I just put about 80 miles on my new Aventon 3 ...I went to the San Dimas location and met Scott super informative, super friendly guy. The bike I wanted was at their other shop in Monrovia. He called they had it. I went there and picked it up. I can't say enough about this bike and Ebike Cyclery also I ordered a front rack from the website and it didn't fit correctly so I tried to fix it with pliers and I broke it. Turns out it doesn't fit the Aventure 3 it only fits the 2 model. I called Aventon Support and explained my problem with no argument or not even asking the gentleman said well why don't we just go ahead and refund your money and will send you an email when we build that part...The sales was an excellent experience. The bike is absolutely awesome and their support is parallel to nome. Mi wife recently retired and decided to treat herself to an eBike. She was able to test several bikes they had and had decided on the one she thought was the one. After being delivered. she gave it a spin and had buyer's remorse. She felt this particular model was too heavy for her to prop up and was not as maneuverable as she wanted. HECTOR the owner told me to bring the E Bike to the store in San Dimas so he could look at it.. So I took my E bike to their store and they did nothing to resolve the situation. HECTOR says oh we don't carry that Kasan E Bike anymore. What an idiot. Why would you tell me to bring the Kasan E Bike to your store if you no longer carry this brand..I would definitely NEVER trust this E bike Cyclery business in San dimas or let alone buy anything from this owner Hector because he only cares about selling his E bikes and not taking care of his customers!!! This owner simply failed to honor his warranty by replacing my dead battery. A new battery was $629.00 which was defective. I never wanted anything free, I just wanted the owner to be honest and stand behind his product. That's all. It's not my fault this battery was defective. This guy is a cheap person and once you buy something from here. Good luck with your warranty because their is none. This is where you need to buy your next bike. After doing tons of research, reading reviews, and hours of YouTube videos, we narrowed down what we were looking for. We knew of the reputation of this shop, and a friend vouched for them and referred me to Scott, who runs the shop. My wife and I went in there near closing a few weeks ago, and Scott insisted we were all right. He had us demo a few bikes in their dedicated "testing area" and took the time to explain all the features thoroughly. My wife is average size, but I'm a big dude. I had it in my mind a brand I thought would work best for me. Scott was very accommodating with my choice, but asked if he could show me a different brand that in his opinion would suit me better. I'm already pushing the limits of the type of bike I've chosen, and he felt maybe a different one would be a little safer, stronger and powerful to suit my needs. As now way past closing we went home to think about it. We went out of town and had a week of rain before we finally got back in there. This time I met Hector the owner of the shop, he was just as friendly and informative as Scott and talked with him about this new 2nd option and stated that I live in a very hilly area and my concern was that the bike MUST be able to handle these hills with me on it or it's a non deal. He assured me that this bike would handle it and offered to let me take a demo bike on an extended ride to my home area and give it some serious real world testing. After another few days of rain, today I went back in for 3rd time ready to seriously put this bike to the test. Scott was working today, had the bike charged to 100% and tires aired up. He had a feeling I'd be there on first day of no rain. I gotta tell you, this bike did everything I wanted and more. It did everything they promised me it would. We brought the bike back absolutely impressed and bought two of them !! Scott was a pleasure to do business with, very informative, knowledgable and easy going. There was never pressure to buy anything. He knows his products and gathers the correct information in order to help you make the best choice possible. We just recently purchased 2 Aventon E-Bikes on line from the manufacturer and needed a bit of warranty work done on them. When I talked with Aventon they told me there was a dealer they recommended near me here in San Dimas. The first time I called I spoke with Hector who told me they're procedure for looking at these bikes and I agreed to bring them in over the next couple weekends. I took both bikes in last Saturday and met Scott. Wow, what a most pleasant surprise to have this kind of customer service and interaction. Both my brother in law and myself brought them in and let Scott know what was needed. He did tell me he was busy and probably wouldn't have them ready until the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and Scott called to let me know they were ready for pick up. I was working and couldn't make it so Scott said Thursday would be fine . So I installed my bike rack and went to pick them up. Scott was there and so very helpful. I had asked if he could install 2 new seats and mirrors which he did with no problem on the spot. Also added in a couple bells as well. I had never used this new bike rack yet and he also helped me load both bikes on my rack, secure them, replace tie down straps for the fat tires, and gave me some foam for in between the bikes so they wouldn't get scratched. It's hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere these days, but boy it sure was nice having the feeling that they really care. Well this shop absolutely does and goes above and beyond service. I would highly recommend E Bike Cyclery to anyone who has an e-bike. This place came highly recommended from an existing customer, so I brought my parents here about a year ago to help them purchase their E-Bikes. We didn't really know anything going into it but that was okay because the staff was highly knowledgeable in all ebike-related things: cadence v torque sensors, mid-drive v hub-drive, etc. Because this is an E-BIKE ONLY SHOP, they know their stuff. They know what kind of lock will keep your bike safe, they know the specs on all their bikes, and they only carry brands that they trust are quality bikes because they care about customer safety especially when dealing with a bike that can go nearly 30 mph! My parents ended up getting an Electric Bike Co and an Aventon, with added accessories and helmets. They both love them! After saving up for a year, I came right back to this store where Scott helped me find the right bike for me after I test rode nearly 5 bikes. I've rolled Code 3 to calls on a traditional Police Bike and wondered if I'd have anything left when I arrived. I rolled Code 3 to an injury traffic collision tonight and was first on scene.
