Charles has been phenomenal in helping us decide if a house we are considering buying is safe for our health issues (and, if not, what we can do to make it safe. the tests aren't all back yet!). Tho he had to travel quite a way, his inspection was meticulous and beyond thorough. He spent nearly 8 hours going into every nook and cranny. He knows where to look, how to ensure the home is safe including the furnace and HVAC system. He was also very careful with making sure we would not overspend on unnecessary tests which we appreciate (altho we went for some more expensive ones at the get go anyway). And then after that full day, he hustled to make fedex to ensure the tests would be evaluated in a safe and expeditious timeline and THEN dropped off the cultures to the lab in person.
