The piercings are healing perfectly and my daughter has not complained about them bothering her. They charge a little more for kids than is listed on their website. I went to get my FIRST tattoo yesterday. It was a small tattoo consisting of a semi colon and a cross. Look up the meaning of the semi colon. Matt was my tattoo artist and he was fabulous. He talked me through every step. He also explained the artistry of a tattoo and wearing it as piece of art on your body. He printed out three sizes for me to choose. Got pierced here and it was a mess. When I first walked in, it REEKED of weed. Everyone working was incredibly reckless and a worrying amount was said that implied the people working were not sober. Then, the person handling the needle was really reckless with it and super rough when it went in my ear. I was given earrings with butterfly backs, and when my ears swelled up, it embedded on my ear. Had to go to another placed to have the jewelry changed 4 days after I got the piercing. At the other place I was told the jewelry was incredibly sharp for no apparent reason, and that the backs caused my ears to swell a lot. He proceeded to make a joke about how it didnt bleed when we changed the jewelry and I told him it did when I was pierced. He then told me its not supposed to bleed, and that I was pierced with a larger needle than necessary in order to make it easier for the piercer to put the crappy jewelry in. read more

My experience with this shop beginning to end was horrendous. I went with my sister to get our belly buttons pierced. We went in the evening and were advised their "normal" piercer was not in but they had another piercer that could do our piercings. Joe Garcia was the one that performed our piercings. He was extremely rushed and somewhat rude. He had my sister sign a consent but when I asked to sign one he said "it's fine". RED FLAG - wish I had not overlooked it in the moment. The procedure itself was fine. Pain was tolerable. We were not given post-procedure care instructions. Two months later and I have had to remove my piercing and so has my sister. We both had to look up how to care for our piercings, and we also asked friends who have had theirs done. We cleaned and cared for it as recommended. I began experiencing intermittent issues pretty much right away. Spoke with a friends girlfriend who is a piercer, who advised I needed to remove the piercing right away. Apparently, the type of piercing did not fit my naval anatomy and I needed a "floating" piercing (without the bottom gem). Given Joe used the incorrect jewelry, it was being rejected and I will most likely experience scarring. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere, read more

It's more difficult than one might think to get into a tattoo shop on a Sunday. Many don't take appointments, many are closed. My niece wanted her first tattoo and I felt so honored to be a part of it! We went to another shop that gave us the run around a bit, and quickly found this on yelp. This was my 7th tattoo. I get them randomly, I get them without a whole lot of thought. However, considering I had the added pressure of taking my niece for her first (and first in her pretty conservative family), I felt added pressure to have it be a good experience. Very unprofessional shop. I called at approximately 4 p.m. to ask about getting a piercing done and they said that the peircer there leaves at 8, I said I could be there at 8:05 and surely enough I was there at 8:03. The "Artist" said he has stuff to do so he was leaving after the shop 4 hours early told me they would do it no problem. On this alone would never recommend anyone to this shop because of how unprofessional and the lie they told. read more

We walked in hoping for a few small tattoos. The artists were incredibly rude saying we were being f***ing confusing and that we made no sense. We all have multiple tattoos and know what we are talking about. They were incredibly rude to the females in it group. We ended up walking out because no one deserves to be belittled when trying to get a tattoo. read more

