Don't waste your time because all you'll get is half ass work and might have your car returned to you with broken parts or missing pieces. I run a car club in the local Murrieta/Temecula area with two of my best friends and we were sponsored by these guys for roughly 7-8 months. It first started out as a good business. Used to be able to make an appointment and roll into their shop to get what I needed done. Rami then made it clear to us when he made the decision that he was doing everything mobile now. Meaning he and whoever his installer was would come to your house or wherever. I recently purchased some halo ring lights for my 2012 Scion tC that go around the bulb housing. I made an appointment and Rami had me drive all the way to fucking Romoland to drop my car off to have the work done at his installers house. Keep in mind it was a 20 mile drive from my house one way. I had to leave my car there for three days and was pretty uncomfortable about leaving my car at a house and a person (the installer) who I've never met before. I got the confirmation that my car Was done three days later. When I went to pick my car up I looked at my halos all excited to see the final product. But it ended in superior disappointment. Rami the fucking idiot told his installer to have my halos put behind the bulb housing so you can't even see the halo rings. You could only see parts of them as I will provide pictures and video of how they turned out and the poor craftsmanship that they did for three fucking days. In the whole job they also broke all my plastic screws that hold a plastic cover in my engine bay. They also broke a clip that holds my bumper up in one part and my bumper is partially hanging a bit. It gets worse from here. I contacted Rami explaining that I was very dissatisfied with the job and I needed to get them fixed. I made an appointment a week later to have them fixed. Rami then texted me the day before I was supposed to have my halos fixed and bailed on me saying that his installer couldn't do it. Then two weeks go by and after messaging him repeatedly not hearing anything from him, my friend who's the founder of our club got into contact with him by phone call And when my friend and Rami were talking, Rami had the audacity to be all pissy and mad at the fact I was repeatedly texting him in an annoyed state of mind asking when I can get my halos fixed as any normal customer would be after receiving a horrible job done to your car. Rami sounded like he was just being a little bitch and insecure. Rami then finally contacted me on Saturday 1/25 saying he could fix them on Sunday 1/26 at 11:00am. Mind you I had to drive to the same fucking place in Romoland 20 miles from my house to drop my car off. I got there at 10:50 to meet up with Rami and his installer to have my halos fixed. Not hearing anything all day after dropping my car off I sent him a text to ask how the progress is going with my car. I then received a text message from Rami saying "oh my installer James had something come up and couldn't get to your car we are sorry for the inconvenience" I was so fucking pissed off at the fact I had to waste my time and my gas and be told empty promises of getting my halos fixed after waiting THREE FUCKING WEEKS!!!! So I warn you ladies and gentlemen, don't waste your time on this fucking asshole of an owner. He is a sorry excuse for an owner that has no customer service or respect for any of his people he does jobs for. I will be attaching the messages I received from him and photos and videos of the poor half ass work done to my car. It stops with me and I don't want any of you out there to be screwed over by this piece of shit.

BUT less than 2 weeks later, our brakes were metal-on-metal. Completely shot and very unsafe to drive. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at Overland even though it was during he work day. I called multiple times and got no answer. Got there as soon as I could after work and they were closed! It wasn't even 6:00 yet! I had to go to a different auto shop nearby and found out that Overland had left air in the brake hose when flushing the system and that caused the brakes to go out super fast! Unbelievable! Parts department rep on the phone advised he could not tell me the size of the rotors because all they can see is the part numbers. I figured, ok that's fine, but when I asked if I could provide him the VIN and he give me the part number so I could find it on my own, he refused to give me the part number. Rep was not helpful and was rude on the phone. I ended up calling a different Infiniti dealership in San Jose and they also advised they couldn't give me the measurements but requested the last 8 of my VIN and then ended up providing me the part numbers. Will not be using this dealer moving forward.
