So, my thoughts about Infinitus Pie may have improved after recently giving up all dairy AND discovering they carried a vegan cheese. After not having any pizza for a month, their feauxmage (French for fake cheese) had satiated my craving. I ordered the Trainwreck and it was reminiscent of a hugely elevated Jack's frozen supreme pizza - exactly what I was craving at the time. As always, their staff was super helpful and the pizza was prepared with the perfect amount of toppings in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Pro Tip: These are 8" pies only!! Food: Wonderful Service: Fabulous Ambiance: It's a diner type place I would order one pie per person and the pizzas are so yummy you won't regret it!! My friend and I decided to give this place a try last night after I learned that they have vegan options; they SO did not disappoint!! The options for us vegans are incredible for a pizza place; vegan pizza of course with amazing vegan mozzarella and even impossible burger for a topping, vegan appetizers, and even vegan desserts!! I was blown away by the selection! The vegan bomb sauce is top notch also, highly recommend as a dip for your garlic knotties or on your pizza. The staff are all incredibly friendly too, they made it an awesome visit. I'll be coming back regularly! read more

Love their pizza and knots! They have a really good variety of vegan toppings, including vegan "meat" toppings so I don't have to always order the same thing every time. Their Harper dessert pie is great too. I like that they give back to the community also with their monthly iPie Gives Day, giving 31.4% of their proceeds to Broomfield organizations. read more

After a long day of driving, our family settled into our hotel and wanted something beyond fast food - enter Infinitus Pie! We purchased four single topping 8 inch pies a small side salad and garlic cheese bread. Even after a 15 minute trek back to our hotel after pickup, the pizzas were hot, fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend this just-right portion size of food to satisfy your pizza craving! read more

Another wonderful experience with a local pizza delivery place. Again, order from the restaurant not from an app! The person who took my order was not sure if they covered my house for delivery but checked with the manager and they made an exception (we are only .2 miles outside the radius, so thanks Infinitus!) Our pizzas were so good, the small personal size is just right for a dinner. The crust is crunchy and firm, no soggy pies here. Fast delivery in less than 30 minutes in our experience. I loved it and will be ordering here from now on! read more

Wow! Great hole in the wall pie place. He owner Pete sat next to us and loved on us for our first visit. The pizza was wonderful crust amazing! Service fast and friendly. We will return for more. Nice little pizza place, very clean and laid out nicely. The young man at the counter was very polite and helpful. I ordered the Trainwreck and a large order of hot wings. My pizza was very good ample sauce and tasty toppings. The wings were okay, they were big and juicy but the sauce wasn't too good. But I came here for the pizza and I wasn't disappointed and with 3 of us we could all get what we want on our pizza. read more

Talk about a slice of heaven! This place is a mouth watering sensation. The food was exceptional and unlimited toppings for a mere $8 is a steal!! Really delicious!! We wanted a quick bite and this place will satisfy almost any cravings. They only serve personal size pizzas which worked out perfect for our needs and the amount of food is well worth the price. Lots of toppings on every slice and the flavors are exactly what you would want on a pizza. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and open on the inside. We went to Infinitus Pie tonight, mainly based on the fact that it had vegan options for our son. We got three large pizzas and one additional vegan pizza. The food was four stars. Not my very favorite pizza, but decent for the fast, build-your-own concept. The service was 2 stars. We tipped 20% ($20 on a $100 bill) and then realized we didn't get the vegan chicken on our vegan pizza. That was the WHOLE reason we selected Infinitus Pie, and they make a big deal on their website about how any pizza can be upgraded to vegan. So we were disappointed. We asked THREE workers about getting some vegan chicken for the pizza and they all either said they didn't know if they had any or they ignored us. We waited 10 mins to get someone to check for a side of vegan chicken and then finally left because we were completely blown off. Averaging the scores, we give it 3 stars. I think there are better places out there, but if you want some average pizza quickly with very little service included, then check this place out. read more

It seems as though these Chipotle-style restaurants are getting popular these days! Fun! It makes life a bit more interesting. My sister got a garlic white pizza with spinach, broccoli, and jalapeños. I couldn't taste much of the garlic, but the pizza was pretty decent overall, but I felt as though it lacked just a bit of sauce. (It could be her combination, too. So bare for "unlimited toppings"!) My other half got garlic white on a regular crust with countless toppings. He just threw everything on there. The pizza was 50 lbs. I didn't try that one, but he said he got way too many toppings to be able to appreciate all the flavors. We all split a dessert pizza with cream cheese and other sweet stuff. I wasn't really a fan because I don't like cream cheese, but it was okay overall, just a bit rich for my taste. The service was friendly and fairly quick. There was a bit of a wait (around 10 minutes), but pretty reasonable for three pizzas. The three pizzas (two unlimited toppings and a dessert pizza) totaled to be around $23. Not bad! I think I'll try the knots next time. read more

