The best things Indian Bay Marina has going for it are the stellar views and the friendly service. This is my fourth summer here and it's a fun place to grab a bite to eat, hang out and enjoy the views. We had a nice treat on this Monday night visit, because it happens to be pizza night with a food truck churning out delicious pizzas. We also ordered the Mussels Kiev, which were surprisingly flavorful in a delicious broth. Indian Bay Marina will continue to be our go-to when in Willsboro for the summer. We have ordered everything from burgers, salads, to the beer battered fried shrimp. I've had the Roasted Beet Salad and it was fresh, but could have used more goat cheese. The Burrata salad is delicious, with a generous piece of burrata. The staff here is like family. They come in on their day off and pitch in on their own time. Every meal we've had was 5 star plus. We had the salmon, scallops, chicken bruschetta and the filet. Tracy the bartender was like no other. We could not love this place more! read more

I have been to Indian Bay Marina 3 times this summer...every time it was excellent, they could not have improved. It's super casual and you may have to wait but it's worth it! The first time I had wings on "wing night" and I requested the "flats" and they accommodated that! Second time went with my dad, got burgers with onion rings..delicious! 3rd time was yesterday- I had made a reservation with Patty the owner for 15 people plus 2 toddlers for a repast meal after a memorial service - and we wanted to order off the menu- and they were able to accommodate the reservation and even double checked with me yesterday morning. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food (I had French onion soup - even in the summer it was delicious!) and we had a wonderful waitress. The service is always great, the servers are hustling and work so hard. The cooks are doing a great job, too, the food is consistently good. Great bay views are a bonus! read more

This was our second time eating at Indian Bay Marina and the second time this little gem wowed us. My wife and I vacation on the New York side of the Lake Champlain region every year and last year (2022), a friend and his wife wanted to take us and another couple on his boat to The Spot, a restaurant in Burlington. We went and it was packed so we couldn't get a table. We decided to go to Indian Bay Marina instead. We were absolutely charmed by the atmosphere and the food was really great so this year, we decided to skip Burlington altogether and go there again. It was even better. EVERY part of our meal was outrageously good. We ordered the calamari, the flatbread chicken, and the French Onion Soup (which must be tried everywhere) for starters. All were excellent and the FOS was by far the best I'd had the whole trip (also went to Valcour Brewing Company and The Butcher Block). All the mains were fantastic and loaded with flavor, from my Ribeye, to the Fish and Chips, to the Shrimp Po' Boy. One of the unexpected highlights of the meal were the mixed veggies that were so well seasoned and cooked to perfection that we ordered an additional side of them. Even the cole slaw garnish was tasty, with a slight horseradish kick. We don't usually order dessert, but the meal was so great, we just had to and that was just as phenomenal. The Lake Champlain Mud Pie stole the show. And let's not leave out the great drinks, excellent service, and very reasonable prices. This place has cemented itself in our yearly tradition. SOOO good! My family has been coming here for years and I got to enjoy it for the first time last night. We had the steamed clams & combo basket as an appetizer--both really yummy! I definitely loved the batter they used on the fried items in the combo basket and later with the fried jumbo shrimp. Service was really attentive as well and great atmosphere to sit on the water. I would suggest if you're wanting to make it for sunset on a Friday/Saturday, definitely get there before 5pm to grab a table. read more

Nice restaurant on the water. The food was okay. Nothing off the charts. The atmosphere makes up for the food. If you are in the area and need a place to eat it is fine. Just don't set your expectations to high. Given the limited choices in the area we would eat here again. read more

