I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason they even deserve 1 star is because…read morethey eventually fixed their mistakes (I guess third time's the charm). We have dozens of pictures of the poor work they did installing our countertops. Not only was it poorly done, it was also not completed in a timely and professional manner...it took an additional unexpected 4 weeks to install them. The first installation appointment, our main countertop piece broke during install. It was several days before we even got ahold of them to figure out what the next steps were (meaning we went without countertops/sinks-therfore running water downstairs for an entire month). They would leave our house before ever addressing the poor and unfinished work and then were extremely hard to get ahold of (seriously, no one answers their phone there). My husband spoke to several members of the company and did a lot of back and forth with Home Depot as well. Each time we did eventually speak with them, it would be a week or two before they ever attempted to repair or finish their work. Extremely disappointed that Home Depot sub-contracts such a terrible company. We would've much rather paid a higher price to begin with for a better quality and experience. I'm angry that we had to learn the hard way.

They are completely unreliable. They are completely untrustworthy. OUR KITCHEN SINK FELL OUT…read morebecause it was not installed properly. We made an appointment to have it repaired. That took three phone calls. Ridiculous. One phone call to discuss the problem, another that was NEVER RETURNED to make an appointment and a third to actually make an appointment. Only to find out that our appointment was made without our knowledge. The third call to them was when WE found out that THEY made the appointment and never informed us. So, they said our appointment was at 1:30 pm. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. We are beyond disgusted by their unscrupulous and deplorable behavior. We are even more disgusted by their dismissive conduct and inferior products. AVOID THEM.

I had the best experience on Thursday of this week. I needed a new pressure switch for my well…read morepump. There was a competitor supply store right around the corner from my house, but they were quoting twice the cost of the switch ($14.25 at central supply). So I drove 30 min to the east side (I live on the west side of Indy) because they had been friendly on the phone and it was half price compared to the other store near me. Once I arrived, I quickly found the parts counter and was somewhat unprepared to order as I was unsure what I needed. I had snapped several photos of my pressure switch/tank to help me. That's when one of the regular plumbers (who was ordering parts also) looked at my pics and totally helped me order all that I needed to do the job. While we waited for our orders to get picked from the warehouse, I continued to learn more about pressure switches from the nice plumber who had ordered my parts for me. The staff and patrons were friendly, and very helpful. I was able to also purchase the wires I needed as well as a new pressure gauge because they have both plumbing and electrical supplies. Total bill : $27.38. Competition : $32.50 for just the pressure switch. I will definitely come back for my next plumbing/electrical needs. Thanks, everyone, for your help - it was a success made easy because of you.
