When we first moved here, we went tried a couple of different Indian restaurants and India's Kitchen II was by far the best. The food, of course, is amazing. We enjoyed how they offer different spice levels. The chicken tikka madras is our favorite. The service is where this restaurant really shines! Our server, Nabina, is super nice and attentive. Good lunch buffet at a great price - $10! Pros: - The price! - Good selection of entrees, including tandoori chicken, curry chicken, saag, and tikka masala. - Our water glasses never emptied, and we were drinking a lot. Kudos to the lady who kept us refilled! - Dessert selection. No Gulab jamun but they did have rice pudding, mango custard, and my personal favorite - carrot halwa!! - The mushroom dish (I think it might have been korma?) was absolutely DIVINE. I would go again just for an entire plate of it. Cons: - Naan is not brought to the table but instead left at the buffet line, which means people can get greedy. It isn't refilled very quickly, either. - Not a lot of protein variation, so you're pretty much stuck with chicken. However, I do find this to be consistent with Indian buffets everywhere. - No paneer dishes, which was sad. However, maybe this is a trade-off for mushroom korma? In that case, I'll choose the mushrooms :) Overall, we left pleasantly (uncomfortably?) stuffed and enjoyed the flavors and the price. So here's the skinny on this restaurant. I live within a mile of here, so I frequent all of the area establishments... and we have a LOT very good restaurants in this area. Within walking distance of this location is Farro (right next door), with Los dos Potrillos and Big Bill's Pizza directly across the street. This leaves India's Kitchen II vying for attention amidst some pretty popular options. I really should move folks, as I'm already too fat! Having now eaten here several times, I can say that this is some of the better Indian dinner cuisine in the Denver area. Note that I said dinner! This review is about their dinners, but they do have a lunch buffet, about which you will see many reviews here. The lunch buffet is NOT, I repeat NOT! a representation of the menu offerings. I would hope that you would not expect much from any lunch buffet, but this one is superior over others. I can only hope that those who have never tried the dishes of India do not make their first experience a lunch buffet. Please don't do this! Try the real thing first, then you can come back to enjoy the buffet for what it is (I certainly do). With that out of the way, on to the actual review: Their dinners are spectacular, and loaded with the authentic flavors of the Indian subcontinent. The chicken tandoori is among my favorites, as is the vindaloo in all forms. The curry is just OK, but with so many other wonderful options on the menu, who cares? I love to order here, and can get something different to try every time. If plain naan is not to your liking, try the cheese nann. It is just lightly covered with paneer and is just fantastic. I just had it for the first time this weekend, and will order again and again. If you have an adventurous pallet and love flavor, please give this restaurant a try. They do get full for weekend dinners, but we've never waited for more than 5 minutes or so. The service is always great and they will explain the food choices to you, if needed. read more

We love India's Kitchen II! First of all, we really like the flavor of their Chicken Korma, among other dishes, such as the Chicken Tikka Masala. We appreciate that they have deals for their customers on Yelp and also that they have a kids menu. These things definitely make dining out with a toddler more reasonable.
