I had a stock Tundra and took it over to Industrial Motoring.. Contacted Gregg, he took care of me and him and his TEAM did an awesome job. I have taking other trucks to him and he always has ideas for the trucks. Thanks again and very happy with my truck.

    No sagging anymore

I recently purchased a RV toy hauler trailer to pull with my 2019 half-ton Ram Rebel. As soon as I took the rv off the lot, I noticed my rear sagging and my steering being affected. I called a few shops to see if they could install an airbag system, but since I have a 6 inch BDS lift on my truck they wouldn't entertain it. Finally I got referred to Industrial Motoring and from the start Ryan was up front and honest with me. Since I had such a tall lift, a custom kit would have to be manufactured for me. Ryan explained everything that would be done in detail to allow me to fully understand the reasoning for the custom built. The kit was built and installed just in a few days and my truck was ready for the hauling. Now I have no sag and the ride is completely smoother and safer. Overall, I am extremely happy with the customer service Ryan and his team provided me with, and the attention to detail on the install was outstanding. They also take care of Military and first responders, as they provided me with a well appreciated discount Would definitely be recommending Industrial Motoring to family and friends!

I was in a need to get few additions to my Mercedes Benz and was referred by the dealership to Greg the owner. From my first text with him I knew his the guy I'm going to use very friendly, efficient and amazing customer service!!!! This shop did a banging job on my 4Runner! I purchased a full suspension system for my Toyota 4Runner independent from the shop: Toytec front coil-overs, rear shocks, and rear coils as well as Icon UCAs. I honestly don't have the patience/time to install the lift myself. So I wanted a skilled professional shop to install my suspension. I asked around for quotes and Greg from Industrial Motoring provided me the most fair price. I must have asked at least 10 shops in the LA area. Greg was the most responsive and easiest to talk to. Every time I called/emailed he responded in a timely manner. He also made the job seem like a walk in the park. He made me comfortable and confident with the work being done. I really appreciate all this as a customer. The turnaround time for the installation was also faster than I expected. I was expecting a couple days, but he got it done in a day: installation/alignment. Honestly exceptional customer and professional service! I would take my truck to Industrial Motoring for a lift again if I had another one

This was my second time lifting a truck with Industrial Motoring (had a great experience first time). Armin and the rest of the team were fantastic, kept me in the loop each step of the way. They also went a step above and installed one item I didn't have the tools to complete. Fantastic experience, love how my GMC Denali turned out!

Looking for some enhancements on my Chevy 2500HD Z71, and was thankfully guided in Greg's direction for a leveling kit, new tires, powered steps and a bed cover. Very helpful in finding just what I was looking for and very good on the pricing. Couldn't be happier with my results!

I wanted to thank the team over at Industrial Motoring for outfitting my truck. The whole team knows how to work with you from start to finish. Exceptional customer service and I look forward to working with them again very soon .

I will first say this is the last thing I wanted to do. Greg was great to work with in the beginning of my truck build that started in December of 2020. I placed a deposit for a 30+k build on my truck. I know about shipping delays and all that and the truck finally was able to be worked on in July of 2021 minus some key components. I paid to have Willwood big brakes on the front and back but those didn't make it in time. We still did all the other work and all is well. Now July 2022 I still don't have my brakes or money back so I can just order them myself. I have tried countless times to reach out and either get different stories or just ignored. Below are just a couple months worth of photos of my email exchanges with Greg. I can post way more as well. I guess if your going to do business with them I'd wait to pay until you know they have all the parts. Just give me my money back like promised or send me the brakes I paid for

Brian is the MAN! I was looking to lift my 2017 GMC 2500HD and found Industrial Motoring as a distributor for one of the kits I was looking at. Initially I was just looking to purchase the suspension from them, take it home and install myself. After speaking with Brian a few times, I decided to let them install the BDS Coilver kit AND ended up buying the wheels/tires from him also. He clearly knows his stuff and was super helpful every time I spoke with him. There was even an issue that came up during the install causing them to need the truck overnight. The truck was suppose to be finished same day, so I didn't have a ride planned out to get home from work. He offered to pay for my Lyft ride home and back to work the next day. That's some great customer service right there. Although I was bummed not to have my truck back that day, I was blown away with how he handled the situation and grateful I took it to Industrial Motoring and not some other shop. Got the truck back and it looks great! The guys in the shop really know their stuff and take great care of your truck. This was my first time visiting them, and I will definitely be back in the future.

I wanted to powder coat my wheels from aluminum silver to shiny black but it was difficult to find a shop that would pull the wheels, bust off the tires, powder coat, re-mount and balance the tires. Industrial Motoring did it all. Greg the owner was so nice, efficient, got me in within a day or two after our first contact and the car was done when he promised at a reasonable price. They even cleaned up some burrs and scrapes I had on the wheels. The wheels look awesome! After the wheels were done, I went and had the car wrapped in Matte deep black and the contrast of the shiny wheels is just what I wished for. Thank you Greg and crew! Your work and professionalism is superb!

I originally planned on shopping around and checking out other shops, but after my first chat with them, I didn't need to call anyone else. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

Project Import is one of those rare shops. What separates them isn't just the quality of the work, it's the level of thought that goes into every decision. They don't just ask what problem you're trying to solve today; they ask where you want the car to be years from now and build accordingly. Every recommendation is made with the long-term goal in mind. I've brought them some complicated issues on my 1JZ-swapped E30, and at every step they've been realistic, honest, and incredibly meticulous. If something needs attention, they'll tell you. If something doesn't need to be replaced, they'll tell you that too. No upselling, no shortcuts, no guessing. Just real diagnostics and real solutions. What I appreciate most is that they refuse to take the easy route if it's not the right route. A lot of shops will get a car out the door as quickly as possible. Project Import takes the time to do things properly the first time. In the long run, that actually makes their work a bargain because you're not paying another shop to redo it six months later. Their fabrication, attention to detail, and workmanship are top-notch, but honestly the biggest value is the trust. When they tell me something, I believe it. When they recommend a path forward, I know it's because it's the best solution for the car, not because it's the most profitable solution for them. At this point, I won't take my cars anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop that's honest, highly skilled, forward-thinking, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, Project Import has earned my highest recommendation.
