I had thought new rotors and pads all around would make it right again. The estimate was about 600 but strangely the next day when they started the work, I got a call from them saying I didn't need all the new parts and the eventual price was reduced to $173. Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. If you are in the general vicinity, you will want to know of the most honest family business you can work with. Kudos to them.

He helped us negotiate a good deal on our new used car and get a fair deal for our trade in. I wish the sales manager would have come out and introduced himself and worked with Alan and us to save some back and forth time. Ultimately, the process of buying a car is just not fun. It takes a long time, there's a lot of waiting, and heavy decisions to be made. But they make it as smooth and painless as possible. I've seen Hebert and Cody, both a handful of times--and they're awesome! While they could easily take advantage of a girl who doesn't know what she wants, I feel like they look out for me and genuinely try to get the best deal. Last time, one of the salespeople gave me advice that saved me probably $100/month on my car payment. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this will undoubtedly be the only stop I make. The service department treats my car like a baby. They always keep me informed, prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I've had particularly great service from Brandon. Like I said--getting your car serviced is not fun, but they keep the waiting area clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The waiting area is also quiet and reasonably comfortable. I honestly wouldn't even consider taking my car somewhere else unless it was an emergency.

Andrew assisted me once I pulled into the bay. He was friendly and professional. He had assistance from another team member since I opted to have both headlights replaced. My service from Penske is always great, but this time it was quick and efficient... so quick I didn't even have to get out of the car this time.
