Vic took time to find a good trailer that fits this bike.

Vic is personable and professional. I purchased a bike online and the deraileur broke apart when shifting gears one day. Vic delivered my bike fixed and tuned up in the time he said it would be done. Gears are shifting as they should . I hope he's going to be in business for a very long time. I definitely trust his work, and he is a great person to work with. His prices are reasonable, so that's a plus. My bike is definitely in a much better condition than it was when I brought it in to Vic for him to fix. Strongly recommend Vic's bike repair shop.

Vic's a cool guy once you get him talking. He's trustworthy, patient, and hardworking. He goes above and beyond with his repairs, inspections, and installations. You need your brakes tightened? You'll be leaving with some fresh brakes and your chain greased (never thought about that until he did it all free of charge). He won't sell you anything unless you need it. I went in thinking I needed the tread, tubes and gears replace but he said everything was in perfect condition. This was a special project of mine where I converted a mountain bike into an ebike. He just needed to perform his tune up, secure the motor to the frame (he actually had to reinstall the motor because it did it wrong). All that and complete updates on the bike each time I called. And to top it all off he insists on walking the bike out for you (probably helps to prevent clumsy customers from knocking over his bikes, but still), and he even taught me his preferred way to load a bike into a car. he explained his thought process for each step and he got it done. Thank you Vic!

Vic's is the best. You won't find someone who is as knowledgeable, and down to earth. He can work on anything that has to do with bikes and because he's an avid biker himself. Do yourself a favor and stop here first. You won't be disappointed!

Took my HeyBike ebike in to put a replacement rear brake caliper and brake levers on, should be about $50 with a 1 to 2 day max turnaround time.

starting-level rider very happy with what Vic did; Really appreciate this shop opens on weekend esp Sundays. Need to get vehicle bike rack because I still can't bike easily uphill, have to drive to a place and then start biking. He suggested a brand and model which is easy for me to manage and store, instructed how to use it patiently. I usually feel a bit intimidated walking into pro shops (whatever the focus field is) because staff talking professional and too advanced at the point I can't follow anymore. He made shopping easy. Need is met, problem solved. Later the day I had a great ride at nearby state park; Will return for other parts in future.

Helped out our bikepacking group in a,pinch. Great service, very well stocked. We were able to get tubes, spokes and cartridges and be on our way

    My bike after fixed.

Omg Vic and his wife are super friendly and super efficient. They helped me to change my bike's front tire less than 15 min. I'm soooo happy with their work. Their shop is the best!!

Recommended by friend and Vic was nice to explain things hands-on when requested. He was patient about it so that was great.

Overall a cool location, kinda hidden in the little plaza next to canataros italian restaurant. They have all sorts of bikes, electric, and regular bikes, cool shop and lots of inventory and parts to shop for! overall a cool location, fair prices and cool staff. Thank you will recommend,.

I'm reposting this review because I'm not sure why my original review was removed…read more I came here after getting a flat tire while riding. I was told that installation would be free if I purchased an S-Works tire from the shop, so I went with that option. Since I run clinchers, I obviously needed a new tube for the rear. They told me a replacement tube would be around $10-15, but I already had a brand-new spare TPU tube in my saddle bag, so I handed them my own TPU tube to install. Then, while they were working on my bike, I was suddenly told that my FRONT tube was also flat and that I would need to pay for another tube. This made no sense to me because there was absolutely nothing wrong with my front tire when I brought the bike into the shop. After I questioned it, they agreed not to charge me for the front tube. For some reason, replacing one tire ended up taking around 40 minutes. When I got home, I noticed that the valve stem on the rear wheel didn't look like the TPU tube I had given them. I deflated the tires and checked. Sure enough, BOTH wheels now had regular butyl tubes. So to summarize: * My front wheel already had a perfectly functioning TPU tube when I arrived. Somehow, during the service, that tube became damaged and was replaced with a regular butyl tube. * For the rear wheel, I personally handed them a brand-new TPU tube to install with the S-Works tire I purchased. That TPU tube is now gone, and I received my bike back with a regular butyl tube instead. I don't know exactly what happened behind the scenes. Maybe the tubes were accidentally damaged during installation, or maybe there was some other explanation. Mistakes happen, and honestly, that isn't even what bothers me the most. What bothers me is that nobody told me. If they had simply said, "We accidentally damaged your TPU tube, sorry about that. Would it be okay if we replaced it with a regular tube?" I would have understood. Instead, I was given my bike back with BOTH of my TPU tubes replaced by regular tubes without any explanation, including the brand-new TPU tube that I personally handed them. For me, this is about trust more than the cost of the tubes. When I leave my bike with a shop, I expect them to tell me if something happens to my parts or if they need to substitute something I specifically asked them to install. I still have no idea what happened to the brand-new TPU tube I gave them.
