The bhature was very doughy inside and tasted like it had been fried in oil that had been reused many times. We also ordered aloo paratha which had very little filling approximately only about 10% with most bites being just plain dough. This was one of the worst Indian dining experiences we've had. We kept hoping at least one of the dishes would be nice, but unfortunately every item we ordered was disappointing. I hope the restaurant can improve the quality of these dishes.
