When questioned by the warranty company, they stopped responding entirely. Another licensed HVAC company inspected the system and confirmed it only required an $80 repair -- not a full replacement. Owner Jim Caniglial has boundless arrogance and blames me, the customer, for both the inspection that never happened and the dehumidifier that never worked. The customer?? Do yourself a favor and go to the competition. Go to Fred's or Han's. Over time, the marketplace will catch up to company's like this that don't value customer relationships. Again, stay clear. The technician didn't mind my questions and explained what he was doing and why. Instead of constant upselling he simply pointed out wear areas and things to be looking for in the future. Yes, I ended up paying a bit more; but because of the personal service and attention I understood why. There was no blame, no demands to pay up, nothing negative about the situation at all.
