The is the first food truck I've had that serves Indian cuisine. I've been curious about trying them after I had noticed them posted up across the street from Black Bear Diner. I haven't had Indian food in a while so I drove over here just to finally see what they're about. The man at the window was friendly and I had ordered curry goat, small size. It came with rice. I asked if they serve naan bread but they don't. Instead they had a wheat roti which was like a tortilla and I ordered a mango lassi. I waited 15 minutes for my food and thought about eating it in my car but changed my mind and took it home since the food was served in plastic containers and was still hot. It remained hot by the time I took it home. The curry goat was good and wasn't too mild nor spicy but it would've been better if I didn't have to pick out the bones. The rice went well with it and the roti made me forget about naan. The mango lassi wasn't much to write home about and I wouldn't order it again. But I will try Indian Kitchen again soon. The location may be a bit far out in the sticks but it beats driving all the way out to the Medical Center area. read more

The wait was 35 mins. Well worth it. Luckily only live 7 mins away. I went back home to wait. We started with the pani puri (6 pcs, extra spicy water) and wow-so many layers of flavor. The crunch, the spice, the curd, and all the sauces came together perfectly. Easily a hit. The mixed paratha was flavorful (7/10 for me) though a little on the soggy side. For the main dish, the butter chicken with rice was absolutely amazing-rich, creamy, and highly recommended. To drink, I tried the mango lassi -sweet, thick, and creamy.
