Came here a couple days ago to look into a new bike. Came in and it was small but had a decent selection of bikes and skateboards. Customer service was horrible! First of all i wasnt greeted and after 10 minutes i had to go ask the guy working some questions. Even though it was completely dead with zero customers. He made me feel like business wasn't important. I believe his name was Robert but cant remember exactly. Needless to say i left and wont come back. Call this place because I snapped the chain on my bike. As I'm sure many people know that to get any service on a bike right now during Covid times takes forever to get in, and even longer to have the bike worked on because of how many people are getting stuff done right now. I called up this place at 2 o'clock to see if they had any chains in stock and if they could do it. They told me that they were available right then and there. I was kind i'm shocked that they were able to have my bike worked on so soon. But sure enough I got there 15 minutes after the phone call and within 15 minutes of arriving I was out of there with my new bike chain. Very honest guys here that take pride in what they do. Called for pricing and questions about there products. They were so rude . Good thing I didn't waste my time driving out there. As a customer I would feel they should listen and not be rude and tell us to go somewhere else . Pay the extra dollars and get the service you deserve somewhere else read more

Excellent bike shop.. I don't go anywhere else for my bike needs. I even bought a new bike here and I love it! Just went today to fix a flat and went home happy. I have been here many times and will go no where else because their prices are good. Usually there is only one person working and attend one person at a time. I just make sure not to be in a hurry and give myself time. They are very friendly and always assist you in a timely manner. I love the mom and pop shop feel. read more

This place is very friendly...for the most part. Well actually, I believe only the owner/manager is. The other people that work there, mainly the young men, don't really give good customer service. I know it's a bike shop & not a fast food chain or anything like that but I'd appreciate if they'd be a bit friendly. I've stopped by here a couple times to replace the tubes on my bike & every time I come & the manager assists me I always leave very pleased. He answers all my questions considering I don't know much about bikes. Overall, this is a great bike shop & their prices are reasonable. read more

Shitty shop bought 3 innertubes & they popped like nothing, you have to pay to use the tools. I also went to get my bmx chain installed and he didnt do it right. Made my chain snap off. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Doesn't even give courtesy air to flat tire. He wanted to charge me two dollars for a presta attachment(the crappy gold ones). He himself said they break too easy. What kind of bike store does not offer courtesy air, not to mention have a bike pump thats universal to presta/ schrader. Very rude and felt pushed to spend money. read more
