The staff promptly checked me in, had me sign a few paperwork and asked me to sit down to wait for my turn. The whole process took like 5-7 minutes only. Within 5 minutes, my name was called. I was led into a spacious, neat and clean exam room. After my vitals were taken, a PA quickly came in to discuss my health issue with me. He was professional and attentive in my opinion. My entire appointment from start to finish took like 35 minutes and has been nothing but positive :)

When I walked in (during the "available" schedule) was told they didn't have availability yntil the following week and to try another location. (Which is extremely frustrating considering you only have 72 hours to take a pre-employment drug screening after being offered a job.) However looking at their site it shows they have plenty of available appointments. It's extremely frustrating they don't abide by their actual availability that shows online. I tried another location, got the same ordeal. I do not recommend anyone looking to get a pre-employment drug screening through any of these locations.

I am saddened to see the negative reviews regarding Dr. Ram and her staff, because I see them as people who are doing their job in the best way that they can. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor.
