Pretty cool concept, as many have described Chipotle for Indian food. Definitely not your traditional Indian food, so I wouldn't bring someone here who has never had Indian food to give them an idea of what it's like (which I found out the hard way). Nonetheless it is very fresh tasting food (I highly recommend the Salmon-cooked to perfection). Since it seems to be a big lunch place, it was practically empty around 5pm on a workday. I used to LOVE this place -- I got so many of my friends hooked on it too. I really appreciate their take on Indian food. However, unfortunately, recently I have been realizing it's a big hit or miss.There is a lot of variation in: (1) their service (i.e. some people can be very rude and pushy, whereas others are really nice), (2) food availability, especially towards the end of the day (e.g. I didn't get one of their pre-fixed bowls since 2-3 key ingredients for it were unavailable), and (3) quality of food/flavors (at times, flavor and texture varies, and food can taste old/stale.) Most recently, however, I got a bowl of completely uncooked and inedible rice, which was VERY disappointing. I discovered that when I brought it home, so had to throw the bowl away -- total waste of money. I haven't been back since, and not sure when I'll go back. Also, this compelled me to write a review, since selling uncooked rice (which is the base of the bowl) should be unacceptable. I was a loyal customer, so am really hoping they're able to go back to how they used to be. read more

This scared me only because it meant that there weren't too many indians who enjoyed the place * food was 10/10 on a nutritional scale * food was 3/10 for flavor. I was with two other indian people, none of us were impressed. This place isn't trying to be indian, its trying to go for indian fusion, but it is getting away with allot of crap because of that. while the two bowls (their most popular, the paradise chicken and bombay baller) were a good balance of flavor and nutrition, that got their indian components on the dot, the TURMERIC CHAI is watered down garbage they are selling white people at inflated prices, as is the mango crumble. You cannot sell poorly flavored mush to customers, sprinkle in something fancy about ayurveda or "finding your purpose" (I kid you not) and expect anyone with half a brain to like it. that isn't fair to your customers. * I still gave two stars because the food is healthy, and the staff is the LOVELIEST! read more

Wow! Inday blew my mind! I am usually not a fan of traditional Indian food but decided to give Inday a try after a reading about it online. The flavors were perfection. The new options are bland and underwhelming, which is especially disappointing in contrast to prior preparations. This all seems like a veiled attempt to cut food costs, a misguided attempt, as they've lost quite a few weekly regulars in myself and my colleagues. I loved the food here. I'm pretty selective about what I consider to be a 5 star restaurant on Yelp. The service here is very good - the people making your food make sure to ask you before putting any ingredients in. I love the sauce that was a part of my dish.
