I'm reposting this review because I'm not sure why my original review was removed. I came here after getting a flat tire while riding. I was told that installation would be free if I purchased an S-Works tire from the shop, so I went with that option. Since I run clinchers, I obviously needed a new tube for the rear. They told me a replacement tube would be around $10-15, but I already had a brand-new spare TPU tube in my saddle bag, so I handed them my own TPU tube to install. Then, while they were working on my bike, I was suddenly told that my FRONT tube was also flat and that I would need to pay for another tube. This made no sense to me because there was absolutely nothing wrong with my front tire when I brought the bike into the shop. After I questioned it, they agreed not to charge me for the front tube. For some reason, replacing one tire ended up taking around 40 minutes. When I got home, I noticed that the valve stem on the rear wheel didn't look like the TPU tube I had given them. I deflated the tires and checked. Sure enough, BOTH wheels now had regular butyl tubes. So to summarize: * My front wheel already had a perfectly functioning TPU tube when I arrived. Somehow, during the service, that tube became damaged and was replaced with a regular butyl tube. * For the rear wheel, I personally handed them a brand-new TPU tube to install with the S-Works tire I purchased. That TPU tube is now gone, and I received my bike back with a regular butyl tube instead. I don't know exactly what happened behind the scenes. Maybe the tubes were accidentally damaged during installation, or maybe there was some other explanation. Mistakes happen, and honestly, that isn't even what bothers me the most. What bothers me is that nobody told me. If they had simply said, "We accidentally damaged your TPU tube, sorry about that. Would it be okay if we replaced it with a regular tube?" I would have understood. Instead, I was given my bike back with BOTH of my TPU tubes replaced by regular tubes without any explanation, including the brand-new TPU tube that I personally handed them. For me, this is about trust more than the cost of the tubes. When I leave my bike with a shop, I expect them to tell me if something happens to my parts or if they need to substitute something I specifically asked them to install. I still have no idea what happened to the brand-new TPU tube I gave them. read more

I've been going to this shop for the past four years. I bought five bikes from them. I spent over 20,000 in there shop, this is the second incident happened to me with them I'm so disappointed I had a crack wheel they submit the warranty for several months They always coming back to me Saying they didn't warranty it, I end up spinning $2400 for new wheels and they haven't warranty my old one. recently this what happened to my 2025 S-Works I purchased it from them and the chain stay crack I posted the pictures you can see it there is no scratches no impact never crush in this bike, they call me saying that they didn't warranty it telling me ( it's outside impact ) I was like how the hell it's gonna get cracked from outside when there is not scratch? I took it to Fullerton bike shop they took picture. They submitted to the warranty three days later they called me telling me that they warranty it and they already send one. It's on the way. I dont recommend nobody to go there they not going to fight for your warranty no matter how much money you spin over there take your business somewhere else. read more

Honestly this place is great. Customer service is great and they work in a timely manner. Everything is so expensive though and they charge for every single thing. I actually ended up doing the work myself the second time around to save $150 But overall if you're new to the bike world this is definitely a good place to go I've gotten every single bike I own from here and bikes for my kids. I brought my bike in this morning and was assuming to simply drop it off and pick up later, but the mechanic was able to diagnose the issues and work on the bike right away. My bike was finished and ready for me to do a test ride before I even finished shopping in the store. The store staff is friendly and checks in to see if you need any assistance in finding anything or any questions you may have, but they allow you to shop at your pace and are not trying to oversell or cross sell you on things you don't need. I took my Roval top of the line wheel-set for ceramic bearing overhaul. They just put grease over the seal! I ask shouldn't you suppose pop the seal clean and repack bearing? Just got into cycling and was a little overwhelmed with the selection of helmets. Andrew and Isaac were both very accommodating and didn't mind my noob questions on the subject. They waited patiently as I test fit a few different brands and after about 8 attempts, ended up choosing one that fit the best (XL Dome w/ a small brain). Luckily, it was one of the cheaper ones with MIPS! During the whole process I never felt rushed and really felt like I was being treated as a friend by the staff. Amazing shop I'd recommend based off my small and quick encounter. I called yesterday and explained the issue I was having with my bike. The arm and pedal flew off last weekend and when I attempted to screw it back the screw would not sit flush, I'm assuming the shop that I took it to, to have my new tires installed did not completely torque the crank and arms back on. I brought it in today and they seemed super busy. I walked up quickly explained what happened and he knew right away it was an easy fix. He mounted the bike and torqued the arms and adjusted the chain right away and, HE DID IT FOR FREE!!!!! I offered to pay something he said you're good man just be safe out there. Highly recommend checking this place out and I plan on bringing my business there from now on. read more

I really miss performance bike being around, because they had everything i needed. my bike has 700 x 28 tires, which apparently is a goofy size nobody carries...not even sporting goods or bike stores. Incycle came through. They had a tube and a tire. I was so happy i bought a bike cleaning kit to make my bike look squeaky clean.
