Some appetizer..would probably get something else next time..

Very good flavorful food . Looks a lot different than chips chubhouse. White walls and table cloths. They know what they are doing for sure. Fluffy rice..and very tender chicken in the butter chicken. I will definitely go back and want to eat my way thru the menu

I gave this place a try and was presently surprised by the amount of light in the space! The old space was dark and moody which was a vibe but seeing the light come in was nice! The food was awesome!! They have so many great options to choose from! I had the fish tikka and my boyfriend had the chicken tikka masala. Both dishes were fantastic. (I used the masala sauce on my fish and it was a Home run!!!) The apps were good! I probably won't get the mixed veggie pankora again but the chicken one was very good! Service was quick, food was so hot and fresh when it arrived to the table, naans were awesome. Overall, great food, service and vibe. Def family friendly but they do have white table clothes and I'm sure would make a great date spot!

We're so excited to have an Indian restaurant in the neighborhood! The interior of the restaurant feels bright, clean, and welcoming. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. We tried the mix pakora, garlic naan, matar paneer, and rogan josh. Everything was flavorful, and the naan was the perfect thickness and texture. The food could have been more spicy, my husband ordered "very hot" but it still could have held up to more heat. We're looking forward to trying more of the menu, and are especially interested in some of the "dinner for two" options.

Easily the best Indian food I have had in the twin cities. Fresh, authentic and delicious. Great value. Had the tandoori dinner for two - not pictured: appetizer also.

Tried the Indian Kitchen for the first time. I had the curry chicken. It was just average. Next time I will try it hot instead of medium. Very nice inside the restaurant. They don't have their liquor license yet so no wine or beer.

Orders: Yak momo (12): DELICIOUS. Would 100% ordering this for anyone coming here. They were delicious. Cheese pakora: yummy deep fried cheese with a nice sauce - how could you go wrong? Naan: we ordered the garlic naan and butter naan. The butter naan was the best! Chicken thukpa: amazing soup with noodles. I wish we had ordered 2 of these. One was not enough. Chicken tikka masala: not bad, but not my favorite. I wouldn't order again because I liked everything else a lot better. Kabuli Chana: also v good! Came with rice. Though I still liked the soup and sides wayyy better. Overall, the service was great and it was a nice place to hang out and eat with friends. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu!

We were greeted the moment we walked into the space and sat down next to a big window allowing us an opportunity to check out the action on Grand Ave. Our server was respectful and made frequent check-in's to our table. We got varying versions of masala, naan and samosa for our appetizer. Everything had great spice and was served perfectly warm. As a vegetarian, I was in heaven at the number of items that I could choose from. Thankfully, my companions were all willing to split dishes, so I could try more than one. We started out with the lentil green onion pancakes. They were don't earth than I had expected. I thought they would be more of a super crispy flat dish, but they have the substance of a real pancake, with savory flavors. Really wonderful. We ordered three entrées, including the jackfruit and the eggplant. The jackfruit was my absolute favorite, but that was not universal. I think it was very well well prepared, but not everyone likes jackfruit and not everyone loves those spices. But it made me so happy. The eggplant dish was pretty good, but the potato two eggplant ratio could be improved. A few too many potatoes and not enough eggplant. Otherwise excellent. The service was fine. The owner did come over and say hello to us afterwards and he was delightful. Another excellent immigrant owned business to support in Minneapolis.