My friends and I were brewery touring and our first stop was 4 noses. We became really hungry when we were there so we decided to come to IPIE which was only 5 minutes away to pick up some pies to go with our beers. You enter through this little gate and there even a toy train that is running above you on tracks. It's definitely a very family friendly place. You can either customize your own pie or choose from the honor roll which has individual pizzas for $7 each. We had 8 people who wanted pizza so we got 4 individual pizzas among us to share. Trainwreck: pepperoni, fresh sausage, mushroom, onion, and green pepper. This one was delicious and definitely you're standard pizza. Tamika: bbq sauce, roasted chicken, onion, bacon, pineapple, and cheddar. This one was my favorite because the flavor was just so intense and everything on it was good. Walt: meat lover pizza. It was alright. Bob-kate: this one was the healthiest one we got which had olive oil, pepper, spinach, tomato, pineapple, roasted chicken, and feta. It wasn't the best but I am glad it had vegetables. One pizza is definitely enough for a meal for a person but if you just want a snack, you can split with two people. The workers move super fast and we didn't have to wait very long before our pizza came out. read more

I've been going here since I was a little kid. The customer service has always been over the top, as they always have conversations with you and when pizza pete is there it's always a blast. I also like the look of the restaurant, it's always kept clean and the train tracks over the restaurant are very fun for kids. The food here is always great. Each person gets there own custom pizza and it's always super well season and really good. There garlic crusts are amazing and I always find my self eating a bunch of them. My only criticism is that the pizzas are to small. read more

A buy one, get one free coupon is what brought me in here, otherwise, I'm pretty sure I would've kept driving by. A friend and I stopped in for dinner and had a great experience! The personal size pizzas are great, they don't skimp on the ingredients, and the staff is amazingly friendly and caring. The beer wasn't as cold as I like it, but honestly, once you taste the pizza, the beer becomes part of the background along with the toy train running along the tracks above your head. read more

Exploring the infinite possibilities of iPIE, we make 8" personal iPIES in our open kitchen before your discerning eyes so everyone gets exactly what they wish, a no compromise zone. Pizza has tomato sauce, iPIE has infinite possibilities. We have 9 distinct sauces including fresh eggs so we can serve breakfast all day. We have 5 crusts including award winning gluten free. We were named "Best Of" by 2 Northern Coloado publications in 2013. Our fresh toppings cannot be beat including fresh roasted anaheim chilis, jalapenos and garlic. Our italian sausage and chorizo are locally produced in Louisville CO, no nitrates or fillers. We use 90/10 Halal beef. With uber fresh salads, fabulous wings, multiple dessert iPIEs, beer on tap and wine too, we can handle anything. We also sport a mobile catering unit to bring fresh iPIE anywhere. Start with our Italian pizza iPIE and then branch out. The key is leveraging our sauces, Try them virgin or mix em up. Are you a mixologist?

History

Established in 2010.

Katie Pie (KP) and her Dad, Pizza Pete (PP) started iPIE out of our trailer, a truly romantic idea to start in a trailer and move to brick and mortar. We did so many festivals with our "portable store" and people kept pleading with us to start a store so they could get iPIE all year long. KP went to the University of Denver for a business degree. In 2008 KP approached PP expressing an interest in starting a restaurant so we added another event to the trailer, Friday Pizza. KP did it all while finishing her degree. We opened the trailer every Friday in Lakewood CO, developing our concept and recipes. June 2010 KP graduates and the search for brick/mortar commenced. We spotted an old Deli Zone in Wheat Ridge CO, signed a lease, commenced construction and opened November 1st, 2010. February 4th of 2013 Broomfield opened and our Auraria Campus (Tivoli Student Union) location debuted in August of 2013. We are on a mission, come taste the difference passion makes.

Meet the Business Owner: KP-PP C.

Katie Pie (KP) and Pizza Pete (PP) are a daughter-father team. KP is iPIE President, PP is C.I.O, (Chief Ins"PIE"ration Officer). KP graduated Broomfield High School (Colorado) in 2006 with honors, earning a Chancellors scholarship to the University of Denver where she graduated with honors in June 2010. She founded and ran Friday Pizza in Lakewood CO from 11-08 to 08-10. In 09-10 she signed a lease for the first iPIE in Wheat Ridge CO and commenced construction. Her first year in business she won an award from the City of Wheat Ridge for revitalizing her location, and also the distinction of "Ethics in Business" award from the Golden Rotary Club as judged by the ethics class students from the Colorado School of Mines. She is overseeing the 3 stores and trailer with a goal of many more. PP learned the pizza pie business during a 20 stint as a franchisee of Blackjack Pizza, a Colorado business. He conceived and built the trailer that was the Alpha of iPIE.

This is a bare bones operation- they have a kiosk to order from, pay with card, they have a cooler stocked with various drinks. They do have a little bit of seating, so if you live too far to take it to go reasonably, you can absolutely eat it there. The owner was sitting out front and very friendly as he walked us through the ingredients and how long they had been there (3 years!). Highly highly recommend and will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Can't be sanitized or properly put away when not in use, the germs must be crazy on it.
