I should've asked how spicy it was! I also ordered the Braised Tofu (Dubu Jorim) with sauteed zucchini. The tofu had a nice flavor but did not seem "pan-fried." It barely seemed cooked at all. The zucchini had a nice flavor and it was a decent size portion. The prices were reasonable and they have a private parking lot, which is always nice. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would be open to trying other menu items on another visit.

The consommé was a little under seasoned; it could use a little salt. The house provided hot sauces (red and green) were wonderful. It was not as inexpensive as we thought it would be given the low rent location, but it was a reasonable value for the price charged. Recommended if you need a Birria fix in the Dalton, GA area.
