After informing Farmers Insurance that I planned on using them for the repairs, Basil immediately reached out to me and asked if I could send him photos of the damage so he could order the parts ahead of time - eliminating unnecessary wait time. The morning I dropped my car off, Basil had one of his employees (Jesus) drop me off at Enterprise, which was really helpful. Throughout the entire repair process, Basil was communicative, caring, and professional. When my vehicle was finished being repaired, Basil arranged to have it delivered to me, saving me a trip down to Escondido to pick it up. I couldn't have picked a better repair shop.

The car was done on time and for the estimated price. Upon picking up the car it looked great outside and inside. Car had been washed, tire black put on, vacuumed and wiped down on the inside.
