Employee leaving a company, rather on their terms or the company's, should not be brought to the attention of clients. Defaming a former employee is a terrible look for a company that claims to be "a sophisticated high-end barbershop." This is an action you would expect out of a small town gossip salon, not what Regimen claims they are. My experience with the owner has been sub standard. I have previously referred new clients to Regimen whom also received this email. Now my reputation of a barbershop recommendation has been tainted by the owner spreading gossip. In the email, Natalie said I should come back to experience the professionalism that defines the Regimen difference. If that professionalism is defaming former employees, then I do not want that experience nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Since you like to bring up client details in your replies, you can remember August 6th as the last day I will visit or recommend Regimen to anyone.

Christy cut my hair and while she was nice, I feel that the layers do not blend well together and it instead creates more of a triangle effect towards the bottom. I wanted to keep as much length as possible but the shortest layer is probably about 4-5 inches shorter than the longer pieces. When shampooed water was sprayed down my back, and wasn't dried off, it made my clothes soaked. My hair was only partially dried. Little effort for conversation or attention was paid to me during the appointment. Stylist didn't look while shampooing, and ended up shampooing my face and eyes. Overall my hair didn't turn out bad so far as I can tell because it was only partially styled. So I guess I will see how it turned out after I style it. It was just a bad experience for me. It seemed like the other guests had a great time though. The salon is in what used to be a house that now only functions as a salon. I will not be going back. I wrote this when I went but apparently forgot to post it. But I had such a horrible experience I feel it is necessary for me to post it now.
