is a lot better than their customer service but I'm so close to walking away. We'll see what happens but it's not looking good. I called Juan again today to express my frustration with how I have to keep reaching out to them and they keep saying they'll call me back in 30 minutes but they never keep their word. He apologized that they have been so busy lately and then he promised that this time he will for sure call me back within an hour to schedule something... for the 6th time. Lol. I wish I didn't have to leave this poor review, because when working directly with the owner Sam things have moved smoothly. However, I was scheduled for a laminate install today, which was postponed once due to the installer, and delayed for 2 months due to a special order. Keep in mind this was my 4th job using Incredible Carpet. Upon arriving the installer Pedro immediately decided he wasn't going to do the work. He began by walking into my livingroom (filled with upturned furniture from the other room that was to be worked on, and stated that he couldn't do the room because it was mismeasured. After being told repeatedly that it was another room to be worked on (the empty one) he again repeated multiple times that he couldn't do it because it was mismeasured. I went over the measurements with the owner multiple times, so I know this is not the case. He then called his boss, and again tried to get out of the install. (Seriously.) He took a quick glance over the area to be worked on without removing anything or measuring and said "the floor is uneven I can't do it." My house was built in 59, of course it's a little uneven. Now, normally this wouldn't be a huge deal- however this is the second time dealing with this installer and the last time he refused to do demo and then proceed to tell me that I needed to pay him more, in order for him to do what I had already paid for. And he also tried the same line of "it's uneven I'm not doing it" on the last job and everything came out just fine. As for today he hemmed and hawed and fiddled with 1 plank of laminate before telling me he could "maybe" do it if I allowed him to put a T spacer in the middle of the room (trip hazard). I told him no and that we needed to make it work. Over the next 2 hours this guy continued to go back and forth claiming the left side of the floor was higher, then lower, then no its higher. And of course, we need to pay him more money. Finally he stopped removing my flooring and refused to do any more work, which he followed with "just go buy carpet". (The first time we worked with him he didn't want to work around a carpeted area and told us to "go get laminate" for the area he didn't like.) After 2 hours of arguing with this guy, and zero help from Juan at the store we cancelled our future carpet install and asked Pedro to put everything back and leave. After all of this Incredible carpet actually asked us to PAY for Pedro's "work." This experience has been absolutely ridiculous, and I will never to buisness with incredible carpet again. Which is a real shame, because Sam has been friendly and helpful when needed- and I would have continued to give them buisness. read more

Not sure who the previous reviewer spoke to but I had a fabulous experience. I worked with Sean the first time I bought carpet here and he was okay but not very personable. I am now putting new carpet in my living room and this time I spoke with Ed, he is great! But as far as carpet goes price and installation were my primary concern. I ended up getting a very high end carpet for a great price and their installers couldn't have been better. Don't believe me? I originally went here in September 2013 and by the time we closed escrow and were ready to put in floors and countertops it was december. I had to replace approximately 1,000 sq ft of laminate flooring due to a slab leak in my home. Fred and Juan were very helpful and informative as I learned about different flooring options and letting me bring home samples to narrow down my choices. I decided to install waterproof vinyl planking and chose Incredible because they had been so helpful and their pricing was very reasonable. Fred and Juan were very flexible both when I asked if they could install vinyl sheeting in the bathroom instead and if I could get the quarter round trim ahead of time to be painted. We just bought a new house and our general contractor recommended Incredible Floors. Overall, Incredible floors had comparable or better prices than several places we looked at. All I could say is I have a smile and feel happy with the job done in a completely professional manner and in the required target time limit. We were not looking into an extravagant work done for a new carpet job, step in Sam who went through with all the options that we had and ensured us that we got the best one for our requirements. Plus we live at corona CA so getting an estimate for the carpet needed was bit of a gamble, but Sam sent out Hugo with the whole roll of Carpet ensuring that we never ran out of it. Based on the reviews on yelp, our family decided to give Incredible Flooring a try. We sure are glad that we did. They are very knowledgable, with great selections, and amazing prices!  Our family first started looking to do engineered hardwood flooring throughout our house and were able to find a great espresso color at their showroom at a great price.  Next day Juan came out for an official measurement, and our bid was sent to us the next day which was great. What was even better was that the prices were substantially lower than the competitors that we had looked at!  Through out the whole process they did a great job of keeping us updated, and the installers were always neat, clean, and had amazing attention to detail of installation which we really appreciated. They truly cared for our house as if it was their own, and took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect.  We were so impressed with the flooring transaction that we decided to also do our kitchen remodel. The template for our countertops and island was made, and we met with them the next day at their showroom to go over the details. They took us to the slab yard to look at countertop options and also the pros and cons of each color/material which was very helpful. The slab was chosen and fabricated by them and installed the week after along with the beautiful natural stone backsplash.
