I had a black pebble finish done over a year ago in my pool. Several areas were blotchy or discolored and the pebbles are either not there or hidden in the plaster. I've called a few times and twice someone has come to my home. The first time the guy told me to add several gallons of acid and brush the pool but this did nothing. Before I said a word, the next guy took one look and said the acid wash was not done properly and the pool would have to be drained to fix it. He left and I heard nothing further. It's disappointing that I purchased this high end finish that I love but it only looks good in certain areas of my pool. Of course these photos don't do it justice but you get the idea. Avoid this outfit like the black plaque that my pool surface looks like. We purchased our newly constructed home in February of 2021. In early June, we noticed the appearance of black staining overtaking the surface of the pool. We addressed the matter with our home builder. Between Infinite and the home builder, arguments had started with both entities wanting to put the blame on the person we were using for our pool chemicals (the same person that our home builder was using for all of their new builds). After a lot of aggravation and determination to get this situation rectified, Infinite sent someone out who determined the problem being a "hydration" issue. He said a fix would be draining the entire pool, letting it dry and they'd address any remaining black spotting with a blow torch. This process began on June 29, 2021. After a few weeks, the process was completed. The pool wasn't 100% in appearance, but it did appear to help. In late October, the staining came back with a vengeance. I, again, started dialogue with my builder. Again, the arguments flourished as to whom was to blame. Infinite took a strong defensive attitude and said they would NOT pay for any treatments whatsoever. My builder then agreed to pay them to perform an aggressive acid treatment on the pool. In late December, a worker came out and dumped a huge amount of acid in the pool. Over the course of four to five days, he came out to scrub the surface of the pool. He claimed from the start that Infinite denied that they never were at fault for the staining problems even though he was there performing this treatment and was employed by Infinite. Again, as with the first treatment, the staining appeared to have lifted for the most part. And again, the staining has come back EVEN WORSE. Save yourself the aggravation. Do not EVEN consider using Infinite. read more

Dear Rolan, It is difficult to find a company that stands behind its workmanship and customer satisfaction the way yours does. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and finish of our pool. Your workers are polite, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get our pool refinished quickly. After our first refinish didn't set properly, we were disheartened. We recently moved to the area and have dealt with several less than stellar contractors. That was not the case with infinite pool finish. You personally made sure everything was perfected. Infinite Pool Finishes treated us very unprofessionally and does not stand behind their work. They were untruthful in every commitment they made. They said it would take 4 weeks to complete the work and it turned into 6 months. We have had a unsatisfactory experience that included many workmanship issues with the installation. The water features they installed are still not working properly even after a year. We are forced to take legal action against them as they will not even return our calls and that includes Rolan, the owner. Beware, as soon as you sign the contract they stop treating you as a customer and more like a nuisance. If Yelp allowed me to I would have given them zero stars. My advice is to stay away from this company altogether or be ready for an awful experience. read more

We redesigned our outdoor, pool, tiles, pavers, pergola and screen. Infinite Pool finishes did the pool finish which turned out to be nice and worked mainly with contractors. Project Management was poor. Overpromising, not reliable and full of excuses. Design of equipment was not well thought through as our new sheer descent only works when solar system is off. Also the refill function of the pool doesn't work. It's all about what is written in the contract and collecting checks. Be careful what you sign up for. read more

A real difficult situation. First get a lawyer before you sign any contract with them, otherwise you will be tricked into agreeing to having to pay for your pool before they have even completed the work. Next, our job was just a remodel and we were told it would take only 3 months....wrong...it took 8. Why? Because 90% of the time only one person showed up to work.....well, when they decided to show up. The quality also left a little to be desired. My job with them cost $45,000, but I had to hire another good company and pay an additional $5000 to fix all the things they screwed up. You think they would have taken better care of me especially since I got them another job and I had other friends I was going to refer to them. I guess in the end, they just didn't give a damn because they are too busy to care. Beware, and go somewhere else. read more

I cannot emphasize how awful this company was to work with. At two different points in the project I wanted to fire them, now that I need something under my warranty I wish I would have fired them. It was a simple remodel (added a water feature) and a resurface. A 3-4 week project turned into 3+ months. I never received communication of project delays etc. They designed and installed a water feature that was too small for my pool pump so I was forced into buying a new pool pump. When they re-tiled my pool, they did not treat the concrete correctly so I have a calcium deposit running along a grout line. There is nothing that can be done about it and I will be forced to scrub it down for the life of the pool. I had to pay my concrete company extra to finish the feature because infinite pool finishes said they are not responsible for finishing the top portion of the feature? Good luck trying to get them to call you back. Project management is terrible... overpromising, awful communication, and very unreliable. They have told me every excuse in the book. Chris, the project manager has no business is management nor customer service. Rolan, the owner responds with continual excuses and no action. If my customers are unhappy then my company should be doing anything and everything to change that.
