This is not about their bike sales, as I bought mine from Lynnwood. This is about their parts and accessories department. My latest visit was today. I ordered a shirt about 2 weeks prior, and hadn't received a phone call. With this dealer being so close, I decided to drop by to see if it had come in. I walked in, and saw the parts counter worker (Beth) chatting with some people by the door, and the other guy, I am unsure of his name, talking with some potential bike buyers. I waived at Beth, and walked to the parts counter. After a couple of minutes, I waived at her again, with her making eye contact with me. I waited a couple of minutes more, then approached the bike sales guy. I asked if there was anyone else working the parts counter, which he replied that Beth was. I replied that I had been waiting five minutes. He was quick to tell me "No, I just watched you walk in". I replied that he had, 5 minutes ago. So then I walked over to Beth, and asked if she could help me. She replied "sure, just give me a couple of minutes", and continued her conversation with the other people. Afterwards she walked to the parts counter and asked what I needed. I talked about the order I made two weeks prior, which she retrieved for me, while stating she called me the day before and left a message (which she had not), and then talked about the difficulties in how they receive their special orders. This is exactly the same experience as my last transaction 2 months ago. Indian Motorcycles of Auburn truly act as the only horse in a one horse town. It's like they relish in the fact that the only other choices are Lynnwood and Bremerton. I'm more than happy now to buy from the manufactures' website, and pay for the shipping, than to deal with those two people ever again. read more

To me the foundation of a business is ya know... doing business. It's hard to do business when nobody answers. The people here are cool but every time I call they don't answer or I have to wait 5+ hours later til a salesman (which it seems like they only have one of) is available. The salesman is spike he's pretty cool but the biggest issue with this place is the staffing. There needs to be more staffing here I have no idea who is in charge of it but they need to be fired. Then I emailed the parts person asking about certain parts that could work because I plan on modding my bike and it's been like 3+ months and haven't received a single response. It feels like a ghost town in terms of any customer help. Long story short I refunded my deposit from them and am now buying my Indian bike through brothers Powersports and getting it in 2 days instead of having to wait til December/January. read more

Walked around, looked at different bikes and when I needed help Spike came and answered all my questions and was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a terrible shop to get your motorcycle worked on. The service/parts department seems bothered by your questions and the technicians are unqualified to work on the bikes. 1. Took my Scout Sixty in for an oil change because it had been over 3 years since my last one. They charged over $500 dollars because "we can't do just the oil change, we have to do the full service". 2. Had them install an upgraded belt guard from plastic to metal on the same bike because it requires removing the rear wheel. Took the bike to another dealership a few hundred miles later and they needed to adjust the belt tension to the proper specs. 3. Took my Scout Sixty to another dealership to have new wheels and tires installed. It took the technicians two hours to get the rear wheel off. The Auburn shop didn't grease or lubricate the axle when the remounted the wheel so the bearings nearly seized. 4. Went to parts department in Auburn and stated that I wanted to change my stock mirrors to the bar end type. The clerk rolled his eyes and went to the back to grab the mirrors, then dropped them on the counter and left. I had to find someone else to ring me up. When I got home I realized I needed to also purchase the mirror mounts, but the clerk didn't tell me that at the Auburn store because it seemed he was bothered to start. Do not go here for any Indian parts or services. There is a way friendlier and more qualified dealership about 15 miles away across the Narrows Bridge. It might take a bit longer to get there but it is well worth the time and effort versus dealing with the incompetence in Auburn. read more

