Love love love this place! This has become a normal meetup for me and my friends for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful. They remodeled the exterior and interior and it's like stepping into a part of India. They have a reasonably priced lunch buffet during the week and weekends. The weekend buffet offers different selections I have noticed. I always get a mango lassi to drink which is delicious! The fresh naan is always a great way to start the meal. They offer a variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian selections on the buffet so there's something for everyone. My favorites are butter chicken, tandoori chicken and a lamb dish that I forgot the name of. Don't skip their rice pudding dessert. It's slightly sweetened and is flavored with cardamom pods and other spices. Delish! The staff is always so helpful and will offer suggestions. Ask one of them to make you Indian nachos. On our trip to FL and KSC we had been to Indian Sizzler for dinner with our family. Now the plus points The restaurant has a good location and inside is quite welcoming and has good seating. The service is really amazing and fast, the waitress was very patient while taking our orders and kept checking on us. Food came out quick but not all at once which is fine. We ordered The saffron lamb chops - these are the best Butter chicken with garlic naan - very good and tasty tandoori pompano -- looks good but was bland Mozzarella sticks - kids menu was alright Malabar parotta - you get two pieces per order Malai Vhicken - was very bland and dry House special biriyani - it wasn't tasting like a real biriyani but was alright, comes in a pot with dough on top. Mysore masala dosa - was just average Chicken chettinad - was not good at all, didn't have a taste to it and no salt. Butter chicken with Garlic Naan - this was the only dish that was better than all. Although the restaurant checks out good in service the food was just alright and not caters to a general Indian crowd. Tandoori items were very good and the rest were just alright. We tried Indian Sizzler for lunch and it was delicious! They offer a lunch buffet, but instead we ordered specific dishes and some garlic naan bread to go with it. The portions were very generous and left us with leftovers for another meal. The restaurant has a nice warm feel inside with wood beam ceilings and Indian decor. They have an extensive menu, and prices for dishes like butter chicken and chicken tikka marsala are the same at lunch or dinner. This place is lovely! I felt bad, as I was a little underdressed, but the waitstaff were so friendly and gracious. The decor and ambiance is great, it has all the vibes but isn't too much or distracting. The food is phenomenal. I'm new to Indian food so I tried the samosa and got butter chicken because I knew I'd like it. I also had the mango lassi, and everything was so nicely plated and tasted wonderful. I'm a firm believer in getting the basics at a place to judge of its good, and this place is great. This is something I never see at other Indian restaurants which is a shame because it is DELICIOUS and I crave it fortnightly. The thin crispy eggplant slices topped with the drizzle of chutney and raw tomato and onion is so good. Don't like eggplant? I promise you won't know this is eggplant. - The samosa chaat. We ate at the Indian Sizzler last night and had amazing food!! Every single plate we ordered was fantastic, from the Chicken Khurma to the Kadai to the Madras, everything was fresh and flavorful. Their garlic and paneer naan was also very delicious and a perfect accompaniment for the curry. Portions were family style, and everyone in the table enjoyed the experience. What a great find! Traveling in this neck of the woods we've had a lot of seafood and we were looking for something a little different. Great reviews led us to the door of the Indian Sizzler A dedicated parking lot makes for easy access. Located in a neat little building with a terra-cotta roof and some cool signage graffiti on the outside. We were pleasantly greeted and quickly seated. We noticed that there was a buffet from 12 to 2 PM (we were a little bummed we had missed it as this is always a great way to try different things). The restaurant interior is beautifully finished and meticulously maintained. We were not disappointed with options, as their menu is very extensive with many traditional favorites and Some with interesting twists using local ingredients. There are specials to keep things mixed up too. This restaurant has beer and wine, in addition to soft drinks and teas. Our servers were super friendly and patient as we try to figure out what we were going to have. We started with an order of the vegetarian samosas that were served with a nice chutney, and those were gone in a a flash! From there, we had an order of butter chicken, biryani flavored rice with raisins and cashews, saag aloo (a sort of puréed creamed spinach and potatoes), and garlic naan. Every dish that came out was cooked to perfection. Food can be ordered with your preferred level of spiciness as everything is freshly made on the spot. This restaurant offers to go options as we saw several pick ups while we were dining in. We agreed that this was among the top two Indian restaurants that we had ever enjoyed. While we don't live in the area, we certainly would be back if we did! Sure hope we make it to this area in the future because this would be a definite, stop! My wife surprised me this past Friday, she is not the type of person to suggest new places (that's my job) and certainly not someone to try something like Indian food, but after getting picked up off the floor - off we were with a friend to give this place a try... I will tell you, the place is very nicely decorated inside, plenty of seating and the ambiance is light and inviting. My wife and her friend ordered the Butter Chicken, while I had a plate based on goat meat (I can't remember what it was called.) Both dishes were spectacular. For appetizers we tried a fried entry with potato and seasoning we all enjoyed, and some naan, we liked that as well. For dessert we shared several things - these cheese balls soaked in the most deliciously sweet liquid I have ever had, a cottage cheese based desert, and fried brownie - all of it we enjoyed to the point of scraping the plate. The only nit was the service - we had to call over our server a few times to get drink refills, but they were quick soon afterwards. I returned and brought a friend. We both chose the Lunch Buffet ($17). We were immediately shown to a table, put down our belongings, grabbed a plate and got in line. Same offerings as before, but that is OK. We asked the waitress (from Nepal) about what region the entrees are from in India. She said the items were mostly from the southern and northern regions of India. I had recently been to India in August 2023 and I think that EVERYTHING they serve here is AUTHENTIC and DELICIOUS. Very nice interior, lighting, and music set a nice mood. We ordered chicken vindaloo and shrimp biryani with garlic naan. All the food came out great, the vindaloo was very spicy but we were warned. The service was great, waters were never empty and our waitress gave us extra sauce since we loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful in taking my to go order. I ordered the lunch platter and a mango lassi. I sat in a comfy chair while my order was being made. It was delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time. The lunch special consisted of naan, rice, vegetable korma, chicken tikka masala, tandoori chicken leg, and vegetables. A very generous offering and everything tasted really good and the price was very reasonable too. I will have to ask to turn up the spice just a bit next time. The new owners have done a wonderful job making the interior bright new and "date worthy." We had the Masala chai tea, Naan bread and pompadum, lamb vindaloo and a chicken dish whose Name Escapes Me. Everything was excellent! The meat entrees range from 15 to $20, and there was a few specials for around 25. The portions were similar to dinner size portion to Cocoa Beach or Orlando Indian restaurants in the same price range. The bread was Fluffy and the little bit of char from the oven, and the vindaloo was quite spicy but very good. We arrived at around 4:30 pm, and more customers came in soon after us. We arrived at the end of the lunch hour and each ordered what I would describe as a tasting platter, as I have yet to see this option on the menu (or haven't figured out what it's called) I asked the waiter what each item was but honestly with mask on I was unable to understand what I was told, maybe when serving this item a paper explaining each item would help. I personally only found a couple item to my liking, I'd list what the were but again I don't know! I will say the water was excellent which is not usually the case at restaurants in the area.
