I was aggressively questioned as why didn't show the coupon right in the beginning. He then told me I would have to reschedule since it has to be a physical copy of the coupon. I had to point out the coupon says "printed or mobile". There must have been some misunderstanding because who shows a coupon before paying??? Despite the unpleasant questioning, the service was fast. If you are also coming here for a $38.20 smog check, make sure to present the coupon like your life depends on it.

We have trusted this shop with our vehicles for years, even before it became Penske Collision, and we have always had confidence in the workmanship. The repair itself was good. Our biggest disappointment was the communication and the extremely lengthy turnaround time. We are still somewhat confused as to why such a seemingly minor collision required more than a month to complete. If you bring your vehicle here, know that the workmanship is excellent, but be prepared to potentially be without your vehicle for weeks... or even longer... with an uncertain completion date.
