This review is only for their lunch buffet, considering that i've never actually been there any other time. Their lunch buffet is truly one of the best Indian Lunch Buffets i've been too. They have such an authentic and eclectic range of food that it's mind boggling. They really do have a lot you can choose from for a lunch buffet. Vegetarian dishes, cold dishes, desserts? They have it all. And everything taste either okay i now know what that tastes like to oh my gosh that totally hits the spot. Because of the huge array of dishes they offered and my limited Indian vocabulary i won't be naming them all except for a few that stood out. Their Chicken or Dum Biryani was really good. The rice was full of spices and flavor. The Tandoori Chicken pieces were not skippy at all. Huge chicken pieces with a nice color. The Butter Chicken's sauce was really thick with tons of flavor. Though the chicken was severely dry. Then on the separate table there were tons of dipping sauces for your Naan that comes to your table fresh. Also the puffy or also known as deep fried naan surrounding the chick pea dish was really good. I loved it. Another thing i found that this buffet when compared to others had was the Mango Lassi. I was so surprised to see that. An unlimited amount of Mango Lassi just called me. All in all i had a really delicious Indian adventure today for $10.50 read more

Mmmm mmm! I went here using a restaurant.com gift certificate. I had the chicken tikka masala and the samosa. The samosas are huge! The food was great, they even give you chilled silverware. I did not have any alcohol, but they have a full bar. The only suggestion I have is for them to give more rice with the dish. I'm sure that if I would have asked for some to-go, it would have been fine. When I went, it was very quiet, only a few couples in the place. India Palace is the place to go for Indian food in this area. We've been a few times now, and once or twice for the lunch buffet, which is $12.95 on weekend days. There's always unlimited mango lassi during the buffet and a lot of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The menu does change for the buffet, but you'll always get that butter chicken and tandoori chicken as a constant. The buffet comes with a basket of naan bread. They even have dessert. The kheer (rice pudding) is some of the best I've had- it's light and creamy and not overly sweet. India palace never fails! Before the pandemic I would go here every so often. My go to dishes are the non-veg thali or the butter chicken with garlic naan. I sometimes would get the papri chaat as an appetizer. Soo good!! Customer service is always good and youre seated right away. Since the pandemic though I have done call in orders for pick up. I am happy that the business is thriving during this time. It seems a lot of people are still ordering from here which is great. Pick up is easy and efficient. The thali entree is good for about 2 1/2 servings or 2 people can easily share it and be full/satisfied. They also have lunch specials that I really need to take advantage of lol. read more

This restaurant can definitely overlooked because it's in a shopping center with other popular spots like Yuraku, Honey Pig and Bonchon. If you are looking for all you can eat, come for their lunch buffet! It's pretty cheap and has great food. My go to dishes at Indian restaurants are Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the chicken was pretty dry. The sauce definitely helps to moisten up the dry chicken though. We've loved India Palace for more than a decade. To the point where when we moved to an area with three other Indian restaurants within a two mile radius, we STILL order from India Palace. Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is top notch!! One day when we were dining in, my husband made his normal request for the Chicken Curry as spicy as they could make it. The waiter suggested if he likes spice, he should try the Vindaloo. He hasn't stopped raving about the vindaloo since. Delivery is always super prompt and arrives piping hot. And tonight, when we discovered our naan had been forgotten, they offered us a credit instead of waiting for an hour for the delivery driver to finish his deliveries, return to the restaurant and then get back to us. I accepted the offer. Next thing I know, the door bell rings and there was the manager with our naan. Amazing!! read more

The India Palace buffet hits one out of the park when it comes to quality and quantity! There is a very nice variety of options here - any Indian buffet MUST have butter chicken and daal makhani to even pass the laugh test. This place had both, and they were both SPOT ON! There were also a number of other options for both vegetarians and meatitarians. I'm not a fan of coat, but the goat curry was just delicious, even though I admit I would have preferred more meat and less bone. I'm always blown away by how spectacular the taste of the chicken dishes (tikka masala and vindaloo in particular) and appetizers (including samosas and pakoras) here is -- and they always have some kind of discount, deal, promotion, or special, whether through Restaurant.com or Groupon.com or their own deal. The restaurant was much smaller back in the day (I've been a regular for a few years) but has since expanded. Unfortunately, for the level of service, quality of food, and amount per serving, you'd think more people would flock here to get a taste! Yuraku was closed, so decided to go to India Palace in the same shopping center on the other side of Fitness First. I got their lunch buffet which had a fairly good number of meat & vegetarian options. Of all the indian buffets i have been to I have noticed that none give as large of a spread as American buffets. However, they still offer enough. They were good at refilling the food quickly, but slow at bussing tables. Waiters don't really talk to u, even when bringing check. They just bring it, and put it down on the table & keep moving. Just the whole time the waiters really weren't friendly or personable. They weren't mean, but just not really friendly. After dining here so many years I recently discovered that they give an additional 10% discount if you pay cash. So last time I was there a group of 3 of us all had cash so we paid in cash, expecting the 10% discount. No, that didn't happen, and when I asked the server he said that I had to ask for the discount. So I said ok, I gave you cash so can I have the cash discount? I mean I thought it was pretty obvious that I had paid cash...since I gave him cash... Couple weeks later returned with 3 friends for lunch again and had the same server. I had a mobile coupon this time and he insisted that I needed to have it printed. But this was a mobile coupon! He said he had to verify the coupon so I asked him if he could take a picture since it's one of those coupons that expires 10 minutes after it's marked as used. He said no but luckily he wasn't busy at the moment and called to verify the coupon while I waited. I'm just saying...I come here all the time and have brought many new customers, and you have to argue with me about coupons that YOUR establishment offers? Why offer coupons and discounts at all then? So while on the topic, I also just learned that they have a number of coupons on their website for various discounts. My husband and I have never ate at a Indian restaurant before and did not know what to order. We asked our waiter Niran to make a decision based off of a couple questions he asked us AND Wow! He started us off with the Finger Lick Kabab which was amazing!! He then recommended the Chicken Tikki Masala for me and the Korma Kashmir for my husband.....We both left satisfied AND full!! I discovered this place a few months ago. I had been to other buffets that feature Indian cuisine but this is my favorite! The selection is large, and there is really good food variety. I don't have to wait for the weekend to enjoy the buffet, they have it during lunch daily through the week which is perfect for me so I can go there for my lunch break. The waitress Sana (I think this was her name) often came by my table to keep my water full and bring me delicious hot naan. The spinach is tasty and creamy, the pakora is really good and they have all the necessary toppings for it. I really like the goat in sauce and over basmati rice, it's what I go for the most. Large chunks of the butter chicken but I didn't think the sauce exceeded those of other Indian restaurants in the area. Saag was fine too but seemed a little bland to my taste buds. It wasn't toward the end of my meal did my friends mentioned it to me. It would have been nice if a waiter had come by to tell me. It would have also been nice if our table of 8 was not combined with another two tables. After we had arrived, a group of friends that we knew also came close to an hour later and sat at a nearby separate table with 5 members and another two were already sitting at a separate table. The restaurant combined ALL our meals and gave us one bill! I have never heard of anyone doing this without asking us. We had to figure out how much was the original meal (yes, I know it's a buffet so it's one price but no one seemed to know what that price was) and whether tip was automatically included.