Had a great experience with this group. I arrived first thing in the morning and the door was unlocked. I was also greeted by a gentleman behind the counter. I informed that fellow that I was looking to possibly make a purchase. He then informed me a representative was on the way. As soon as he finished his sentence, Spike was introducing himself. Spike was up and at em' in the early a.m. My type of fellow. Taking care of business! Working with Spike was easy. We had great conversation. I knew if I was going to make the purchase, I would need a positive experience to do so. Spike and he's team provided that, and I look forward to working with this group in the future. Lastly, I was lucky. I even got a chance to speak to a few Maintenace tech guys who were passing through handling business. I was told 4 different times my bike would be fixed. Only needed a new Rectifier and back tire installed. They had bike for 3 weeks, so i called on a Thursday and was told would be done Friday by end of day So I called at 5 pm. they said its not done but would be done by by 11 am. i call 11.30 Saturday now will be done by close of business. I showed up Tuesday morning and still not done. Manager spike didn't even apologize, all I can figure is he only cares if your buying a new bike. I bought my 18 roadmaster from Auburn indian and knew they went out of business for a little while so why not give them some business. I will never take bike to be fixed by them again. Took them 2 weeks to get a back tire when Lynwood indian said it would only take a couple days. JUST beware if you want your bike fixed and no run around, don't come here. read more

This is my personal experience and so I cannot speak to everyone's experience: I needed an oil change kit for my Scout and called ahead to make sure they had one in stock 1 hour before close. They answered right away and verified they had it and that they were closing at 6pm as usual. I arrived at 5:45 and the man at the front counter waved me over. I got the oil kit within minutes and asked him about a bike they have in stock, and he was nice enough to take me back to check it out. Since it wasn't on the showroom floor yet (it was still being detailed) I wasn't able to check the ergo's (I'm 6"3" with riding gear) but he did tell me that it was an advanced bike and that if I'm new to riding that it may not be the best choice. His honesty about the bike was greatly appreciated as he only benefits from trying to sell the bike. Overall I had a great experience at the store and I would come back to buy parts for my bike as well as explore purchasing one from them in the future. read more

Dont come here go to another indian dealer. We live 10 minutes from the shop Me and the wife came in to buy helmets during the pandemic and were looking to buy 2 bikes. We had to almost beg for assistance we were the only 2 in the store and the 2 staff seemed bothered buy us. We were also looking at a getting 2 scout bobbers. I started talking to the salesmen spike who claims he owns the shop but I have heard otherwise and he acted like we we were wasting his time. And then argued with my wife over an option on the bobber which she wanted to have ordered once he checked his paperwork he realized that they do come in the color she wanted to order btw it was the reduced reach foot controls she is short Figured maybe a bad day for them we spent 500 bucks after tax and left. We come back a week later after we take our first day of the permit class that we have a better grasp of what we want. Spike yet again is the only salesmen no customers in an empty store no eye contact hes just playing on his phone. Wife sits on a bike and he raises his voice across the showroom that he just sold that bike not to touch it. So here we are looking to buy 2 bobbers which I told him prior I have already talked to him about it and he treating us like were in his way. The sold bike has no info saying its sold markets no sign dont touch just sitting ther on display we left and decided to not support this business. My wifes helmet develops an issue the next day causing irritation to her scalp so we return for the 3rd time. They lady at the desk is more helpful than before and tried to help but here comes spike again he starts acting like shes making it up and wont put his phone down just scrolling again while hes short with us and we ask to swap out the week old helmet that hurts here but he shoots that down luckily our friend was able to fix the seams in the hemet buy restiching them. I've had to tell this guy twice now to not give my wife an attitude wtf. We drove 90 minutes north to the lynnwood indian dealer. Waaaaaayyyy different staff was awesome excited to see us knowledgable willing to mod the bike for my wife who is 4,11 and change mine to get them dialled in. We now will never go back to the store in Auburn and have 2 bobbers brand new bobbers. U would think during the pandemic when business is slow and a customer walks when u shop is empty and there talking about buying 2 bikes when they are purchasing 500 of equipment u would treat them better than this. I'm not one to complain or make negative reviews I dont like yelp because people expect royal treatment and complain when they dont get it. We just were treated like garbage On google review they are called out for this a few times as well. A buddy of mine has a chief and refuses to go here as well from an issue prior to the pandemic when he was trying to buy mods. we are going to buy a trailer just so we can take our bikes to the other store just to avoid giving them any of our business read more