Three of us had lunch here earlier this week and enjoyed our lunch and view. We ordered the Captain's Club, fish and chips, and mushroom onion burger. All of us enjoyed our food. It was brought out quickly and seemed very fresh. We arrived by boat and docked there which was a fun bonus, especially since we were hungry from boating all day. I've been here a few time with a group of friends. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been there has been issues with the checks at the end If the night. Items on the wrong people's check and things always have to get sorted out at the end. Even though we ask for separate checks at the very beginning. Yesterday evening things were messed up a lot and we all had to go in and tell them what we ordered and then payed there because the bills she gave us were all screwed up with wrong food and wrong drinks. After we all went through most of the group left and one of my friends stayed back with some other people she knew. Our waitress went out and embarrassed my friend in front of the other people she was with, saying that we still didn't pay all of our bill and still owed $38 for items that were left. And texted one of my friends, who she knew, saying she didn't pay all of her bill. I don't know where she got those extra items! But like I said every single time we've gone the bill is always messed up and it's always the same waitress! We don't even want to go back because of it!!! Went here for dinner and it was wonderful! It was a small place right on the water with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a large bar. Went here with five people and the service was great. We got to this restaurant and were amazed by the view but unfortunately I still can't give it a good rating based on that. We ordered the special frozen drink and they tasted like a movie theatre slush is and the color was bright yellow. It was very fake. Now the food, very disappointed. The Cesar salad was bland as can be, with little dressing and no spices. It tasted as if it was from a bag. The flatbread pizzas were terrible, a frozen pizza would have been better. The dough was cardboard with grape tomatoes on it and no flavor at all. I asked for pesto on it and it was not added. To top it all off, I ordered a quinoa salad and they brought it out with no quinoa just a bed of mixed greens. They did not even warn me they were out of the MAIN ingredient and when I asked where my quinoa was they said they were out and could give a small discount. This was absurd. You have to warn someone when they main ingredient is missing and they just went ahead and made the salad anyways? Also they didn't even honor the discount and took 1 measly dollar off. I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYBODY. terrible service, terrible drinks, terrible food. Never returning! read more

We had a lovely evening...first of all, all the workers we saw were wearing masks!! The outdoor tables were far apart, but even more impressive was inside where there were partitions between tables and even between some seats at the bar. We had a great table under some trees outside with a stunning view! Our masked waiter was wonderful and prompt! We had great frozen margaritas, an appetizer of fried items, a fish fry and Caesar salad. Everything tasted great!! It was a relaxing evening that we will do again soon! read more

The chowder was great for me because I'm allergic to white fish but this chowder had scallops, shrimp and clams in it. It was great. Wings had plenty of meat on them. But the drinks were absolutely wonderful as well as generously poured-a real plus with our group. The frozen prickly pear margarita was perfectly strong as well as delicious. Walked in and found out they had a local brewery tap take over. Also had a pretty good craft beer selection. Actually had Not Your Dad's Root Beer on hand in bottles which is surprising since you can't find it at all back in NJ. We weren't super hungry but ordered some appetizers. Got an order of hot wings, garlic wings, and potato skins. The garlic wings were really impressive. Never had anything like it before. They seemed tossed in a garlic butter sauce with real minced garlic. We were all floored by these and agreed they were unique and really enjoyable. I have been frequenting the Indian Bay Marina for both boat service AND their excellent food in the restaurant for many years. My wife and I, ALWAYS bring our family and visiting guests for an excellent lunch or dinner that is VERY reasonably priced. The atmosphere is FUN....the staff is always very welcoming and the view is spectacular across Willsboro Bay. We do visit regularly and when entering the restaurant, it is similar to entering "Cheers," except everybody greets us by our real names....not "Norm!" I very much like that the owners and staff work closely together to dynamically change their menu each year based upon input from their customers. We were just there yesterday, with out of town friends for lunch....and as usual, the menu was diverse, food excellent, and atmosphere....second to none. I always leave the Indian Bay Marina feeling better than when I came in.....maybe it's the nice assortment of craft beers they have...;)....but, I think it is more about the good food...great staff and surrounding people who are not unlike family.....I HIGHLY recommend it. Try it once, I can assure you, you will return! Our friends from our visit yesterday were first timers...and they are coming back Thursday evening for "Prime Rib" night.......my personal favorite! read more
