I like the fact that this location is conveniently located and there are ample parking spaces. I enjoy the bright morning sun shining through the place's big floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff promptly checked me in, had me sign a few paperwork and asked me to sit down to wait for my turn. The whole process took like 5-7 minutes only. Within 5 minutes, my name was called. I was led into a spacious, neat and clean exam room. After my vitals were taken, a PA quickly came in to discuss my health issue with me. He was professional and attentive in my opinion. My entire appointment from start to finish took like 35 minutes and has been nothing but positive :)

I was disappointed they weren't adhering to contractual basics. PAMF and Stanford pulls this crap but they have a lab and specialists in house. Why should a person deal with Shady business practices WITHOUT the convenience. I had just called to establish Carbon Health in Campbell as a PCP but I canceled it after walking away from today's appointment. Shady business practices might be the norm, but you have to justify it (or, just be ethical and do/know the basics).

She has only become more, of all those wonderful characteristics over the past nearly 25 years that I have know her. For a time due to insurance issues I had to move to Kaiser for 2 yrs. They were okay, but I am so glad to be back with Dr Hockett who, from the start, took the time to really know me. I am 65 now and on Medicare, so I was able to go back to PAMF. My family of three was charged $2,400, and the process took about three weeks. I received no email or comms from my doctor, the management team nor was I given any guidance on next steps in switching doctors. This is unacceptable. I should have been proactively notified and should have been made aware of my options ASAP. I called and texted the office several times to speak to Dr. Gorman about my experience but did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given the sloppy nature of my situation was managed- it's completely unacceptable.
