The leak caused over $20k worth of damage. We couldn't use our laundry room and half our family room for a couple months. Insurance stepped in, but we had deductible and other costs. Marco might be capable of doing some Cooling and Heating related to your AC unit, but I'm not sure he can be trusted. A stand-up guy wouldn't have responded (or not responded) in this way. Again, I'm happy to adjust my review if Marco decides to split our deductible with us or something. Or at least try to understand what he did wrong, admit to it, and offer some sort of restitution or suggestion.

So we get that fixed. Obviously nothing is still working properly BECAUSE THERE IS A BUNCH OF HOLES IN MY DUCT WORK. then they have to come back and finally get them to find ONE thing wrong. They said a duct was knocked out. So they send their stupid workers AND THEY JUST FRICKEN TAPED IT OFF INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT BACK ON/FIXING IT. still blowing 60 under my house. Owner doesn't believe what his workers did when we complained. We literally had to crawl under the house to find the shit job they did and send pictures of proof. All the while this is Taking place along a 3 week period, we've now had the confirmation from 3 different ac company's that the duct work is all wrong and this idiot company still doesn't believe that it needs to be changed. There was also a whole other bunch of stuff. Our hand were tied as it was the sellers of the houses responsibility to get it properly fixed.

This is unprofessional behavior to reject an assignment just bc they think it's too far. This is Phoenix valley people, driving 30 minutes anywhere is standard and 45 min- 1 hour is super common to get somewhere. So if you're looking for a reliable company, this probably isn't it if they're too good to take jobs for a home warranty company, then stop contracting with AHS. Otherwise, take the assignments you're given like a professional HVAC company. Unfortunately, our experience w/this HVAC vendor was not good. We made an appt for an estimate for…read morepossible replacement of our 2 units (or at least 1 of them). We were on the way home and they (Jesus Moron the owner and his son-in-law whom he said he was training on the job, which is fine) arrived a few minutes before us. By the time we walked into our backyard, we saw that they had their manifold gauges hooked up to one of our 2 units (to test the pressure) and had leaked out a bunch of freon out of it! Our units are older and still have the R-22 freon which runs about $250 a pound! I was shocked and livid b/c they were the 2nd of 3 vendors we made an appt w/to get an ESTIMATE only and that could be done just by looking and determining that our units are old (the labels on the units tell you how old they are) and the tonnage of the units (they're identical), and then when we got there, they could go inside and look at the evaporator coil and the set up so they can give us an estimate of how much it would cost for them to replace the whole system or parts of the system. They were THE ONLY vendor who hooked up gauges to our units to give AN ESTIMATE, when we did not authorize that. We did not ask them to do a check-up/tune-up ($68 is what they charge base on their website), so I had to ask them to stop immediately. When I told them please do not leak out the freon(!) Mr. Moron kind of got upset, and said "Oh, so you're telling me what to do that I've been doing for 20 years?" And so I had to tell him that's what one of my past tune-up vendors told me is best based on my system since it's functioning well and is still using R-22, and so I read to him VERBATIM what that HVAC vendor had told me and Mr. Moron did not have anything to say after that and left w/his assistant (son-in-law) kind of in a huff. I even sent him a follow-up text w/my email for an estimate and he didn't respond, so I guess we will not be using him for any services/doing any replacement.

They confirmed that I wasn't imagining things I really did have an electrical issue. Maintenance had also noticed the problem, and these electricians were able to identify it and fix it. A huge thank you to the two electricians who came out. I was a little hesitant about having two men come into my home while I was there alone, but they were professional, respectful, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable from the moment they arrived. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and the quality of their work. I highly recommend this service, and especially these two electricians. Unfortunately can't recommend this company. They performed electrical services as part of a large…read moreremodel project. The first issue has to do with their quote, which according to the project's Project Manager was very vague. We asked several times for clarification and although they said they would get back to us, they never did. I did the walk through with them and walked went over everything in depth. As the project progressed and we had change orders, suspiciously everything that was cut out was somehow not in the estimate but anything new was added expense. The second issue is that they did not do the work according to code. For example, I have an island that was suppose to have an outlet at the end according to code. They put the cord too far out and with not enough length so that the cabinet guys could not extend the cord to the end. I would have had to pay the contractor more money to come back out so we left it at the wall since the electricians would have delayed it another 2-3 days. They also put the outlet plates up before the living room was painted even though they knew there was going to be paint (they didn't put the sconces up in the same room because they knew it was to be painted) and then they complained when they had to put them up again. They continuously got lighting placement, dimmers and other specs wrong. The breaking point related to buffet lights in living room cabinet. The original order was to use recessed lighting (which they provided). They recommended we switch to rope lights but refused to provide. I provided them but they never worked once they were installed. We showed their worker (two witnesses besides myself) and he said that they would get new lights, and reinstall the next morning at 7AM. They never came back. The lights were installed incorrectly and ruined part of the paint on the cabinet, so it will cost me another $1400 to fix that. When I tried to work with them, they talked over me, were rude and refused to take responsibility. I had 8 different contractors/subcontractors work on this job, all of them worked out great except for this one. I don't think they ever took the job seriously. It would take them 2 or 3 days to respond or show up and they refused to work more than a couple hours at a time because they had other jobs. They greatly slowed the job down. We were always waiting on the electricians. I'd pass on them for a remodel job. I wish I had.