Well. We physically have the tattoos we wanted and the price was right. But that's it. It says walk ins welcome - definitely not the case. We walked in. There was one person working on someone. Two others doing nothing. They said they had to call someone in. Would be 15 min. 10 min later they told a different group of walk ins the guy would be here in 20 min... okay....? So after 50 min of waiting my sister asks if the guy is still coming "yep he will be right here". After he arrived we were told "you're lucky he came in on his day off" ... we asked if we had paperwork to fill out .. pointed it out to the guy where it was and filled it out.. not sure if it was even looked at beforehand.. we had to listen to them drop f bombs every other word.. one worker asked another "do you want anything from the store or you just going to fuck" talking about another worker... made fun of us for having "smelly feet" .. pretended to squirt my sisters butt with the cleaner to "make it look like she peed her pants" ... pretended to drop half of the chair on my sister because that would be funny .. lots of "dick" "fuck" "tits" I've gotten tattoos other places. I don't mind some rough language. Some heavy metal. I don't mind friendly banter ... But always professional. I felt made fun of. Disrespected. No instruction before, no instruction afterwards. Let me start by saying I love the piercer Maverick shout out he's awesome does an amazing job great quality piercings the shop owner yeah he's okay he needs to learn how to interact with his customers without degrading them in front of their family and their tattoo artist that I don't remember his name he has his caleres colored he's very rude I brought in my service animal with me my daughter who just turned 18 and my wife to all get family piercings weve gone there over a dozon times my wife got her piercing and the tattoo artist whatever his name is came in and the first thing he said was that dog can't be here without even seeing if she was a working dog or anyting he put his coat down and then he came up to us and told me that dog needs to leave these are his words exactly you are not allowed to have a dog this is considered a medical facility I told him that she was a seizure awareness dog he then proceeded to tell me he didn't care what she was that dogs are not allowed in the shop and I need to take her out at this point I told him your boss has seen seen the dog and said he doesn't care I know your boss wouldn't kick out my animal witch i honestly thought was the truth then he proceeded to get very upset with me cussing I don't remember exactly what he said came up take a picture of my dog and told me that he's contacting the shop owner because he wants the dog out of there at that point my wife was getting finished piercing got her nose pierced Maverick did an awesome job love you Maverick and at that point the shop owner came in he came the first thing he did was walk up to me look back it is tattoo artist and say is this the dog at which point I got upset so yes I was yelling I was cussing I was not being that tactful I admit that so I admit my wrong in this I was not very nice but I've never been treated like that ever when it came to my service animal I tried talking to the owner every time I tried he just kept talking over me and yelling at which point I rolled my eyes at him yes I rolled my eyes I admit it and he yelled at me and told me if you're going to roll your eyes to me get the f*** out of my shop and in which this timeframe happened the tattoo artist came up to me several times inches from my nose trying to egg on a fight trying to get me to swing on him I told him I'm not that dumb I'm not going to fight him he proceeded to call me a retard several several times while trying to provoke me to hit him an excuse that he wanted to fight me so at one point he got all in my face while I was talking he said fine I'm just going to stand here at that point I told him you not intimidating me so I stepped closer to in my nose touched his cheek and at that point he looked at everybody and said you see that he touched me and I told him to go ahead and swing on me that I would not hit him back I was there with my daughter I told him they should be ashamed of acting this way in front of a child she was 18 so yeah I know technically she's not a child but by the time we left she was sobbing her birthday was ruined and on top of all of that she suffers from severe depression and anxiety and for me to get her to go anywhere with me cuz I'm her step-dad is next to Impossible and the one time I get her to go out with me this happens and not only is she mad at them but now she won't talk to me because I fought with him so this day could not get any more ruined at all I really hope that the shop owner does read this and I am for you to go read title three of The Americans with Disability Act which makes it illegal for any person to ask a service animal to leave whether it be a privately owned business or anything if you produce goods or services you are bound to this law please take the time and read it read more

Let me start by saying the most of tattoo artists at this shop are pretty awesome. LC and Matt are extremely professional and they do some killer pieces. So you think why the 2 star review? Well it's because the owner is the complete opposite. Dude is part of the reason tattoo shops have such a bad name. Jeremy was extremely rude and unprofessional from the jump. My girlfriend wanted us to get tattoos on my birthday so I agreed. We found Industry Ink who did walk in appointments. We show up to the shop and my girlfriend starts to show him what she wants and he starts making remarks about it. I ask him "hey do you take venmo?" Simple question right? Well his response was "no I'm not in fucking middle school." I kinda laugh it off as a joke. He shows me my design and I think it looks good but I have a couple questions like the shading so I ask him and he gives me a dirty look and responds with a snarky attitude. I sit down and get my tattoo and I tell him I wanted it on my chest and he says "I thought you wanted it on your arm." I say "no I said my chest." He responds "oh gonna have to charge you extra then." I think he's joking because at first he was charging the shop minimum for my tattoo but he bumped the price up $20 at the end. Yeah... but back to the tattoo he finishes it and it looks decent. Not the best but definitely not a POS tattoo. Then my girlfriend is up next. Her tattoo was bigger but the dude got it done in about 15 minutes. At first it looked fine but now I feel terrible because it looks absolutely horrific. There is not one redeeming quality in the tattoo there is not one straight line. He then had the audacity to look at my sleeve my regular artist was working on and try to tell me that he could take it over at a cheaper price. I told my artist about this at the next appointment and he told me that was the most desperate move he's ever heard in his life. Jeremy you have a great shop with a lot of talented artists and piercers. My advice? You should let them do their thing and you should sit back more because you should not be tattooing. This was about a year ago and we now have to get her tattoo fixed. read more

At first meeting the people at Industry Ink were not friendly and a bit gruff. As we talked the tattoo artist calmed down and asked about our tattoos. I had my tattoo drawn out and Jeremy copied the design exactly for me my sister. He was extremely clean and kept all the work area clean. The tattoo process went quickly. My boyfriend and I were walk-ins after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. They took our ideas and pictures and totally lived up to our dreams. Jeremy did an awesome tribal eagle on my boyfriend's shoulder and TJ did a beautiful cancer ribbon feather on my upper arm. Kevin was not only patient and kind, but he kept me laughing and my mind off the work he was doing and not once did he make me feel bad for needing to take breaks, even though my tattoo was small. After reading reviews about Jeremy and how great this place was, my friend and I decided to come here to get our piercings. After waiting for 2 hours for Jeremy to show up (even after setting an appointment) we were given the paperwork. When we handed it back, he didn't check our IDs and he didn't even look to see if we signed. After we had gotten our piercings, he simply said "don't touch them, and spray them with bactine." While paying, he told us the amount we owed, which was a completely different number from the prices online. When I asked if I could pay with a card, he told me he left his cube at home, so if I needed to go to an ATM he would wait. I just paid him with the cash I had. I guess his price was fairly cheap but I would be more than willing to pay double anyplace else. read more
