Best Damn Gym Ever! I was a Little intimidated but then I got to know and see what the trainers actually do for an individual. Coach T and Endria coached my daughter and prepared her for her first competition and after attending the show I knew that I needed a change in my own body and most of all lifestyle! 10 1/2 weeks ago I started training with Endria one on one with check ins and meal plans as well as group classes Mon-Fri with Jose, Christian , John and every now and again we get a special guest appearance with Coach T and I am in awe with my transformation thus far. Went from 186lbs to 168lbs in 8weeks....I still have more to go but besides the weight seeing my muscle grow and body tone just amazes me and shows how hard these coaches go to make sure you push yourself more than you think you are capable of! BUYER Beware and not Military friendly.*** Brand new equipment, awesome trainers, great location, and great overall atmosphere - the only downfall is the management staff there and their contracts. As a member who was there for over two plus years their contracts are very shady and they like to up charge their customers. Its nearly impossible to cancel a membership there and they will continue to charge you as much as they can. I unfortunately paid upfront for a membership for a year in advance. This agreement was a promotion that they had to pay up front and have your enrollment fee waived, which I thought was a great deal! Unfortunately- I had to move somewhere further than 50 miles(Military), and needed to cancel. I also even showed proof of moving. The gym owner Gil decided be extremely rude and not want to refund me my allotted amount. I reached out to him several times and was provided with extremely immature responses and basically was told that he could do whatever he wants to do. Gil/ management was very unprofessional and extremely greedy with his customers. Definitely not cool. Buyer beware read more

Going here consistently has helped me enhance my physical and mental strength. Theron, Kaelyn, and Enrique are helpful and appear to be really good people. The gym's soundtrack includes a wide variety of hip-hop and metal music (not my favorite). If they strictly played west coast hip-hop, then that would be cool. It doesn't get too crowded often, but it depends on what time you go (I am going at 630 am). I switched over from EŌS to here and I don't regret it at all. I was originally referred to T for physical training, but T was too busy and referred me to his partner GILBERT RAMIREZ. I am generally an open and trusting person. This was the last straw for me too be trusting and to think that someone who is trying build a reputation as a "COACH," would have compassion in what he is doing. I had the intention of building mental and physical strength and possibly doing a wellness show. As i went through a few weeks of training with Mr. Ramirez, his weakness shows a lot in his social skills. Social skills gets divided into four groups: basic interaction, communication skills, conflict resolution, and team building skills. He lacked in all four. BIG TIME. As a coach, you offer help, disagree with the idea, NOT THE PERSON, explore point of views, respect opinions, energize your players, and encourage them. I not only decided that I didn't have a deep desire to do a show, I also started having personal matters that came up to where I couldn't move forward with training. When i told Mr. Ramirez that i couldn't move forward with training with him at this time, he got upset. Initially, i gave him a $1,000 deposit. Mr. Ramirez tried to stage a text message saying we started the online program and he can return 50%. I then call him and asked him to explain to me where in the contract does it state that. As soon I asked about the contract, he told me he would send my full deposit and i was no longer welcome to "his" gym. After that phone call, he blocked my number, refused to communicate, and withdrew information from me. After I had a sheriff serve him, he wrote a letter to the judge asking for our small claim to be dismissed because I didn't file the location of his work place correctly. THEN HERES TH BEST PART! HE DECIDES TO ZELL ME MY FULL DEPOSIT THE NIGHT BEFORE OUR COURT DATE. NO REAL, TRUE COACH HANDLES HIS BUSINESS LIKE THAT. IT'S NOT ONLY UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT IT SHOWS WHERE HIS INTEGRITY AND SECUIRTY STANDS WITHIN HIMSELF. If you want to set your standards high and avoid shady business, stay clear from that guy. And there is plenty of COACHES AND PHYSICAL TRAINERS around the valley and Las Vegas that can support my conclusion about this man. His reputation in the body building community isn't at a high level. And it's his people skills that holds him back from that. I pray that one day he will check his ego and attitude, and become a better coach and leader for his community. But by this experience, he has showed that he doesnt have what it takes be a true leader. read more

I started with a personal trainer Jose he really had the patience and knowledge training me. From diets to what I wanted to achieve. And now that I go alone and take what he taught me and every time I feel lost the team at DMF are always so friendly and educated.It's always so clean and they have a variety of equipment who doesn't like variety when it comes to fitness. This is an A+ weightlifting/body building gym. The owners clearly spared no expense and bought all brand new, state of the art equipment. They even have 2 sets of dumbbells at every increment up to 150lbs, never seen another gym with such an extensive set. read more
